I contacted Blue Diamond back in August looking for a 2020 2SS manual Camaro. Mark Marasco looked all over the area for me, and of course he cam up empty handed; but did tell me that if they get an allocation to order a 2021 he would let me know. My 14 Buick Lacrosse has had a weird engine light on for two years. Comes on, goes off. I have taken it to several places to read the codes, nothing to fix... Last month, driving in the snow, my (electric) power steering went off amd got two new engine lights. Decided to bite the bullet and get it all addressed. The folks at Blue Diamond were able to get it all repaired and was even able to track down the phantom recurring code. Was so happy to have it fixed; I couldnt use auto start with the engine light on.So happy, I decided to get a full-service oil and trans flush. This thing runs like a charm!!

I bought a brand new GMC TERRAIN here and made an appointment online for 9:00 am. to get it serviced show up at my appointment time and they tell me to come back at 2:00 because they don’t have a lube technician available. Horrible business practices and procedures you had an appointment made and nobody was scheduled to do the work.

It was advertised as an offered service upon purchase but very helpful nonetheless. It was however, only seemingly offered after my credit had been pulled twice (during a home refi) even after I’d let Albert know that I was preapproved for the car. When I inquired about it, I was met with indignation and zero apology. It almost felt like “how dare I ask”. When I explained- Oscar told me that I “should’ve told them that before” and I explained that I had told my sales person. He then told me that he would retract the price on the car that we’d agreed upon and I’d be spending much more. As though I deserved a punishment for daring to attempt to clarify the additional credit pull, and why I couldn’t use my line of credit. All of this could’ve been mitigated had Oscar been given the information from the beginning.I’ve never bought a car sight unseen and I admit to being nervous and particular. Albert continually sighted the “120 point inspection” and assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked about dents, scratches scuffs, even sent pictures back and forth with little things circled to ask about them. At no point did he tell me about the baseball sized portion of missing paint on the bumper. It was not a deal breaker at all, but would’ve been nice to know. And you would think if I’m asking about interior scratches and buying a car via text, you maybe mention it? He rudely told me he’d told me about it on the phone. All of our communication on the phone had been financial in nature. I would NOT have forgotten something like that as I’ve already made plans to have it fixed and would have done that earlier had I known. Again, no apology. Not even a hint. Just treated like a crazy person for daring to ask.After I received the car it began light raining on my drive home and the windshield wiper fluid didn’t work. And one tire was very low. I got some wiper fluid the next day, and it turns out the pump didn’t work.I called the dealership and got Albert. I let him know that the wipers weren’t working, and that it would’ve been nice to know about the bumper. There was ZERO apology or even attempt to seem sorry for the trouble. What it honestly felt like again, was how dare I bother them. Being a woman in car dealerships is not new to me and it felt very uncomfortable. Like I had no right to be asking any of these questions. I could tell I’d already been deemed a “problem” even though I’d been clear about my needs from the start.I made an appointment with a Chevy dealership near me, and Oscar agreed to speak with them when the appointment arrived. That day, my key fob died. New battery, etc, it wouldn’t communicate with the car. When I told Oscar, I felt like a criminal. Instead of being sorry that I was having trouble with a car that I’d been assured went under rigorous testing, I felt like he thought I was a liar. Even my new dealership told me when they communicated that they thought he was rude. They ultimately said my fob was dead and I bought a new one ($315). Oscar asked me to send my old one to him. I did, and heard nothing until I prompted him. He said the battery was upside down, which I think the other dealership just put it together wrong and quickly because they threw it out until I asked for it back. And most recently, I sent a video that the fob still doesn’t work. To which, you guessed it, I received no answer.So, yeah, meeting me halfway on a delivery was nice, but it’s really only part of the story. And I think the point of reviews is to try and listen to your customers and see where you can improve. But no one even bothered to reach out and ask why I was frustrated.

They lied to us and made us commit insurance fraud. Everything on our insurance is wrong and we bought car parts for a 2016, but they didnt fit, so we were confused and out some money. They told us it was a 2016 and even went to the trouble of changing the manual, but it just so happens to be a 2015. The other vehicle they sold us took three months to be sold. I cant do anything about the sales of them now, but the nice thing is Blue Diamond GM hates bad reviews and will almost immediately call and bribe you, so if you see any good reviews thats probably why.

Terrible service you offer them exactly the price they want for the truck and they wont sale if you dont finance through them. Then they say for a cash offer they want 4,000 more then what they are asking. What sense does that make? They have had the truck for almost a year get offered what they want and turn it down.They say small town service but they definitely aint small town deals its big city deals.

Awesome dealership with incredibly friendly people. My wife and I were moving across the country and we had a brake service warning pop up twice on my silverado. I stopped by to see if their service department could look at it. They quickly checked my entire break system and even did a quick wash to get the dirt off from my trip. Purchased a used Mustang in March from salesperson Thad, who claimed that they do things differently there, as in a good way different. Wish that was the case, as once we agreed to a price we discovered in financing that they had packed into the price a slew of things that we did not need, want, or even discuss (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc). A promise of matching our financial institutions standing offer of a set interest rate was also not kept.Then upon delivery of the car it was disclosed that they only had one key for the car. We got a verbal assurance from Thad that he would provide another key to us, and we would simply go down to a Ford dealership to have it cut and programmed. We took him by his word, and yet he never delivered. Even called and left him a message on his cell phone about it. As of 5 months later, still no key.Waited this long to leave a review to give Thad a chance to provide the key. A shame, as the chance to shine was there to be had. Nice guy otherwise.
