I had always been thrilled with the sled shop. The reason for the negative review now is the absolutely terrible application of a sled wrap that he installed on my wife’s sled. When we questioned him about the issues(a few of which you can see attached) he chuckled and said “that’s because it’s a sh*t wrap”The wrap in question was made by ArcticFXgraphics a industry leader in snowmobile wraps. Clearly he was trying to use every excuse in the book and not take responsibility for his poor quality workmanship. Kevin finally admitted that there were issues with his application process but claimed “overall it came out great”. He flat out refused my request for a full refund. I understand everyone makes mistakes but Kevin’s failure to make the situation right after I gave him MANY chances too is extremely disappointing and frustrating. If you’re looking for an honest shop that prides themselves on their workmanship look elsewhere!

Instead of trying to resolve the issues they simply BLOCK EVERYONE who leaves a negative review on Facebook or sends them a message asking them to help the customer. If they cant stand behind a Wrap install I wouldnt trust them to stand behind a $10k + Sled purchase! BUYER BEWARE. If youre looking for an HONEST shop go to Plourde and Plourde in Caribou!

Good Quality Service and Fair PriceI had an old Outlander 800 that would not start and they got it running and did some work on it for me and did a great job. Happy with the Service and will use them again.

Please be careful of this place when getting gas! They double dip on your debit and credit card. Make sure you check your bank and credit card statements. Theyve done this to my husband, me and friends a few times until we finally noticed double debits on our statements.

Bought a 2018 Ski Doo Summit X 850 E-TEC on Spring Check. Sled is in and the crew is working on accessories. Very knowledgeable on all items SkiDoo. These folks have been a pleasure to work with since I met Kevin at the store last winter.
