First time having someone other than family cut my hair. Casey did a great job! I will definitely be going back when I need another cut.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Tori was able to put my child at ease with a few jokes, which made his experience so much easier when getting a haircut.Definitely would recommend booking an appointment.

Went in for eyebrow wax. All I wanted was a clean up on my eyebrows. They were able to get me right in, but after leaving looked at my eyebrow more.....she took TO MUCH OFF!! I HAD NICE EYEBROW THAT WENT DOWN AND HAD AN ARCH. NOW THERE SHORT STUBS....Wont be going back to them to get it done.....

I have only gone to a beauty salon 2 times prior to this visit. I did a girls day out! I highly recommend this salon because Ive never been happier! It really was worth the money because the style lasted until my next shower! I loved me more that day than any other day prior to this. Kelly squeezed my friend in before I had to leave the area! Love the energy here!

1sts appt of the morning-quite a few people there. 2 staff working. Did nice jobs with our cuts. I did no wash, just water spray, & sort of a style with my cut. Spouse, a regular guy cut. Both $20. Staff friendly.

I made an appointment, but ended up having to wait a while anyway, but I didnt mind. Just be prepared for them to be super busy. Ask for Sam! She did a fantastic job with my cut and was super nice the whole time. She even walked me through what she was cutting and why so I didnt have to just sit there and worry about why huge chunks of my hair were falling to the floor. I walked out with a perfect new hair cut. All of the staff there were super welcoming and you could tell they were all very social and friendly with there customers. Will definitely be going back.

First time here, I took my mom for her bday to get a hair did. And They were super friendly, I was able to get an appointment right away, did not have to wait, Casey is who helped us out and she did exact what mom asked and she was super happy when we left. Nice clean salon with good prices.

Taylor was wonderful. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted, with a little modification, its exactly what I wanted. Will be back when another cut is needed. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service! First cut was a struggle for me, so I wanted to give them a second chance. Margo (not the person who did the first cut) fixed it right up for no charge as soon as I walked in the door. I of course tipped for such a great outcome. They will make it right! They want you to be happy! And I am!

Went in at 12:15pm for a hair cut was told the wait was 40 min. 40 min comes and goes thats ok they were busy. An hour goes by a gentleman walked in, put his name in, got called about 5 min later. I walked out. Totally unprofessional and a complete lack of organization. I get 1 day off and dont have time to go get my hair colored much less sit for HOURS waiting for a haircut.

Did not get what I asked for, cut way to short, looks terrible, Im literally balling right now.

Tori is amazing and I drive 1.5 hrs to get a haircut every two weeks! A good barber is like a good doctor you just dont wanna get anyone else!

Now, the staff was great. Friendly fun and a good energy. But I wouldnt recommend anyone over the age of 13 getting a haircut here. Its good prices but, you get what you pay for when you come here. And apparently I got the budget cost version of what I wanted. The cut was thick with no blending leaving it looking like a half shaved bowl cut (I have thick hair, if you dont blend it down, its going to look horrible)I noticed that happening, so I made sure to ask for layers. And what I got looked like a multi-tiered cake with thick choppy layers that just added to the damage done.And then it was cut much shorter than I wanted so I cant even go get it fixed somewhere else without being left looking like a 12 year old boy.So, lucky I have a wig on hand to wear in public until it grows long enough for me to get this fixed.Not naming names because the lady whos hair she had done just before mine honestly looked really good, so maybe it was just bad luck or I asked something outside of her comfort range. If you want something super simple for super cheap, Im sure this is your place. But I personally would never come back.

I have never recieved a more terrible haircut than this. Came from Christina or Christine. I dont remember. After taking ten times to verify what I wanted, it was not at all relative to the picture i sent. I wanted a fade from bottom to top and she just cut the hair diagnally and called it good. Looked fine in store but i brushed it and oh my god it is so uneven. It doesnt even go in a straight line, some hair chunks are high, some are low. Just wow. Insane honestly.

My girlfriend came in today for a hair cut and when I got home it was a disaster. She had a simple picture of a bob with the front longer than the back. She instead got a mullet with uneven sides and it looked choppy. The customer service was good but truly vile haircuts.

The Lady I got looked like she hated her job or me I should have walked out then I asked for the same hair cut I have been getting for years I have thick hair she wouldnt do my cut because it was to much work I got a trim and my bangs butchered but paid the price of a full haircut and it looked the same as I went in still heavy and my bangs are ruined its been 3 weeks now and I have to go somewhere else to have this fixed never in my life have come out of a hair studio looking worse then when I went in.

My wife showed up to her appointment 15 mins early, and yet still had people come in 30-40 mins after her get seen immediately after coming through the door. Had to leave after almost an hour of waiting, staff was unprofessional.

Called in and signed in over the phone. Was told there was a 5 min wait time. I was across the street. When I got there they told me the wait time was an hour. Said they forgot someone was there. Seriously, it took me less then 5 mins to get there.

Aurora did my hair. I called ahead for a same-day appointment and I was taken back for my haircut on time. Aurora was professional, polite, and listened well when I described what I wanted done to my hair. I think it was apparent that I was open to suggestions and she offered them appropriately. The overall atmosphere of the shop was friendly. The stylists were friendly with each other, as well as their customers. They were busy, but didnt seem to be rushing, just to get to the next person. I will go back again and I will definitely ask for Aurora.

Fantastic Sams in Prescott Valley require masks, so I felt very safe there. My haircut was really done well.

Lindsay is the best stylist I’ve had since moving to Prescott 13 years ago. The color and cut are perfect. I didn’t feel rushed and Lindsay took her time to make sure she understood what I wanted. Excellent, 5-Star service!

I went to Fantastic Sams about a week ago very nervous to have my haircut as it was my first time going into a salon for a haircut in over 6 years. Fortunately I got stuck with the angel named Andrea Key.As a long haired person herself, she understood my anxiety and put me at ease within minutes. As she was going over the styling process and the cutting, she checked with me every step of the way asking if the length is okay and if I was doing okay with her cutting my hair. She was absolutely amazing and a wonderful conversationalist.I initially went in to have about 2 inches taking off to remove dead ends but ended up deciding on an additional inch being removed. I wanted to be sure we got them all as my goal is to grow my hair to my tailbone and I kind of wanted a fresh start with fresher ends.She had a very gentle hand and is very skilled in what she does, she has a new dedicated client for sure! I only hope that management shows her this review and gives her all the credit that is due to her, she was incredible!

Well all I can say is that...It looked better than when I came in. Then I looked a little closer when I got home.... it looked like it was chewed on. But I will go back because going there is a hit and miss. The. Hairdressers are VERY NICE AND POLITE..THE place is nice and clean.. Over the weekend my daughter and I both got haircuts at this location. It was our first time here and everyone that we interacted with on staff was friendly and accommodating.My stylist, Jordan, did an amazing job with my hair and was an absolute pleasure.My daughters stylist didnt do quite so well. She was looking to get a layered chin length bob with bangs. The choppy cut she ended up was about 3 inches shorter than that and in no way resembled a bob. Her stylist was sweet, but it was very obvious that she was inexperienced. My daughter put up a brave face at the salon, but she cried when we got to her car. We had to go someplace else the next day to fix it because it was so bad she was embarrassed to be seen like that at work.I ignored the few poor reviews I saw when I looked up this location since their overall rating was good, thinking maybe they were just very picky customers, but unfortunately my daughters experience shows they have merit. There seem to be several excellent stylists here, but the bad ones have spoiled it for my family. We will not be returning.

There are two stylist there that are fantastic one is Jordan the other one is Brittany Benz dont waste your time on any of the rest of them theyll give you an okay haircut Brittany and Jordan will hook you up

Worst haircut I have had in years! Walked in and I was greeted by a rude young lady, that should have been clue to leave. The owner/manager Kelly cut my hairI had a shoulder length bob when I walked inWe agreed on a half inch trim with some face framing.Over 3 inches cut off, a half of a above ear mullet on one side gouges through out the rest. This will take months to grow out ! If you did not want to cut hair or it was above your skill set you should have said so.

Due to the great experience I had today they earned 3 more customers. I have platinum blonde hair and came in for a TiGi conditioning treatment and hair cut. Actually worst haircut and worst attitude Ive ever had. Regret not going to Prescott location. To polite to complain just wanted to get the f out of there. Inspected my haircut closer in the mirror when I got home. Unbelievably sloppy and worse than I I feared. Im livid. Enough to complain now.

Worst of the worst. Spent over 3 hrs for a perm that did NOT last even 10 days . Price was outrageous. Ive had perms before and this was by far the worst of my lifetime. Have found Much better sevice much better prices and much better knowledge LOCALLY .

I walked in and they were able to get me in right away. The lady that cut my hair did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked for. Would definitely get my hair cut here again.

Terrible service today. A half hour wait turned into a hour wait after two walk in girls that were friends of stylist and came after me got in ahead of me. The stylist I got did not say one word to me was rough with the clippers did not ask if l liked back rounded or squared off did not ask about my somewhat wild eyebrows and seemed to hurry as fast as she could. Maybe a bathroom break was calling. I was a long term costumer customer who was treated like a 66 year old guy that didn’t matter. I won’t be back I refuse to be treated like that

We got 3 haircuts for my daughters and 1 for myself. All 3 of thier haircuts looked amazing, perfect, exactly what we wanted. The 2 stylists that did thier hair were awesome. When i told the stylist what i wanted he argued with me about it. I told him where i wanted my hair and beard to be cut and did both of them wrong. No line up on my beard like i asked and the hard part i wanted was completely wrong. I told him to do it where my previous one was and he cut it below that. I now have a 2 layer hard part.

I call ahead for an appointment for my two boys. When I arrive on time, they tell me it’s a 15-20 minute wait. Okay.... they take my oldest first, but skip my youngest (2) times because they don’t want a small boy. It’s disappointing stylist pick and choose who and when they want to help.

Worst customer service I have ever experience!! Would not recommend to anyone. I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I watched at least 5 people called back while I was sitting waiting. After waiting for 45 minutes and having watched someone that walked in without an appointment get called back, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told I would be next. I stated I had an appointment and was told so did everyone that was called back. I know that the person called back just before me did not have an appointment because I saw her walk in and request one. Not only do they provide horrible service, but they are dishonest as well and tried to lie about the appointments

I’ve been going here for years and today I came here to get a cut that I’ve been getting for a why’ll and the hair dresser that was cutting was rude frustrated and when how hammer the clippers in the side of my head and didn’t even listen to me about how I wanted my hair cut. So long story short watch out who cuts your hair and they just lost a long time customer.

My wife took my daughter here for color and a cut, which cost $160. The cut was noticably crooked and after 3 days the color came out unevenly. Never going here again.

Been coming here since 2009 and I always got fantastic service! Never had to wait more than 20 minutes. They are always a welcome to walk ins.

Raised the price of my simple buzz cut by 10%... Cutting into the tip for the capable staff, by 20%Was $10 with a $5 tip... Now. $11 with a $4 tip.I did mention it.

The lady who cut my hair didnt do very well, and imma just say it, take your time next time your gonna cut someones hair because speed isnt key to a good outcome sometimes and cutting hair with more speed versus a good outcome of the haircut is not the way to go :/
