Came through the drive through and ordered a Sunday with coffee ice cream, but the closest thing they had was some sort of fudge ice cream. Anyways we tried it and it was pretty good. Too many nuts but otherwise I liked it. Drive thru was fast & the employees were friendly.

I work for a delivery company so time is money for me. When I get a delivery request from Baskin Robbins in PV, I cringe because I know that they will most likely be out of something that my customer has ordered. Banana Sunday, no, sorry, no bananas. Reese’s milkshake, no, sorry, no Reese’s. Snickers milkshake, no, sorry, no snickers. No chocolate chip, no mint chocolate chip, etc. Then I have to try to get in touch with the customer to see if they would like something else which takes more time. No joke, over five times that I got an order from this location, they were out of something.

I love Rocky Road ice cream, and Baskin-Robbins has one of the best out there. But 3 times over the last 3 weeks Ive attempted to buy some, through the drive through, and they tell me theyre out. Today we asked for 3 different flavors and guess what? They were out of all 3. I dont understand how you run out of ice cream. Its like you had one job! Everytime I go its within 30 min of closing time so Im almost tempted to go inside just to check and see if theyre blowing me off, but then whats the point of having a drive through. Even if theyre really running out, 3 times over 3 weeks? Obviously this is a popular flavor have some more in stock so you dont run out. The store isnt that close to home so its really inconvenient to run over there just to come home empty handed. Ive tried calling ahead but, big surprise, they dont answer their phone. Its almost like I cant win. Eventually Im just going to stop trying. Reading some of the other reviews it looks like Im not the only one who feels this way. I hope someone with some authority gets this review because changes need to made or your going to lose customers...

A lot of other ice creams were freezer burned and the variety was not very good they did not have half of their flavors however the flavors that we chose were in good shape it is hard to not have a good ice cream insperience

Someone here just doesnt care :)I kind of expect the manager to be actively trying to fix the issue if an entire ordering system is not working but someone had to go find her while there was a line to the door. The system worked fine for my recent order, left melting on the counter, but she felt the need to ask me if I was sure I ordered from the right location. I get this if Im not showing you my receipt with the address and phone number right there, but I was. Like, no I ordered from the OTHER Baskin Robbins on Glassford, my bad. Instead of offering me any solutions she wanted to argue about the existence of my order, so I had to interrupt to ask for a refund and then listen to more of her saying random nonsense while she refunded me. To a card that I just deactivated, actually, so probably not even getting that $30 back. Id pay her $60 just to shut up though. Apparently, shes new and its her first week and something something about the other GM like any of this actually matters to me. Maybe if youd been on the line helping your people who are moving at the pace of sedated snails, or you offered me something comparable to the thing you dont have, or were even slightly apologetic, I could care about whatever it is youre saying. But you didnt and you werent, so heres a review.And you technically get two from me, since I was there ordering from both Dunkin and Baskin Robbins, good job guys.An apology goes a long way, guess the managers have to pay for them out of pocket since I never got one.

I went online and looked at the menu. the reviews almost made me not go. i wish i hadnt. the menu in drive thru was so dark you couldnt read it at all. we ordered 2 reese sundaes. we paid 11$ and didnt get any sundaes. they asked us to wait out front and there was only one person in line behind us. we waited and waited and were brought 2 shakes that were thin and not at all what I ordered. so?dissapointed.

IM really sad that I have to give at least 1 start. I have tried to visit this location several times in the last week only to have their lobby closed. I can not go thru the drive thru as my vehicle is too tall to fit into their drive thru. Since day one of their opening here in Prescott Valley their service has been terrible and never seem to have the product that they advertise. Tonight was my final try with Baskins And Robbins. Culvers will now receive all my business. Open lobby through out the entire pandemic and now closed lobby to better serve... Humm. Please do us a favor.... close your doors so that we can get business in Prescott valley that want to make money and serve our residents.

The ice cream = delicious. The workers are all real young, which is totally fine, however... they were all cussing while I sat with my 2 children under 10. They were also eating icecream cones right behind the counter. Im not saying that my kids have never heard cussing, but this is just inappropriate to do where any guest can hear you while on the clock. Im sure if I worked here Id be eating a lot of ice cream... but perhaps in the breakroom, or at least just now where guests can see.

Great ice cream as usual. But one of there employees was extremely rude. And she was sweeping and throwing dirt while we were trying to eat our ice cream. Also took the chairs away and there not supposed to close till 10. She also was banging the broom on the counter where you pay. Took my son here to have a good time and I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered 2 cakes very disappointing! Horrible the kids even said they were old! Tasting the employees are very young not knowledgeable at all!!! The cakes were a surprise for a birthday and cakes were expensive! Never again..ill go to DQ

Not worthy of 1 star really. Have not had a good experience yet. Orders mysteriously cancelled, orders never received, items not in stock..... Why bother, spend your money elsewhere.

Went to get a quarter pint of ice cream they gave me a half of quart for the price of a quart and it wasn’t even full, Customer service was terrible, just hand over the bag with the mini pint and shoot the window and walked away tried to call them to ask what happened the phone number listed on google keep asking to enter an extension number, not going back there for sure

Never coming back here. Katie, Deanna and Kayla were there when I took my daughter for ice cream. They were all extremely rude and unhelpful. Will drive to the Prescott store from now on.

Just walked out of 31 Flavors, Prescott Valley, Arizona. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOUR READY TO BE TOTALLY DISSATISFIED. Ordered my sisters cake, talked to the baker Cheyanne and the result was a cake that didn’t look very good and with the wrong colors which we discussed at length. So disappointing and Be warned.Hoping they at least got the cake and ice cream correct but won’t know that till the party. The manager was clueless, as were the staff. Couldn’t even find a box for the cake, so who knows what kind of cake and ice it is. Cheyanne their baker and the store manager obviously didn’t care about our cake or us.The 31 Flavor “Prescott” Store baker“Sam” is a much better option, ordered a cake from her before and was Very pleased with her work. So much for stores being equal, NOT TRUE FOR THESE 31 Flavor Stores.BUY YOUR CAKES AT THE “PRESCOTT” STORE, will be glad you did!Don’t buy ice cream cakes at Prescott Valley store, TERRIBLE!
