I went to Choice Collision at this location for body work on a repair for my front light and bumper after someone hit it. They did a beautiful job. My car looked perfect when I got it back and it was completely detailed and washed. The staff were professional, kind, and on top of it. I would definitely recommend them for body work!

My car was involved in a hit and run. I was dreading getting it worked on and found Choice through my insurance agency. Not only did they repair my bumper but I got my lease back looking like it did when I drove it off the lot. Literal perfection inside and out. I was not expecting my vehicle to be detailed when I got it back!

The front desk is friendly, polite, and professional!My repair advisor, Peter Medeiros, was awesome. He was very informative about the repairs to my Tesla Modely Y. Upon my first visit dropping off my vehicle, he noticed the large area covered in bird droppings. He asked me to pull into a bay and proceeded to pressure wash it right off. It just goes to show that they go the extra mile for their customers.The repair to the dented tailgate looks like it never even happened! Overall, my experience at Choice Collision was exceptional. Hopefully I will not need body repair services in the foreseeable future, but if I do I will most certainly be giving them a call again.P.S. They provide a complimentary detail with their repair serivce!

I was referred to Choice Collision Center by my insurance company. I have never used Choice before, but I am highly impressed with their customer service. I mainly worked with a gentleman named Peter who made my experience with Choice wonderful. Peter was very friendly every time I called in and answered all my questions thoroughly and was happy to do so. When I returned my rental I found out that Choice detailed my car free of charge and Peter made sure before I left to inform me that my seats may be a little damp and gave me a seat cover to prevent my clothes from getting wet. I work in customer service and I take customer service very seriously and because of my experience I would use Choice Collision Center exclusively for all my car repair needs. Thank you!

If I could give Choice Collision 10 stars I would and this is why...I drive my dad’s car with love and pride. He was a WWII Marine and his car is distinguished with an “Iwo Jima Survivor” bumper sticker. One week ago I backed into a van, damaging my bumper. I could not face the idea of replacing the bumper because of the “Iwo” sticker.Choice Collision to the rescue. When Bryan came out to assess the damage, I lost it and through tears told him the story. Bryan showed great empathy and assured me that Choice could do it.Three days later, the repair was complete...not only had the damage been perfectly repaired, with sticker intact, but the entire car had been washed and detailed.To Bryan and all of the angels at CC — my deepest thanks. You are the best!

My insurance company gave me no other convenient choice but this shop, and it was a still a considerable distance from my house. I was so relieved, the car actually looked better than new. I guess theres a good reason this place gets only 5 star reviews.

I’ve been to them in the past and had a great experience.They moved to providence and this experience has been absolutely garbage. Poor communication and even worse craftsmanship, On top of mismatched/loose fitting parts I have the pleasure of witnessing the chrome strips they put down the side of my truck already delaminating. It’s been less that 6 months. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Wow!!! They were great!I was so distraught after I was rear ended in my new S7 it was my second accident and this experience couldnt be any different then my last accident which was was repaired by the dealer. Choice Collision Center is the only Audi certified body shop in Rhode Island I can see why Audi partnered with them. Steve Mello and his team at Choice Collision do excellent work.They have all the special tools and equipment dictated by the manufacturer to work on Audi cars. They also work on all other makes of cars and trucks.They replaced all the damaged parts on our Audi Q5 SUV with new ones and checked to be sure that everything was to the manufacturers specifications. The paint job was showroom quality.When we picked up our car it had been detailed it inside and out so that it looked brand new. They exceeded our expectations.If you want a quality job, we highly recommend them.Jim T

Continually outstanding service, and just good people. They helped a grad student who was in a bind and couldnt get his car fixed otherwise. Were able to answer all my questions thoroughly and helpfully, but the kind of place that has earned my benefit of the doubt regardless.

Was hit by a driver not paying attention! Brian kept me in the loop as repairs moved forward. When I picked up my vehicle, Brian went through repairs. So far so good! Car run smooth and was delivered with a detailed cleaning!

Bryan Vadeboncoeur led the team at Choice Collision in Warren that repaired the damage to our car in a matter of days and dealt with the appraiser. They detailed the car, which was a lovely, unexpected complementary service. We live an hour away from this shop and it was so easy to deal with Bryan on the phone, making sure that the car was serviced and safe for our daughter.

If I could give this body shop a higher rating I would! They deserve way more than 5 stars! I brought my car in for minor damage and they took off the bumper and found out that my car had a lot more than just minor damage and it was from the previous owner. My insurance company did not want to help me out with my unique situation and Bryan and the owner went above and beyond what they needed to do so the insurance company would make it right. If it wasnt for them I wouldnt have a car or the money that I paid for the car. These are real people with hearts and feelings that truly care about their customers! I cant thank them enough for what they did for me. I will be referring all friends and family to this body shop!:)

I cannot talk highly of my experience here. I had a tricky situation where my neighbor dropped their AC on my car and damaged my passenger side mirror and door. Bryan provided me with a quote in 5 minutes and also dealt with my neighbor directly regarding payment. Getting to the quality of body/repair work, doesnt look like anything ever happened.Hopefully I wont have to go back but Id definitely recommend this place for anyone out there.

Ive brought my 2016 F150 in to Choice Collision a couple times now for some repairs. They do quality work. In each instance, they were super helpful throughout the process of getting me set up, communicating with insurance cos, rental, etc. I really feel they went above and beyond, especially considering the work I needed done was pretty minor. Special thanks to Amanda on that. Also, Brian was very helpful, walked me through the process and ensured I got the appropriate OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts quoted by the adjuster. My truck was also detailed upon pick up which was a pleasant surprise.

For the second time in under a year my new car was hit while parked. First time in a parking lot, this time on the street. The first time I went thru the dealers collision center and had a less than optimal experience. This time I went through Geicos Express Repair Service which is actually amazing. A seamless logistical experience including the rental car company meeting me vehicle at the collision center. But the logistics would not have mattered if the repair was not good. First, the work done was perfect, from part replacement, to repair, to paint I could not tell I had been hit. Second, the time frame was 3 days versus 2 weeks for a similar repair at the dealers shop 6 months earlier. But what floored me was the detailing of the car when I picked it up. I am not exaggerating when I say it was better than when I bought the car. Steve and Bryan really care about what goes out of their shop and it shows! Bottom line, f you have a choice, choose Choice Collision. (Yes I am a copywriter so I cant help myself! ) Thank Guys!

I had the unfortunate experience of having someone back into my brand new Lexus Hybrid RX450H cracking up front bumper, chrome trim, and popping out the front wheel well to add insult to injury. I had never been to Choice Collision Center prior to this incident, however, upon arrival I was greeted by an insurance representative from my insurance company (Geico) and the owner of Choice Collision. By the time that I was done reviewing the vehicle and signing all of the required paperwork my my rental car was waiting for me to get on my way off to work. I have never had an easier drop off or check in for a vehicle that was going into a body shop for work. Throughout the week that the vehicle was in the shop I was provided with periodic updates on the vehicle and I was always kept in the loop regarding the status of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle it looked as if it were a completely brand new vehicle. Not only was the damage completely restored flawlessly to its factory appearance, but they even went as far as to detail the inside and outside prior to delivering the car back to me. Very nice touch. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
