If I could give zero stars I would. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima that I got from this place. Ever since I got the car I’ve had nothing but problems, now I am currently sitting here waiting for a tow truck because I need a new transmission! They never want to help and if you try to call them you will never get through. Would not recommend this place AT ALL!

Was looking for a specific car for a while. I am from out of state. Very easy transaction dealing with them over the phone. When I got there, I test drove it and the car was perfect. Drove it back to my State and very satisfied. Cool people.

Was scheduled to view a car at 3pm. The person that scheduled me had someone else there for 230pm for the same car. She ended up using me as a prop to convince the other person to buy the car while she pointed at me and laughed expressing to that other person that I was there for the same car. The other person ended up buying the car. I wasted my time, showed up unknowingly as a prop, was laughed at across the lot by the salesperson and the unknown buyer. Horrible experience with little to know respect for other peoples time or dignity. Id avoid this establishment unless you want to be used by the staff to sell cars to people that were scheduled there slightly earlier then you.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer, theyre very good at what they do. Considering my bad credit, it was very hard to find a place that would fit my needs. Theyre very honest, and very flexible payments wise. I never made a single payment in person. I always made them over the phone and it was incredible customer service. I highly recommend this dealer. Especially if you have bad credit and/or are looking to finance a car. Im looking forward to buying a 3rd car for my son as well.... ask for Dana, she always will work whit you...

The cars are good. But the customer service, or lack thereof, is pitiful to say the least. If they had better customer service, I would recommend. But its such atrocious, I would never recommend them because youre looking at a nightmare. Its not easy to swallow when your money is on line.

My husband i have bought at least 5 vehicles from here since the year 2005 and all 5 vehicles have last work great and we have been very satisfied. Dana always works with you in any situation even in warranties she is very fair. The collection in vehicles is great and the team she has makes sure you drive away satisfied just like her .! I had been searching for a while for a place that would finance a car without me having to have credit at all, (which is of course hard and close to impossible) but I needed up coming across capitol auto and gave them a call and went in the next day. Staff was very kind and courteous, I found the car I was exactly looking for and less than a week later they gave me the keys and I was able drive off the lot. The other great thing I would like to mention is their payment system, its really simple and quite easy and was of great convenience for someone like me who is always working. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and I myself will be coming back for any further car needs.

Just bought a car cash. About a week after purchasing, the check engine light came on. They made an appointment for me at my convenience and rectified the matter. Very happy with the car and their assistance. Would recommend.

Bad customer service. Purchased a car from them, car performance issue and check engine light came on very next day. They tried to help but their mechanic found no issue. Got the car diagnosed myself, serious transmission issue. Gave me the run around since day one.They can attempt to paint a pretty picture, and although they were very nice, I was given the run around. Calls would not be returned most of the time, I physically had to go there multiple times a week to figure out what was going on. Check engine light came on before final payment was made that they said was fixed. I ended up having to come out of pocket $500 to fix the issue that they said was rectified and tried to fix. Warranty does not cover everything. All I asked for was a reimbursement of a problem I had to fix that they said was fixed. Place they took it to was shady and didnt find anything wrong with the car yet the engine light is on and the transmission is jerking while in gear.

This place is absolutely NOT worth your time. No matter how badly you might need a car, DO NOT PURCHASE ONE HERE. Want to finance a car? Be prepared to pay DOUBLE the amount of the car. Also be prepared to pay that amount in less than half of a year. Want that car to DRIVE?? NOT gonna happen! Theyll need to constantly repair the piece of garbage vehicle they sold you. Fair warning, there are pending lawsuits against this place. Again, STAY AWAY!

Just got a call from capital auto sales telling me there coming to tow the rental car Ive been renting from them for the last 2 months. First on Monday they told me this car was going to be due for service but they would switch me into a different car when it was due back. Ive been paying $220 a week for a 2007 Toyota Camry with 180k on it. I make a payment every Thursday which i was going to do again today and switch into a different car. Apparently they were going to have me go there today to drop off the car but then there was never another car for me to switch into. They lied and now Im stuck without transportation thanks to these crooks at capital auto sales

No matter how bad you need a car, DO NOT buy a car from them. They make it so easy to buy for a reason. They take advantage of low income people with bad credit. It will be one of the most expensive mistake you will ever make.

In June of 2017 I purchased a Hyundai sonata (currently for sale on their lot). 3 days after purchase, it had a rough startup...not to mention the passenger window was broken and the mechanic broke the trunk lock/mechanism when placing the dealer plates on. They wanted to charge me for a new motor for the window and were literally clueless as to how to fix the trunk lock. Needless to say I switched cars and went with a Jeep liberty. Now they have a no refund policy but I never signed the title of the 1st car which is why I was permitted to switch. 5 days after purchase of the Jeep the air conditioner compressor needed to be replaced...$300 part! I contacted Capitol and they said to email the receipt. THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER! I was given a complete run a round...the woman whom myself and my husband spoke to was rude and had no care or concern for our experience. I would NEVER recommend buying a car through this company. FYI...the plum sonata was back on their lot for sale 1 day after I brought it back....AVOID THAT CAR!

While some people may claim theyve had a good experience with this place, the majority of people who have done business with this place have NOT had a great experience and I am unfortunately one of those people. Ive had issues since day 1 with this place. I didnt get my car when I was supposed to. My check engine light came on like less than 24 hours after getting the car. I called them multiple time with all of the issues Ive been having with the car and instead of calling me back, they would text me which to me is very unprofessional. I am financing my car and they dont even give me receipts for my payments or anything. The ladies at the front desk never know whats going on with the mechanics and vice versa so they dont really collaborate with each other. This place is just so unprofessional as they are very unresponsive to their guests needs. I havent even had my car for 5 months and it has stalled on me 4 times and now doesnt start at all. I have taken the necessary steps to see what the problem is and try to get it fixed and of course have gotten no response, yet when a payment is due, they are quick to contact me. Try this place at your own risk. They are bad for business and I hate that I am having the experience that I am with this place. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place.

Granted...they sell affordable cars but their customer service is bad. If you have a issue with a purchased vehicle and want to bring it back because of the warranty...youre going to have a bad experience with them. They lack of promptness and things are not done in a timely manner, sometimes emails and phone calls goes unanswered and if you happen to show up at the car dealer place...youll be waiting for the car to come back or to bring it back to you from wherever the auto mechanic place they may have. Its a very tedious process that almost makes you feel like if youre the bad guy from bringing it back for a problem that you didnt cause to begging with...unreal. The place is now called: Capital Auto Group Inc. (Same as the other name...same place)...it wouldnt surprise me if they change the dealers name again because of too much problems...😏

DO NOT and I mean, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! These people are the WORST!! I came here two weeks ago looking to get into a vehicle because my transmission died in my old car. I came in the 14th of July and put a down payment on a Gold 05 Jeep Liberty and was promised that the car would be ready by the 28th of July. I had the balance of the Jeep in my hands by the 17th. I had went to them and told asked them if there was anyway the could speed up the process of the Jeep because I have no car right now. All they told me was that they had to fix an O2 sensor and have insurance put in the car. I had full coverage on it the next day. Went back Wednesday, the 19 of July just for them to tell me they just installed the O2 sensor and it had to go through a drive cycle. Two days went, four days went, the 26th comes and they said the car had another issue. But all this time, its me calling them to find out about my car. I got one call from them this whole time. Poor communication and they give you the illest run around like no other. The 28th of July came, car was still not done, even though this was the day I was supposed to pick it up, I got no calls from ANYONE. I had to wait until the 31st to find out that they had to bring it to the Jeep dealership. So now Im upset and want my money back, which I told them on yesterday on August 1st. The owner told me it would be a 24hr wait for FedEx to deliver them a certified check. It was only $400, cash. What dealership can refund that money to you on the spot? And to make themselves more unprofessional, this whole its been talks in the phone between both sides. But as soon as you dont want to do business with them, they ignore your calls through there caller ID and text you like there your buddy. I dont want you texting me, I want a phone call and my money back smfh. If you need a car the same day with great service and customer service, go to Prestige Auto in East Providence. Ask for Reuben and tell him Ben sent you.

I bought a red chevy aveo for my wife from here. From day one it gave us problems. They claimed to have fixed it when i complsined the first time. Not long after they fixed it the car stopped turning on and they stopped returning my calls. Since then ive spent 2 grand in repairs since they sold me a car with a cracked gasket(a fact they failed to mention). I have only owned the car for 4 months. Dont let them swindle you out of your hard earned cash like they did to me.

DONT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE I came to fill out an application for a car and got the run around as I kept getting told they keep the car somewhere else and they would try to get it there ASAP I called for a week straight and still couldnt see the car I figured Id get the ball rolling with the application and was told they would call me when they hear back I call for the next three days with their voicemail everytime I finally get a hold of someone to be told they were still working on my application and that with no money down it will be difficult but they will see what there financing says and call me back i only put 0 down because if i could get approved for the whole loan then why not .i was expectung a call back with there terms as in if you put 3k down its yours but no.I wait and wait no call I try calling 2 days straight voicemail again and again. Today I finally get a human pick up and ask about my loan status and she put me on hold FOR 28 minutes! At that time I hung up frustrated and called back repeatedly until someone answered and I was then told they sold the car and I wasnt approved anyways .... I dont know how you remain open for business with these practices I will steer everyone I know away from here YOUVE BEEN WARNED I will also be posting my review to multiple pages and sites to spread my experience

Worst place to EVER think about buying a car. Tried telling me my factory moonroof was aftermarket and not covered under the so called warranty. Did not honor the warranty for the airbag light that came on 20mins after purchasing, moonroof or bad rear wiper motor. Once the sale is complete they want nothing to do with you.

This place is horrible! I put a deposit down on a car was told they had to inspect it, fine. Told It would be ready on monday..... then the waiting game started in the 10 days I waited for this car to be inspected I didnt NOT receive one phone call from anyone stating hey the car is taking longer than usual I keep you posted! I called twice and both times the lady told me she dont know whats going on with the car its still at the garge. Well on the 10th day my father called them saying the owner needs to call him asap, waited all afternoon no call until my dad calls back saying he will contact the attorney genarl and thw news crew and they will be on the new like the last car dealership. Boom he gets a call from the girl saying she dont want to do business with us and for me to come get my money in which I did and thank god cause this place is shady as hell! Glad its over and I have a car from someone who knows how to do business.

These people SUCK... I thought that they was ok because one of my friends had made out good with them. But when i gave them my first deposit it trun into a nightmare. First they said to get the insurance i gotten it still couldnt leave with the car. i called them on 9/16/13 stating that i will be coming on that friday to get the car they said thats fine... On friday all day i sat and waited for the lady to come back she had to go to another place where they keep the cars to get it on the way back the car surpose to had gotten a flat thenthat turnrd into a tow that turn into they have to order the tire and i cant pick it up till thrusday if i don`t want to wait then on monday she will refund my money. Now its Monday and Im getting the run around for my money. She dont know when she can give me my money back. They are very bad buisness people. They need to be closed down.
