Target is pretty much always the same wherever you go and that’s a good thing. The stores are usually well stocked and have most, if not everything, that you need for day-to-day life. Plenty of back-to-school necessities and seasonal items on sale right now but get to the store early to take advantage of full shelves. By later in the day, the inventory is wiped out with shopping students returning to campus!

No customer service at returns and exchange counter. Received this shampoo order in the mail 30 mins ago. Brought the email docs and order number and they cannot process. Why do you have an order number if you cannot look it up? They did not even try to help find a solution. Arrogant staff. Target Nassau Park Princeton NJ

I get that covid really has people on edge, but an employee at the Princeton NJ Nassau Park Pavillion store went completely berserko on me tonight when I tried to return some shampoo and conditioner that someone in my family mistakenly thought was the brand we normally use. She kept saying that I had opened the bottles and used them, then literally proceeded to rip the caps off each bottle, evidently to make her claim that the bottles had been opened somehow true? Several people in line behind me later saw me in the store and told me that the way she behaved was completely uncalled for, so pretty sure it wasnt me. Im almost 67 and honest to god in all those years Ive never seen an employee go this ballistic in any store, really. And especially in Target, where employees are generally pretty considerate. A great store, but my advice is to stay away from the service desk unless you want to risk a really good beat down.

Great products and great experience! Highly customer-focused. I picked up an item which was placed on the wrong shelf/price tag. I was in Target today November the first 2021Even though I received a refund although they charged me over a dollar in tax.In my opinion I should not have been charged anything even for the tax because I was returning a item not purchasing.Furthermore Target in my opinion is a deluxe calendars or other chain stores that they had during the 1970s and eightiesI dont consider the merchandise worth a trip.They may have had a better selection when the chain store first startedThats all I have to saySincerely, Christopher

Don’t even bother trying to call the store. I tried to call three times today to talk to someone to see if they sell money orders at the service desk and no matter If I pressed the number for Customers Service, Other Department, or even electronics just to get an internal verification that someone would answer at the desk if they transferred me I got no answer. It just rang until the ringer ran out and they ended the call.

Awesome interior design, convenient store pickup options, 5% discount with RedCard and other surprising offers. Target is great, clean and it is a pleasure to visit their newly renovated stores.

Absolutely rude employees, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us, the item I purchased was the wrung up wrong, $50 overcharged so I had to go back in and the girl at customer service wanted me to go take a picture of the price and bring it back and show her. Since when does the customer have to do their job!? Entitled, rude employees.

8/17/2021 A cashier was coughing ( for sure it’s sick sound) with drowsy eye. He is sick but still working. It’s a time when Covid cases increasing again.I called HR department. I asked what’s the policy for employees if they are sick. She answered they would call out sick. I told her a cashier was coughing and he is sick. She said “ COUGHING IS NOTHING HAHAHAHAHA, NOBODY IS SICK HERE”What is that “hahaha” when thousands people dead from covid??? And how do you measure and make sure your employee is not sick to make you so confident to say “nobody is sick here”??You do not have a proof, you do not measure their temperature, you do not check your employee’s status when they come to work and you are saying “nobody is sick here”And coughing is the symptom of covid. Don’t laugh! Be respect of people who dead from Covid.You lost the trust from your consumers.

The associate who brought out my PickUp order was so patient and courteous as I was stressing because my toddler had thrown up in the car minutes before my order was brought out.

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is always insanely slow. There only ever seems to be one pharmacist, even in the middle of the day. Right now I’ve been in line with three other people for ten minutes and counting because the pharmacist is busy giving flu shots.

Today I finally was able to buy what I was looking for even though I hit 20 other stores and was denied by employees due to an incorrect street date. Rachel (your associate) help tremendously, she didnt lie to me like other employees had, she was helpful and listened when informing her of target publicly corrected the miscommunication, she went to the back and actually searched for the item for me and didnt just go in the back and return saying they had no more. She is awesome and after driving the state of NJ trying to get my item for weeks she was the best employee I had encountered and the most helpful. Thank you so much Rachel!!!! You are amazing and super helpful, youre what all target should strive to be. Thank you!!!

At 930am on a Sunday they didn’t have any cashiers open and there was a long line to use the self service checkout stations. Some elderly folks having a lot of difficulty. Having no cashiers seems like a bad way to economize.

Wish I could give this place zero stars but! Went there yesterday to pick up my switch that I had ordered via pick up on the app and they turned me away. I was there at opening. I showed them proof that I purchased, showed them my email confirmation and that there had been three in stock the day before when I purchased. When I got there, everyone was stampeding to the back and the woman back there stated that they had the three that I saw online and had put on one hold and were selling the other two to the general public. My switch hadn’t been put on hold (or it had and the manager claimed it was on hold for someone else) and had been sold to another customer.The manager claimed that their overnight team must have not accounted for my switch and had instead put it in the display case and when I asked how that could’ve happened he didn’t have an answer. Then he said that someone must have come into the store the night before and purchased it in the store but the store had been closed for half an hour when I made my purchase (I showed him the exact time of purchase) and it wouldn’t have been ready for pick up for atleast four hours (which would have been one am which is, you guessed it, when they’re closed).He then stated that the count could have been off but it wasn’t. If there were three in stock when I purchased and three in the store on the day of my pick up how could the count have been wrong? What is the point of a pick up system if you’re going to sell my item to someone else before I can come and get it? I would never step foot in this place again.I even came an hour out of my way because this was the only place within 250 miles that had pick up as an option. So, my frustration with this situation was tantamount.I was cordial but truly, the whole ordeal was unprofessional. Thanks, Patrick.

I will never shop at the Princeton target again. I have an issue every time I go to this location. They never have things in stock that I need. They sold me a pack of lunch meat that expired a month ago. They haven’t given me all of my groceries and I don’t notice until I get home since I normally shop with my 16 month old son and have my hands full. Their bathroom is never clean, and none of their employees ever move out of the way or seem to care that they are in the way. It is the worst target I have ever been to.

Place is always clean, super easy to find everything. Staff seems friendly but don’t look them in the eye as they are just “there” and not really there to help you with anything. Checkout lanes are slow and every cashier talks back and fourth between one another sharing their life stories and how they can’t wait to get out for the day. Love target. Love the brand and everything it stands for but high some friendlier upbeat staff.... I want to feel like I’m at a classy place not a Walmart

Neal in the electronics department may be the friendliest customer service rep. Ive ever encountered. He took me through the entire process of buying and activating a new iPhone, explaining every step while also getting me in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. Target by far had the best price and the experience thanks Neal will keep me coming back.

Love this Target. I’m there ALL the time. The only part that sucks is there’s not a lot of cashiers. Sometimes the line is so long and there’s only 2 registers open plus the self checkout. They need more staff.

Bathrooms 0/10. every single toilet had pee all over the seats. no toilet seat covers. someone needs to get in there and do their job cleaning. disgusting. had to pee so bad but i don’t feel like contracting a disease from the troglodytes that find it acceptable to pee on toilet seats anyways, so i’ll pass.

Everyone who works here is friendly. The store is much nicer than WalMart. The carts are silent and glide along. I never really shopped at Target before moving close by. This place is awesome!

The employees at this location are extremely RUDE and ignorant. Even the managers at this store have a NASTY attitude and treat customers poorly with disdain. They are argumentative, pompous, and make it clear that they do not care at all in the slightest. They refuse to honor/accept valid coupons, they refuse to listen to reason from customers, they refuse to provide quality customer service, and they dont treat customers with any decency or respect. A bunch of staff here NEED to be FIRED and replaced SOON!!! Bottom of the barrel laziness, arrogance, and ridiculous stupidity run rampant here! PLEASE hire more professional, intelligent, reasonable, kind, and accommodating people, instead.

Very disappointed with the attitude of one of the employees. As I was leaving the store with my little one seated in one of the carts with an extension for additional child seats (I chose this cart because I was picking up a large online order), an employee curtly informed me that the cart I was using was not supposed to leave the store. A) Where is the sign with this information? B) I found the cart outside, so the rule is obviously not very clear. C) It is ludicrous to have a cart that cannot leave the store. How am I supposed to transport large storage bins, plus my child, to my car? If this really is protocol, then Im even more disappointed.

I love target, but it has gone down hill.

We have visited the store over the course of several weeks and we are still not able to get the same items. Also we waited to check out for over 20 minutes. There were only 2 registers open and the self checkout line was a really long line too. I havent seen it that bad since March when the shortages began.

Used the red phone to get help to find an item. It was not answered. Tracked down an employee (very nice and tried hard to help) who radioed other store employees for the location - no one responded or acknowledged. It was 7:30 pm and the store was empty so they were not busy. Store seems to be poorly managed. I might as well have gone across the street to Walmart.

Ive been going to this Target for many years, but its getting more and more frustrating shopping here, and I need to take a break. Perhaps Ill give Walmart another chance. It doesnt matter when I come, they have carts blocking the aisles all over the store. I generally have to move a cart to reach something. This Target must get a huge volume of customers. They never seem to have clothes in the sizes Im looking for, and it can take a while for them to restock some items. The employees are okay. Theyre just trying to get their work done. Some are more helpful than others. Checkout can be painful. Ive learned to wait in putting my items on the register belt because you never know if youre going to have to move to due to a self-entitled customer in front of you who is questioning every purchase made, etc. The only good thing about Target is the liberal return policy they have. Just make sure, they have credited you correctly.

The wait at the registers are very little and the product quality is amazing. Did not get 5 star due to one bad customer service employee.

I shopped today at Target and the cashier, I felt discriminated against me because she has not greeted me, did not say my total, did not say thank you. She did not say anything. Interestingly, she said thank you and have a nice day to the white couple who was before me and hi how are you to the guy after me. She has not said anything to me. she just played with her phone, while I loaded my bags into the cart.

The store itself is not bad, and you can find whatever you expect from Target. However, their customer service is substandard. I went there to get a support on a broken product but the customer service, especially the boss (or whatever) was very unfriendly and even hostile. She spoke to me as if it is her privilege to make people unhappy because she is unhappy with her business. I left there without any help. I would not recommend to buy something expensive like an appliance here.

Milk is never available I have raised this issue like 20 times, target organic whole milk 1 gallon in Plymouth meeting pennsylvania. Went to Princeton nj and had just one half gallon which is expensive

Just like any other quite Target. It was clean. The staff is not happy. The electronics department said they didnt have star wars movies if it wasnt on the shelf, it was nice to find another section after looking. I also went to price match and the lady rolled her eyes when I asked. I would of gone somewhere else but I was already there.
