I recently found out that my transmission was having issues from a Chrysler Sebring I bought new in 2008 from West Motor. When I purchased the car, it came with a lifetime power-train warranty as long as it was still owned by the original purchaser.The mechanic from a local shop told me I probably wouldn’t get the warranty because those never come through.However, Chad Checketts, in the service department at West Motor was easy to work with and went the extra mile to be sure I got a new transmission for FREE!!!Our family has three purchased vehicles from West Motor company. Purchased my 2018 Ram 3500 from here. Along with 4 other vehicles over the years.. They gave me 4 free oil changes, but failed to inform me that they would expire! So I brought my truck in for the final oil change and its expired. This dealership is not service oriented like they were before they changed owners.Very disappointing experience.

Ive driven past this dealership for almost a decade. When I needed to upgrade to a heavier duty truck, I decided to check West Motor Companys Ford lot out. It ended up they had the truck that fit my needs and budget, which is one thing. But they made the buying experience so easy and pleasant--I still cant believe a major purchase could feel this smooth--that Im still in disbelief how simple and low pressure car-buying could be. There was a minor hiccup with the windshield, but they got it addressed in about a week and kept me in the loop on progress. Saw company on eBay. Liked what they had to offer. Gave them a call and after talking with Chad for 5 minutes I knew I had to pull the trigger on a 383 stroker. They painted it my own color and even tuned the compression down to 10:1 no extra cost. Overall Great company. Great staff. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and helpful in developing right set up.

We found the exact car we were looking for on their lot, at first we were apprehensive buying a car in Idaho as Utah residents. Thought that due to the sales tax we would end up paying twice. Because the dealership has a Utah lot also they can sell in eaithe state. The staff was kind and low pressure and very upfront with their add ons and fees and didnt pressure us into anything. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

My experience with Casey at West Motor Co was by far the quickest and easiest deal I’ve done with a dealership. I do a lot of long haul driving pulling 10k lbs or more through various terrain. The current truck was an 07 Dodge 2500 with 337k miles, I was looking for a newer more reliable truck, specifically a SRW 1 ton to handle loads better.I was very specific in the features I wanted the truck to have, from the start it was difficult to find the right truck. I had found a few here in Texas but was always too late in acting on them as they were selling quick. I happened to find the perfect truck at West Motor Co online, so I called Casey to work out a deal for me to get the truck and got the earliest plane ticket the next day into Salt Lake City.Casey met me at the airport with the truck, which saved me 4 hours round trip and having to deal with renting a car to get to Preston. We pulled into a corner store to finish the paperwork and I was on the road heading back to Texas within an hour of being picked up. The deal on the truck was perfect and there was no hassle with the paperwork, it was very quick and easy. The trip was well worth it. I would definitely deal with Casey and West Motor Co again if I’m ever in the need of another truck.

Wonderful people. Went to get a car, took it for a drive. Notice something on the car, didnt affect operation of car. Pointed it out to them and they said they would fix it. So while the paper work was being done the took care of it.

I called this dealership about a truck I found online, and within 2 discussions of about 5 minutes each, we had an acceptable deal worked out. Their service shop was a major disappointment when I found out I had one of my vehicles towed to there.. It was sent into the shop without service contacting me ( the owner) and performing 500$ worth of parts and labor and then proceeded to charge me 872$ without my consent!! When I called them out on it everyone disappears and wouldnt even look me in the eyes!!! Shame on you West motors!!!! I am the owner operator for Aces automotive and can smell a scam when I see one!!10 months later I pull my car out of storage just to find out that it pulls hard right.. They said that they did an alignment, which is really hard to do with a bad left outer tie rod end and a bad left upper ball joint!! Needless to say they wont give me a refund or a credit!! My car is now at a BETTER shop getting a alignment and new tie rod end and ball joint!! Bunch of con artists rip offs! I suggest anybody using their shop to have another mechanic look at their work!!
