I stopped at Audio Adrenaline for 15 second to spin a PokéStop. My buddy used to work there. Never expected it to be a big deal. A manager came out to my vehicle and harassed me, told that it’s private property, that I have to ask permission to stop in their parking lot and told me one of his employees said I was walking around the building performing suspicious activity. When I was standing right out front in clear view of everyone for 10 seconds before returning to my truck. The altercation lasted for several minutes, longer than the total time I was out of my parked truck. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and entirely unnecessary behavior from a supervisor no less for no reason what so ever. He even went as far as to tell me that the parking lot was private property and I have to come in and ask permission to be there next time. When parking lots are state property, not privately owned.I will absolutely never go to audio adrenaline for any work on my vehicle and wouldn’t recommend their service, with that kind of hostile and confrontational attitude from their staff.

The place was clean and well organized. The staff were completely professional. And best of all, (and i rarely say this about any business i have delt with), they were worth going to. And, i will definately go back and refer all my friends.

I needed to have a my radio and speakers changed out and a voice activation added to a new vehicle I purchased. It is a 2019 Dodge Caravan that was converted to transport my wheelchair. It was supposed to come with hands free calling but we found out after the purchase that it did not. Obviously this feature was an important aspect when purchasing this vehicle and I was in dire straits at that point and didnt know what to do. The dodge dealership was not willing to fix this issue so I went to Audio Adrenaline in Prescott Valley and spoke to Devin about my options and the cost. Devin was extremely helpful and the price I was quoted was very reasonable for the product and installation that would be required. They worked within my schedule and the job was completed on time and turned out beautifully. Devin spent a lot of time with me afterward going over my new system and its features even so far as to program and set up phone options. What happened? Ive used this company twice in the past few years, and was very satisfied, and even posted a favorable review. However, two weeks ago I called them to request another visit. I discussed with Arron the work to be performed, and was told by him he would get back to me on an appointment time later that day. Never happened. The next day I called again as a reminder that I still needed an appointment date. The person I talked to said they would remind Arron. Again, nothing. I tried once more the following day with no results. What happened? How could a repeat customer be treated so poorly? Needless to say I went with someone else. Too bad, they used to be a good company. Maybe the store manager will read this and bring this company back to what it used to be.

OK, Below is our initial review of Aaron and Audio Adrenaline from a few months back. Here is our new review entered on 4/9/19. STELLAR! Our old system had some CAT-5 issues with no chance to upgrade to new CAT-6 (it was a lack of foresight by our builder). Aaron was incredibly creative in thinking of ways to make our system sync while still maintaining the integrity of our initial install. Trust us, this guy thinks outside the box to find solutions to challenging issues and truly cares that things are done right. He succeeded! Having dealt with prior A/V firms I know for certain they would not have had the solution. Aaron did! Kudos, Aaron and Audio Adrenaline! Give him a call!!Husband John Schneider here... We have been battling AV issues for over a year and have experienced three prior companies NONE of which could figure out the problem. Owner Aaron came in and diagnosed the situation immediately, suggested some options, worked with us budget-wise, and solved the problem. When we had a minor glitch post-repair he was accessible to talk about what needed to be done next and we are in process! Trust me, you will NOT find a better or more friendly and knowledgeable AV guy or company in the Prescott area. We only wish we had STARTED with Aaron and Audio Adrenaline! Hire him/them... you wont go wrong!

Dont use this place for Smart Start installation. It has caused nothing but headaches. Improper installation has cost me a tow, two days of travel, and other expenses. I was moving across the country when there ceased to be any power to my Smart Start. After replacing the car battery, I had to have my car towed to a Smart Start dealer. After inspection, the dealer had to completely reinstall it and knew it must have been installed by an Audio business. He took pictures of it and sent it to Smart Start. A couple of weeks later, here comes ADOT with a corrective action notice requiring an additional 6 months on my Smart Start device, due to apparent circumvention. Smart Start was supposed to fix this problem and hasnt, according to ADOT. This has been the biggest headache, costing lots of time and money. All because someone didnt take the time to install the device properly.

Devin and Sebastian installed our new TV in less time than I thought it would take, keeping things nice and neat while doing so. We are very pleased with how professional and knowledgeable they were. We will definitely use AUDIO ADRENALINE in the future.

Went here to get my amp installed. I trust myself with wiring speakers but I wanted the amp to be done professionally. I was also having problems with my apple CarPlay not working. So I showed up with my dash all apart from messing with the radio all morning. I also noticed the steering wheel audio controls weren’t working either. I was gonna fix it myself but I just wanted advise on what to do.When I got my truck back my amp was installed. My radio and dash that I had showed up with all taken apart was put back together ALL nice and neat! My apple CarPlay worked like there never was even an issue. And when I was driving home I noticed my steering wheel controls all worked! They only charged me for my amp, wires and installation! The thing that stands out about all of this to me is I didn’t even ask them to fix my radio for me or put my dash back together. Dude you guys are so awesome!Incredible! Pride in what you do still exists!

I got quoted double the price that best buy quoted for the same electronics and installation. Triple the price for an oil change. Nice guys if you want to throw money away or if you are really rich. Best Buy installer was awesome and worked to actually get the price down even more. Show them your quote and theyll actually laugh.

Great people. They installed a new audio deck in our RV about 3 years ago. We had to go back for some problems a couple of times and theyve been great. Really happy with the service.

This company ROCKS!!! The staff are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We had them install audio, video and internet equipment for us and all work flawlessly. When they install your equipment, they are respectful of you and your home. We recently moved and called them back to reinstall all our equipment and once again they did a great job. When you want the best call them and you will be glad you did!

Not impressed with selection. Went in store to look at decks and there were NO prices on any of them. Very small selection also, all of them are Kenwood. When we asked for a price list at the front counter we were just told they start at around $120. No other info lol. Then we asked about install and were told it would be $75 to install any deck. Buying a simple one for our teenage son, this was not cost effective for us. Best Buy has free install and the same decks, plus many other brands to choose from. Its beyond me why this place has 4.4 stars. Maybe there are other things they do well, but our experience was seriously lacking. Also a family member got an install quote from them that was literally 1500 and they paid $200 elsewhere for the same job with no issues. Maybe a teaching moment, price your equipment so clients can see and consider cheaper install prices for low end equipment. No one wants to buy a deck and pay nearly as much as the cost of the deck for install.

I have known Aaron got a field for about 10 years. He and his team, like Cade, are absolutely top-notch professionals. They don’t want to sell your system they want to provide the exact solution for your needs. They know everything about sound systems etc.

Fantastic work for a reasonable price. I went in to have a stereo system from my last car installed in my new vehicle. The head unit area of the new car had been damaged by the previous owner, needing a custom install to fit my stereo securely. These guys did an amazing job, making it look very nice, and securing the unit perfectly. They also were able to install my amp and subwoofers in a way that makes them a nearly seamless part of the vehicle. Amazing sound, and truly professional installation.I went back the next day to have my exhaust replaced. The work is so well done its better than the factory exhaust, and their mechanic was a true joy to talk to. Honest, reliable, skilled, and quick. Ill be going back again for any other work I need done. Theyve made me a definite repeat customer. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I took my car in a couple months ago because I was having problems figuring out how to replace my radio. They really helped me out and made sure I was happy with the installation. If you want good customer service and employees who know what they are doing, this is the place to go.

I couldnt be happier with with the work Audio Adrenaline did for me. I brought my new-to-me truck in and talked to Devin who answered all my questions and put together a killer audio system for me. On top of the professional work these guys did, Devins customer service is second to none. He called me up on the day of the install and told me they could save me money because the door speakers we were going to replace were already top quality - they could have just installed new speakers and not told me, but this kind of honesty is what made me a customer of theirs from now on. He said he could upgrade my stock exhaust system while still being well under the original quote. Amazing! Ill be having them install some aftermarket headlights along with any other upgrades I want in the future. Amazing Customer Service,and the best price quality and selection you can find locally. Ive had 6 vehicles completely upgraded,from mild to wild and have been completely satisfied each time,and if I wasnt,they went out of their way to take care of me.They also have a custom exhaust & suspension shop which have done great work on my sports cars as well as installing an amazingly appropriate aggressive exhaust system on my Ford lightning. Highly recommend for any and all home or auto audio needs.

Devon is fabulous! Weve had a lot of work done to our truck. Then we took it on a 4,000 road trip. There are a few things we need to take it back in for, but its all covered.

Great place to spend a few hundred bucks and drive away and then pull over cause your car is full of smoke. Great job guys . I know where to take my subs and amp too if I want somebody to fry them and it only cost me $350 . The life of one customer to these guys is priceless meaning they dont get paid to care about that . Even after a message was left I did not receive a phone call for a day . Even then what was done ? A whole lot of bull sh@&. All blame is put on whoever or whatever they did not do. Oh and the 350 is just what I paid them that does include the burnt 1000 dollar JL smash amp thats fried or speakers . So if I could put - stars I would.

Originally intended to be a simple 30 minute install of a car stereo deck turned into a 2 week ordeal after wrong parts were order, and trying to overcharge me on those and labor. Finally had to tell them otherwise that I was planning on taking my business to Audio Plus, which quoted me a cheaper price by $60 less then what they were initially trying to charge me over $140 at this location. Would I do business with them again? Maybe but, Im not dealing with that type of customer service especially when something as simple and straightforward instead of jerking me around like that, especially with the attitude the front desk rep was pulling on me!

Excellent work and great staff!Took my Winnebago Travato RV into Audio Adrenaline and spoke to Devin about modifications, which included alarm, new horn, halogen head lights, light bar for off-road travel, and most important a wi-fi extender. I have had a replacement truck stereo installed and they replaced another suspension system that a different shop had installed incorrectly, and then also installed custom bumpers and in each case they have done an excellent job.These guys know what they are doing and deliver on schedule.

Prior to working with Aaron and his team I had numerous problems purchasing my home/car audio from the big box retailers and got tired of the low quality products and bad service. I would highly recommend Audio Adrenaline to anyone who needsto have electronic equipment installed in their home. Cade andDavidlee spent all day in our home installing new equipment to replacewhat was destroyed due to a lightning strike at our home. They were notonly professional and very competent, but they were also very pleasantand polite and knew how to do their jobs well. Cade took time to explainhow to use our new equipment and was very thorough. Before they left they made sure that everything was working properly and showed ushow to use the new equipment. We would not hesitate to call Audio Adrenaline again if we ever need their services in the future.

If you remotely care about your vehicle or time you would run far from this shop. I had a Kenwood touch screen head unit installed in a 2011 Suburban and they couldnt have possibly done a worse job on the install. After the initial install I noticed that it wouldnt adjust the angle of the screen and that there was a big crack in my dash, which they of course claimed to not do, so I took it back and they ripped off the trim kit and said it wasnt possible to do with the trim kit installed. So now after driving home disappointed that there is a huge gap around my receiver the AC functions would no longer work. Back to the shop I go. After they ripped the receiver out in the parking lot they said they have no idea what the problem was and that its working perfectly fine. About a week later the receiver constantly would cut out and restart until the 3rd time and then it would shut the music off completely and give me a warning to pull over and restart my car.At this point I can no longer trust them with my vehicle. I then took it to Audio Express to have them fix it. They were astounded at how terrible of a job Audio Adrenaline did. They said there were bare wires all over the place along with loose connections. It took them ALL day to attempt to fix and they werent even sure if it was possible to fix or if they shorted the system out. Well after sitting in their shop from open till they were about to close, they managed to get it patched up good enough to get me bye. Hmm and somehow they managed to make the proper trim kit work which Audio Adrenaline said wasnt possible. Audio express said it would be iffy and that I would probably need a new head unit. So now its been a couple months and its starting to show issues again. I fear I just wasted $2000 and days of my life.It wouldnt have stung so much if I knew I took it to a place that was a cheap installer to save a few bucks but no I thought I was paying more for a quality install. It appears to me that the owner doesnt give 2 craps about his customers because after being there waiting and waiting multiple times for the initial install and for them to fix all the problems they created, the owner wouldnt even give me the time of day. I know if I owned a business and a customer had to come in multiple times for one install I would be down there talking to him to figure out whats going on with my company. He apparently cant afford to hire a good installer because he wasted all his money on his 2 teslas he was pulling up in.Now if youre getting your exhaust done, the tech for that is very experienced and did a phenomenal job. The staff behind the counter is also very nice and knowledgeable. That all means nothing though if they cant even install a head unit correctly. I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle again. Thanks for screwing a vet out of his hard earned money.

They dont want to fix your CD player, just pull it and replace it. Salesman didnt have much time for me.

Terrible service. Went in there to have them locate my factory installed aux cord and they came out after 5 minutes saying something was wrong with the stereo. I repeated myself and told them what needed to be done and they kept saying it wasnt how my stereo worked. I know how it works due to the manufacturer who made the car and I earlier installed an aftermarket cord and the stereo worked fine. They constantly rejected what I was saying and said the only way was to install an entire aftermarket system for $400+. I later found the factory aux cord they refused to believe exists. They charged me $45 for 5 mins and constants lies because they were lazy and just pushed a button and said it was broke. Terrible customer service. They act like they are better than you. Take your money somewhere else.

We purchased a used can and had the clickers that needed to be programed called Audio Adreenaline and Keone D. told me to come and they could take a look at it. I did go in they looked at the clickers programed both of them for a very reasonable price and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Have been to Audio Adrenaline, always have great, friendly service and will be going back agin. I would highly recommend them...

They installed a whole system (dvd connection, WiFi and Bluetooth, all that jazz) in our used mini van quite some time ago. A problem occurred recently- one of the kids stepped on the video cable. AA repaired it and covered it under warranty, no questions asked. They are awesome and stand by their work and their costumers. Thanks guys!

Great install and product. Explained everything to me and didnt charge me for a couple custom things I asked if they could do. This shop does a little bit of everything with a lot of very loyal customers. Personable and very knowledgeable about their products and installations.

Came here to get my Smart Start installed and even though i had mention that my car was a hybrid multiple times whrn i showed up for my appointment i had to wait 2 hours (while they woulfnt lrt me leave to go to school acting like i wouldnt come back i needed to lay first) so while im waiting 2 hours it is suppozed to take to install, they inform me that they did not know it was a hybrid and would have to order parts. Fine. Come back 2 days later and they still dint have the part from PHX and nobody even called me. So i wasted another 2 hours just driving over there. Sent me home again, i called to reschedule my appointment and after waiting fot 12 1/2 mins they HUNG UP ON ME. The onlu positive is it a free install, IF they can get it in in time to meet rewuirements.I ended up making an appointment elsewhere
