Mostly good, reasonably priced trucks. This last one being a 22ft didnt have a backup camera and had transmission problems which caused it to jump out of gear ar freeway speed and jump back in gear every now and then. The reservation process was easy but the pick up of unit was frustrating as the unit had not been brought from Phoenix, a 3 hour plus round-trip, by the time we had reserved and caused us to lose half a day.We did call to get some renumeration and were reduced $450 and got an extra day free. One other thing was the reserved appliance hand truck wasnt in the truck and neither were the furniture pads

Exceptional service. The couple people I dealt with here were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their rentals. Id definitely rent here again and its nice their fleet is newer vehicles.

My girlfriend and I were on our way to the competition and noticed Penske was open as we turned down the street. We stopped in and Ed was very helpful and professional. He got us a truck almost right away and got us a great deal— the truck is nearly twice as long for half the price of the other guys!Highly recommended!

Shady business people. Do not use them.They knowingly let a woman with a 3 year old drive off with a truck that had been towed multiple times. We drove from Arizona to Washington. The truck broke down in Oregon around 7pm. They did not arrive till 1am. Left on the side of the road in the dark for hours with a 3 year old and dog.

Penske was very easy to work with. Very easy pick up and drop off of the rental truck. The process of renting a truck seemed much faster and less complicated at Penske than at Uhaul.

They gave me a good deal but I had issues with the truck service light coming on and the drop off place was very picky about the gas not being full on the dot. I had to go back to the gas station to put another $5 in it so they wouldnt charge me $8 a gallon.

The people were good, but had a hard time with the truck.

The staff very helpful and knows there stuff. The truck works great but is a little crowded if you are tall and big.
