Great service the young lady at the desk very helpful

I called Prescott Valley Screens as one of my renters moved out and left the window screens either missing or damaged beyond repair. The lady in the office said she was new but was very polite and clear about the process. I scheduled an appointment for a measure which, due to the busier season took about a week and a half to have a measure done. Tony came out and was prompt, professional and friendly. He discussed all the options as far as color frames, screen options and was honest about which screens did truly need to be made, what could be repaired and what was not needed (this was important as repairs from tenants can be costly, so transparency was key) About 2 weeks later Tony returned and replaced the screens and they look great. Some places do mobile and he explained they are working on that as previous owners from a few years ago did not provide that service but new ownership was working on that very soon. I will use them again for my other rentals as well as my own when the time comes. Very reasonable price compared to another quote I received from another local screen company. Very pleased!!

Very nice people, prices were nice as well. Got a whole screen rebuild under $40. Cost me $32 just to rescreen a old one at Chino glass. This way its all brand new and metal

Quality screen door for a fair price.Tony did a great job on the install. They came out and did a free measure and estimate and the whole process was very easy. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for 13 yrs. Managing 15 duplexes theres always wear and tear! I have always been greeted with a smile and turnaround is quick! The prices are the best in town and the work is great quality! not long ago owner ship changed hand a whole new group of faces not only did they buy the business they keep everything this business did to earn a great reputation! A greeting with a smile from the time you walk in, quick turnaround and quality work! Wasnt ever disappointed then and have not been disappointed any time Ive come to do business now! Wouldnt change where I go because I only go to the best our tenants are worth it!

They did a really good job on installing my security screen door and I really love the door. I especially like the fact that it does not have a large gap under the door, very minimal space. Easy to work with. Intaller who came to house very professional.

Good product but terrible service. Dont waste your time or money here. They dont really want the business anyway.
