Only one lift for alignment. Rest of the shop lifts are down. 0800 appointment that should take just over an hour was estimated to take 3 hours. 3 mechanics onsite but only 1 is actually working.

They will not gouge you or sell you things that you will not need. They will suggest and give you estimates on any future repairs you may need.Fair, and they get their job done right and on time. The staff here is very professional and very friendly. Paul and Wil kept us updated throughout the day. I trust and I highly recommend this place!

Customer service was great (I spoke with Paul the service manager). They were accommodating with timing for appointments and got back to me with updates immediately.
Made an 830 appointment for oil change and arrived on time to be told it would be at least 3 hrs.

Appreciate the honesty. Recently went to the Toyota dealership where they informed me my break pads were low and needed a replacement. After Firestone did their own measurements, turns out I have 10,000 miles left on my truck before I need new break pads. Thanks guys 🤙🏼
I got a very good price for tires for my truck. Quick work, the tires are very quiet and smooth riding. The next day my air pressure light was on and I took the truck in to have it looked at. It seems that one of the sensors had failed. Amy, the manager, explained to me that this can happen, as the battery in the sensor has a finite life. She graciously offered to replace the sensor free of charge while I waited. I realize she didnt have to do that and I am very appreciative. Her mechanic popped in a new sensor and I was on my way! Thank you!
Very poor customer service. Paul is super rude and keeps giving wrong information. Will tried to be nice. Issue could have been resolved in a couple of days, but ended up taking more than a week because of the confusions Paul caused. You guys really need to work on your customer service.
For those looking for a reputable auto care company please go into this business and give them an honest try. I have had several cars serviced by this company, and the former Express Tire Company, and I cannot sing their praises enough for the excellent customer service they provide. Paul and Ed are the my primary contacts and I always find them to be very honest, creative, and communicative as they complete what I have asked them to accomplish. I arrived early. The service tech wasnt scheduled to arrive for some time. The advisor, Michael, started working on my car to get me out & and on the road quickly. This above & beyond service!
Talked to Michael (the manager) and scored better deal than Costco with discount. 2 hours later drive off on my new set of tires!

Awful service, the inside clerk was respectful and courteous but their master tech who swore he fixed my issue was awful. Took multiple tries to attempt to even out the steering wheel. But to no-avil. Took it to a different location 2 days later and the check-in specs of my alignment were awful. But they MiramaR location nailed the issue and refixed my alignment into perfect specs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
I did used car checkup, guy was very friendly and supportive and helped me a lot with my question and making wise choice.
2/2 they got my alignment done correctly. Took my car to other firestone previously and for some reason they couldn’t seem to solve the problem.
I had my car towed to this Firestone when the check engine light came on. It was right before I had to catch a flight and leave town. Michael called me on Wednesday and was very friendly at first and said it would be no problem if I gave them the keys when I got back into town on Saturday for them to check out what was wrong with the engine. When I got back to town on Saturday I called them and said I can swing by with the keys, but this time Paul was on the phone. He said very roodly that I had to get my car off of their property that day or he will get it towed and slap on a bunch of fees. I explained to him that Michael told me it would be perfectly okay for me to leave the car there till Saturday and then give them the keys to check out the engine. And then Paul just hung up on me. So I guess it’s not chill to leave your car there when they tell you that it is perfectly fine to.
I brought in my daughters 2010 Toyota Yaris Saturday morning for what was determined to be A/C compressor failure. My daughter needs her car Monday - Friday for school and her part-time job that is also 5 days a week. The replacement compressor had to come from LA and wasnt available until Sunday afternoon. Thank you Firestone for having the car ready for Monday.

Don’t waiste your time with these clowns. This location is worthless. Paul advised he couldn’t work on my car because of the year even though other Firestone locations do. I even pulled out a service record from the dealer and they used specs from a different year. He easily could have done the same. You have been warned!

Paul the manager is horrible and unprofessional and rude! He doesnt know how to talk to customers I have never seen anything like this before let along company lie firestone would keep a personal like him it is sad! not only the repair we also end up getting 2 our car tires done elsewhere. We hope that they are going to do something about it
