Out of business! It had very nice stuff, but it was all very expensive.

Anything and everything for the kitchen! Even things you never knew existed! They have beautiful high end cookware, seasonal items, blenders and vitamixers. Nice sturdy white dishware. They carry stonewall jams etc. products, coffee, sauces, cute aprons, candles, scented hand soap, holiday decorations. I could go on and on but you have to go in and check it out at least once if you like to cook, or eat, or if you need some interesting Christmas gifts! It can be pricey but I did find some cute things on the sale rack and some adorable kitchen utensils on sale.

A very spacious and clean store to shop in with friendly and attentive employees who helped me locate a few things I was looking for. My only gripe is simply the price of some of these things. Though Im sure its not the stores doing; if you want quality you sometimes pay the price for it.

Theyve got a decent selection of everything kitchen related. However, I dont recommend going in this location if you were expecting great customer service. If you dont have a degree or are not in school for something culinary related, the employees are very quick to judge and discredit you.

Sur la table is closed. Out of business but the website says still open so I just paid for parking! 😠

Great place for the home cook to get kitchen items. They have lots of special events that I would love to attend if I lived closer or there was a store closer to me.

Great store, and they will match sale prices from website if you ask. At least that was my experience. Very happy with my purchase of a quality product!

Went in to find colored sugar- got it for Easter. 4 pastels - lt.pink, aqua blue, green & pale yellow. Lots of nice things there- some are quite on the pricy side - cant shop there often, but for a splurge.

Sur La Table sits on the first floor of the Providence Place Mall. As it is a retail store in a busy part of town, it sees its fair share of patrons. Some customers are willing to buy things, others are just browsing, and some may be perceived as potential loss prevention issues. This is where the customer service comes in.Customers are greeted with a smile, and clearly asked if there is anything in particular they are looking for. The store is mid-sized, but inventory is puzzling, as the shelves are packed with good things.The hard part is shaking the misconception that some customers, dressed in certain fashions, are not taken seriously, and rather treated as a loss prevention issue primarily, rather than a paying customer.However, it is important to note that the customer service, the attention to each customer, is taken care of. I love the gizmos and gadgets they have there, and it is always a treasure trove of cooking wizardry.Protip: Clearance items are in the far left, and the cool, sharp kitchen knives are in the back.

Lots of little gadgets, I was not looking for anything but was nice to look. As a chef, next time I am looking for a specific kitchen tool I will try here.

Horrible customer service. Couldnt apply a promotion card given with a gift card purchase, because the product wasnt available in store. Then looked at my receipt after I left store to find the FULL amount was applied to my card. VERY FRUSTRATING! WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Attitude from cashier, low quality, overpriced merchandise. Some cool stuff in the store though.

Could not take a credit card told me there was an atm nearby for cash. I went to bed bath and beyond got what I needed for cheaper and used that same card.
