I would rather buy online if the local store isnt going to employ professionals who are willing to provide good service or pleasing experience. At least pretend to care. I am wasting time and gas to shop local. Why wouldnt you buy online if the store is a hassle? Be happy to have a job!

Come here regular for shoes

I was going into the store and pulled on the door and it was locked at 9:57 then the so called manager came to the door and said dont come up here pulling on my door when we are closed we dont open until 10 when the website clearly says that they open at 9 on Saturday. When I came into the store he got a attitude with me and went on to say that he doesnt care what the website says that he opens at 10 and at that point I was so pissed off that I just left without purchasing anything honestly the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with!!!!

One star is giving this place too much credit. Over the last few years I have given this place chance after chance. Every time I walk in, the staff doesnt acknowledge my existence. I have on numerous occasions left after being in the store for atleast 5 minutes without even a hello.
