Jacob Smith was our excellent sales person at Pedder/Poway. If I asked a question he didnt know the answer to, he said so and then went to FIND THE ANSWER! The negotiation was low pressure and all items were explained thoroughly. Negotiations were respectful and professional. Be aware, dealership advertises low prices on cars to get you to come in and then hits you with huge dealer add-ons. Advertised a car for $13,200 ish, out the door price was over $20k. Over $5000 in add-ons on a $13,000 car, ridiculous!! I choose not to do business with companies that operate like this...

Purchased a vehicle and had 1 service at this dealership. The purchasing process was far easier than I remember (haven’t purchased a vehicle in a few years) and the folks were friendly and the interaction was no pressure. I didn’t steal the vehicle but felt the price was very fair and reasonable. The service rep was also awesome, got my vehicle in when they said and back to pretty quickly, plus it was cleaned.

WARNING: false advertisement, the lower prices they list are before the HIDDEN BS fees to make up the thousands of dollars below average prices they advertise at. BECAREFUL!! they will talk you into come and see the cars, make sure they disclose every fee, I mean hidden make up fees they will ad those when you come down to see the vehicle youre calling about.

I had the best customer experience ever! I was driving through Pasadena and my Jeep ended up breaking down. I am not from the area and was on my way to Arizona from WA to move with all of my belongings in my car. I took it to a shop and my entire transmission blew out and I did not have the money to fix it. I called the original dealership that I bought the Jeep through in WA and they reached out to the general manager Dean and explained the situation. He think got me connected with Shane. The two of them were able to help me buy a new Jeep over the phone AND drove my new Jeep up to me (2 Hours) AND towed my old Jeep away for me. These guys truly only care about helping the customer out in anyway they can! If not for them I wouldn’t know what I would have done. Thank you Dean and Shane!

We absolutely love our new Durango! We went in knowing what we wanted and ordered it which was a very easy process. No pressure at all. Highly recommend asking for Shane as he is extremely personable and still follows up with us to see how we are liking our purchase. Other dealerships we went to were high pressure sales and we didn’t feel comfortable like we did here. Will definitely come back when we’re ready to replace our other vehicle.

Browsed their website to see if they had the truck I wanted. Called to confirm the inventory listed on the website, and rather than confirming over the phone they asked me for name and number to add to their spam list saying they had to do it over text. Did that, and they sent me the link to their website that I was already browsing. Replied with the link to the truck I wanted, which was listed as Price: Call for Price. They replied, That price is locked, you need to come schedule an appointment to get the price. At that point I decided I would not do business with them, even if they had the best price (which they most surely did not, considering they wouldnt even tell me the price.)

No one answers the phones in service...either understaffed or mis managed....either way, stay away...had a simple service done in the past to my differential and they made it worse than when I came in the first time. not sure how this place stays open but drive the extra distance to a dealership that knows what they are doing.

All the recall items were quickly fixed and he advised me on other repairs which were too costly based on the current value of the vehicle. BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISING! My wife and I and 2 kids went to look at a chrysler pacifica that was posted on autotrader.com. The price was right and we were prepared to pay the listed price. After the sales rep plays the run back and forth to the manager game multiple times, their best offer is $6300 OVER the listed price. And thats before taxes. I expected to pay the listed price plus taxes of course. I finally decide to leave, I was told they will call me back by end of day with a better deal. No call. I called the next day to speak to the general manager. He was nice on the phone, listened and said he would look at a few things and call me back in 10 minutes. No callBe aware of the trickery. They will attempt to charge you for all sorts of B.S to pad the price.

I bought my vehicle here because I wanted to be able to take it in on weekends (when Im not working) for servicing, as I was planning on piling on the miles. Since Covid 19, the service department has been shut down on the weekends. I have to take days off and miss a few hundred dollars in pay each day I take it in for any reason. When I do get in, the service is fine and Im generally happy with the results. They NEED TO OPEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON WEEKENDS! (Covid-19 does not only work on weekends, so that is not a good reason to be shut down.)

I recently just purchased my Ram 1500 in October & about a week ago we experienced our first rain. Long story short I attempted to use my windshield wipers & they were both broken. The service was a simple 3rd key fob programming on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had an appointment and the service associate greeted me as I arrived, performed a quick prep of the vehicle, took my fobs and we did the paperwork immediately. It took about 1/2 hour to complete the programming and wash the vehicle...then I paid and left...35 minutes all together. The service was impeccable with very competent and polite associates. I live in Poway, bought the vehicle at this dealership, and this was the second time I was required to bring in the vehicle due to the nature of the service needed. I want to do business in Poway and it is great that I have access to such a great dealership here locally.BTW...this is my 9th Jeep and 7th Grand Cherokee...with nothing but praise for the brand and models. I do all general maintenance and repairs on my own vehicles...kind of a Motorhead...and the Jeep GC is a very easy vehicle to work on. This 2018 Grand Cherokee is the best ever with absolutely no issues to report...and if I had any, I would certainly bring it to this Poway dealership....if I couldn’t handle it, of course...Thank you much.John A. “Mac” McCormick

Drove past several Dodge/Ram Dealerships to come here. We came here due to their Ram selection and found something instantly, if that wasn’t the one, they had 7 more next to it. The staff was great; no pressure, honest, friendly and upfront. We test drove a truck and had worked out an out the door price just as the test drive ended. Went in for a few issues, recalls, check engine, software updates.Thinh was my service advisor, super nice, very transparent - great experience.My last service was at the Escondido location where they told me I needed new tires despite the fact that I had just purchased the truck from them with new tires on it!( unreal)Once I pointed out i had just purchased the truck a few weeks prior they treated me differently which is simply unacceptable-I’ll never go back to Escondido service department.Poway service was top notch ! Had plenty of appointments available. Got my truck drive shaft and exhaust fixed and done within 24 hours. 2013 truck is driving like new! My service writer Thinh was fantastic and kept me updated on the process. In the past I’ve also had Dennis as a service writer and he was also very helpful and nice. Service department is great its always above and beyond and they always wash the truck after, Ive stopped by a few times just to air up the tires and they have someone come out and do it for me which is helpful. Kristen was very patient at finding the right truck and which one is best for our family. On a separate trip Silvia again was very patient and put up with the whole family and test drives both Silvia and kristen were very knowledgeable with Ram trucks and would recommend seeing them if you need a truck

I found a car through an online listing and went to look at/purchase it. The car was exactly as described and we purchased. The salesmen were nice and patient with us and the fact that we had our kids with us. They also provided a free 1200 mile check up. Thats the good things and why the 3 stars- the -2 stars are for as follows:The bad things:1. They didnt have the dealer plates on and my husband got pulled over during a test drive by the police. That was awkward.2. They tried to low ball my trade in (I fought/got what I wanted).3. They forgot to have us sign an important DMV paper and contacted us while on vacation in a different state a week later asking to come in that day. We had to add over an hour driving time to our journey home (when already tired from all day travel) to stop by the dealership and sign the paper. There was no gas/time compensation and they didnt offer to drive to our house to correct THEIR mistake. I felt that was handled poorly.All in all nice selection of cars, just go in being prepared and make sure you know what your stuff is worth as well as have time to sign and double check ALL paperwork is completed before you leave.

Express lube is not express. Website says no appointment but when I drove in I was told I needed one because they work on vehicles that have appointments first. Dont expect a courteous reception if you just drop in for an express oil change. It took 2+ hours and they werent happy I just came in without an appointment.

On several occasions I have brought my 18 Jeep Wrangler JLU Moab into the service department and have been seriously treated with kindness, integrity and efficiently. My service managers Jason and Tony have show me how committed they are to customer satisfaction and how they seriously care about their customers. Several times that I have brought my jeep in there they have been highly focused on solving issues. This includes the last time that I drop my jeep off for some minor work to be done on some trim pieces, they noticed some noises coming from underneath my Jeep and immediately got on that issue. I waited in the service department no more than 15 minutes and Jason came in and said “I have a rental car for you. Can you leave your Jeep overnight?” Not only did they give me a rental car, they put me in a Jeep grand Cherokee that was brand new. They advised me the next day that they would let me know what the problem was. That following morning Tony called me to advise me that they were replacing the front axle shafts.Tony kept me up-to-date on when I would receive my vehicle back. He did not overpromise but he did go above and beyond to make sure I felt like a special customer.Thank you to the team there at Poway Jeep Chrysler for their top notch service! I have been take my Chrysler to Poway Chrysler since I purchased it in 2017.The 1st time I went there the service advisor was poor at best.I told a friend this and she said I need to ask for Jason. I ask for Jason the next time I went in and his service has been satisfactory and above. I have had him be my service advisor since.Today I dropped my Chrysler, I received a Text from a Tony saying he would be my service advisor. I texted back asking if I could please have Jason as my advisor because I trusted and been happy with him.I was told in no uncertain terms, could Jason be my advisor, since he now only handles oil changes and tune up.They repaired my care but I found the service advisor Tony to be extremely condescending.From this point forward I will be taking the my Chrysler elsewhere.

The service was outstanding. I had a problem with a sensor for the brakes. Thinh identified the initial problem and let me know what part required replacement. The part needed to be ordered and would be there the next day. He got a loaner vehicle. I wasnt sure if it would be ready so I stopped by the dealer to get a few things from my truck, and the part had arrived early and was installed. They washed my truck and I took it home. My experience at this dealership has never been great, but my latest experience finally has me writing a review. My Jeep Grand Cherokees water pump failed (under warranty) and as such I promptly filled it with coolant so my engine would not over heat. The coolant must have been wrong, so according to the dealership I needed a coolant flush (totally reasonable). However, they wanted an additional $200 for this task even though they had to replace the water pump which requires them to already empty out the current fluid. I understand I should incur an additional cost for the flush... but to charge $200 for something that costs $99-120 at other places... and they would already be in the area. I find this place a scam. To make matters worse... instead of explaining to me the problem, the service manager told me he would call me back and get to the bottom of it. I still have not received a call, nor am I expecting one. There are plenty of other good Jeep dealerships or mechanics, I suggest trying and calling around before heading to this place. Costs are one thing, but if youre going to a dealership at the very least you can expect good service. Absolute disgrace to Jeep dealerships everywhere.

I always take my Jeep here for service. The people are nice and theyve always finished faster than expected. Every time Ive gone in there theyve been able to fit me in early for my appointment and get me out of there quicker. They also have a courtesy shuttle which is awesome.

Doing an online search I found the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the options I wanted at Poway Jeep. The Jeeps with these options were in transit to other dealerships in the area but the one at Poway Jeep was in the available inventory and also had a dealer discount which seemed odd for a brand new model. Thinking this was too good to be true I called ahead to ask if the vehicle was still available and the friendly woman who answered the phone (Isabel) said it was.I went in to take a look at the Jeep that afternoon and committed myself to buying it immediately. They honored the dealer discount and I got a good deal on my trade in and a good price on some additional accessories, an extended warranty, and a maintenance contract. The finance department (Jeff) even beat the terms of my banks pre-approved auto loan! The salesman (Martin) made the whole purchase experience pleasant and was extremely patient and helpful as we moved my stuff to the new vehicle.The next day I noticed that there were troubling differences with the new maintenance contract compared to my past maintenance contract with a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When I raised this issue to the finance department (Jeff) he literally bent over backwards to resolve the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. He followed up with me every time he said he would which is a rarity in customer service especially in my experience with previous dealerships. It turns out some features of the maintenance contracts changed from 2010 to 2015 but I was 10,000% satisfied with the resolution we came to.The excellent attitude to customer service extended to my interactions with the service department (Gary), parts department (Joe), and The Jeep Guy (Jim). Ive never felt inclined to write a review of a dealership experience but I feel so well taken care of and so amazed at the level of customer service I received that they earned it. Thanks Poway Jeep!
