We drove to this dealership from Ogden to look at a specific truck and we absolutely loved it! There was a couple minor things the sales guy said the dealership could fix before we purchased it. We were ready to sign paperwork or put a deposit down and willing to drive back up once the fixes were done to pick up the truck. The salesman (super friendly guy) said there was no need to do paperwork or a deposit at that time and he’d hold the keys in his office so we could call back the next morning and do a deposit over the phone. It was around 5:30 pm so maybe it was close to closing? Not sure why he wanted us to call back in the morning. So we left feeling confident and excited for this new purchase! My husband called back in the morning to get the deposit going and the salesman informed my husband that the truck was no longer available. Not even 24 hours later it somehow got sold from underneath us! Again we were willing and ready to do a deposit or paperwork for the loan, which we were pre approved for, but he made it seem like we would be safe to wait until the next day. Again super friendly guy, not impressed with the service! We were really hoping it would work out, but super disappointed of how it all went down. Work on your communication West Ford motor 😉

Ive purchased many vehicles from different dealers. When west motor purchased the ford store I knew it was going to be a winner. I purchased a 2017 f350 power stroke last week, fair price and the service was excellent. I will buy my next one there also.

Let me just say that West Motor Ford went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that they admitted they made. They did everything in their power to make it up to me and made me feel genuinely cared for and taking care of. My salesman Jerry never left me hanging and made sure I had the best possible service available that West motor could give. Admittedly I was pretty angry about the mistake but West Motor and Jerry gave it their all to make sure I was 100% satisfied in the end.

They are always so friendly and efficient. Love going there.

We purchased a van from them back in February was very clean vehicle very well taken care of they, gave me a super good deal on it. We did have a little bit of bumps along the road but they took very good care of us and made sure that we are well taken care of. We decided to try them out let and them do an oil change and detail on the vehicle. They did an excellent job would highly recommend them and their team!

Absolutely the best experience buying a car! This is our 11th time buying a car and it was by far the best! I was in a search for a SUV that another dealer told me most likely doesn’t exists. I messaged west ford motors and told them want I wanted and they found it for me (in less then 30 minutes) They drove 2 hours one way for it and then delivered it all the way to me so I didn’t have to pack my kids up and drive all the way there. Shawn Drove a total of 8 hours to make sure I wasn’t stressing out on how to get it with packing all my kids up. When I’m ready to trade my other car in this is the first and only place I will be using. They always put the Customer first and that is amazing costumer service! What a great truck purchase experience!! Was looking at possibly trading in my truck and purchasing a new one. Travis Kirkbride sat down with my and found exactly the truck I wanted. We talked about my trade and the new truck truly within a few minutes we worked out an outstanding deal. This was truly one of the easiest and pleasant buying experience I can think of. Very helpful with my concerns for my truck. I needed to figure out a code that was on my truck (1995 so its an OBD1 reader which I had to get the code from the odometer area) and they were able to tell me right away what the code meant. Unfortunately it happens to be a cluster issue which means that theyd have to get into my dashboard to figure it out. I was a little bit disappointed that I had to wait a week for them to get in there and look at it. But the price they quoted me for it was great as I was expecting it to be much higher.bwith those prices Ill be returning for their service.

Communication was awful. Asked via text for the report on a car I was interested in, waited hours, then called, was told they would send it, never did. After another hour or two I had to call back two more times to get the report, including being hung up on once. Drove two hours the next morning to look at the car, and only when I show up do they get to mentioning, “oh, we sold that one a couple days ago.” Not so much as an apology for wasting my time and gas. 😡 Terrible, terrible customer service all around.

I bought a new 2019 Ford Escape at West Motor Ford in Preston, ID. It was a really good experience, no pressure, and Shawn Marlow was a really great salesman to work with! After taking it for a test drive and deciding that I HAD to have it, Jerry, the finance guy, found me the best rate on my loan and made it easy to buy. Then, before I left, Shawn came out and took a lot of time with me, helped me set everything up and explained what all the features were and how to use them. I called around to a couple different Ford Dealerships to see who could re-program my computer after I installed a Factory Ford Brake Control in my F150. West Motor Ford in Preston was about $50 cheaper than the next cheapest place I called. I brought my truck in and was told a short time later that it was already setup for the brake control and they just had to turn that feature on in the instrument cluster. I wasnt charged a dime. I really appreciated the courtesy of their service department. I will forever be a West Motor Ford of Preston customer.

They were pretty good. We got our tires replaced here and they cleaned the inside and outside of our car which was destroyed from our two toddlers. The price was surprisingly lower than what they had quoted us too.

The service department is so on the ball! I went to another Ford dealer for a warranty issue with my truck and I was basically turned away only to be left stranded in a canyon because they did not take care of the issue after having my vehicle for a week. I went to Preston and they really took care of me and I had my truck back in a day. I drive an extra 30 minutes to go there for any issues with my truck and its definitely worth the extra time. They are professionals and I would recommend them way ahead of the other dealers around.

Having purchased perhaps a dozen cars in my life, this was the most pleasant buying experience. Part of the reason is that with sites like cargurus and consumer reports, a buyer can know the going price of a particular car before buying. That makes negotiation pretty straight forward--no pressure, no haggling. But what impressed me was the lengths the salesman went to to identify any and all rebates and price discounts. He found a small ($250) rebate offered through my insurance companys car buying service, but a much bigger discount using smart financing. Another big selling point for me was the lifetime powertrain warranty that kicks in after the manufacturers warranty ends. Its provided by a third party company, and included in the price of the car. No worries about an expensive engine or transmission repair on down the road. Im very happy with the overall buying experience, and especially with the price of the car.

I purchased a used R- title vehicle from this dealership site unseen and as is from over 2000 miles away. The car runs great and is in excellent shape as described and Steve offered to meet the driver of the transport truck in his free time if the driver were to arrive after hours. Although the pictures of the car looked great, there was some rust that had developed underneath the new paint where some of the repairs to the vehicle were made(the repairs were done by another garage prior to the previous owner trading it in). The paint had begun to bubble from underneath and was not immediately noticeable in picture or at a glance from a few feet away. When the car arrived I was washing/waxing it and noticed the damage that was developing from underneath and had begun to crack with much of the cracking concealed by the gas access door. To make a long story shorter, I contacted West Motor and the owner, manager, and salesman were very quick to respond and apologize and sent a check to help with the repairs even though it was an as is sale and they could have easily disregarded my concerns when I am 2000+ miles away. They seemed very genuinely concerned and I really feel that this is a place that can be trusted and my experience made me feel like I was dealing with a high caliber of people.

They serviced my car last because I didnt have time to do it and they tightened my drain plug waaayyyyyy too tight. It has the torque specs right next to it on the bottom of the oil pan but I guess they cant read?
