Estimate created, gave the go ahead, and picked up later that day. They get a lot of work done by a relatively large crew in a short period of time. They know what they are doing.

Have tried a few of the local Poway Auto repair shops in the area and so far these guys are my favorite. Service is friendly, honest, and priced well. Also like that they take CarMax warranty plans. Jose and Brian have so far been great. Recommend you try them out!

Best shop in town. I brought my 13 year old car in for a second opinion after another shop close by told me I needed a new transmission. They assured me my car was just fine, saving me thousands of dollars. I’ve been bringing it in for regular maintenance since, and it’s still running great.

Friday while on my way to work I heard a flapping sound which I thought was a belt, I called them when I got to work, hoping I wouldnt be without my car all weekend with no way to get home, the owner Jose answered my call, he was kind and friendly & within an hour he showed up at my work and towed my car to his shop himself.... Come to find out my tire had blown on the backside (you couldnt tell by looking at it), I needed new tires and an alignment (Im SO GLAD he towed my car instead of me potentially having a full blowout trying to get there!). I met Scotty at the shop who was super kind, helpful and he was able to squeeze me in for an oil change same day; they had me back on the road by the end of my work shift... THANK YOU!!! I will absolutely be back, you guys are the BEST!

Towing was a good value. He refused to look at the needed repair due to electrical complexity. Pushed me to get the vehicle off the property in 48 hours including threat to impound after first 24 hours when my scheduled tow truck did not show up the first day. Fixing the air conditioning in my 2011 toyoya camry was a big job that required removing the whole dash, and they ran into some trouble caused by the last mechanic that repaired something in the dash, but they still got it done right for a great price. They even stayed late on a Saturday because they knew I was planning to leave town on Monday. I highly, highly recommend these professionals for any work you need done! Ever since I discovered Poway Auto Repair about a year ago, we take all our family vehicles there for all repair, service, and maintenance needs. This time I was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. I called on short notice and asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in for same day service. They said How soon can you get here? and had my F150 ready to go within 1-2 hours even though the garage bays were already full when I first arrived. Every interaction with them is friendly, courteous, and professional.

These guys were able to fix the dreaded not ready emissions monitor problem that nobody else had been able to figure out for months. Other mechanics were recommending ripping into sensors and catalytic converters for thousands of dollars; these guys traced it to a computer problem and fixed it in a couple hours. Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced on top of it.

My car was over heating, I took it in the afternoon and I was back on the road the next day. The staff was incredibly friendly just like the reviews said. These folks not only stayed over 30min late to fix my car (I never asked them to do that), but they also stayed late waiting for me to pick up my car. I asked them to take a look at my exhaust which looked like it was hanging low and they fixed it free of charge. I would definitely recommend and this is where Ill be going from now on!

I brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed with the check engine light, they told me it would be $3,000 to fix it. I bought the parts at AutoZone for 800 and had it installed within an hour. I was still charged $300 for the simple diagnosis.

I had an appointment on 12/30/2020 at 10 am for engine and smog check. My car had lost significant mpg in two months and CA DMV sent a smog check letter.The manager was very respectable and reported my car as in good shape. He continued to ask questions of changes to my car to figure out why I lost so much mpg. Turned out I should have kept with Super-leaded gasoline after I switched back to Un-leaded gasoline two months ago because I thought I could get away with seafoam.The shop had social distancing signs by allowing one customer at a time in the office, with seating available outside. The one thing I wish the shop had was more parking availability or designated area. I received expletive language from a different store representative after parking in their area for this appointment.

I had an appointment for brakes at 9am. Had my vehicle there by 830. The service took until 3pm. It took 6 hours to get my brakes serviced.

Had to repair our sunroof drains and a headlight. Service was super friendly and welcoming. They did not up sell anything. They were very honest about their work and what was needed and not needed. They aren’t the cheapest, but the honesty and integrity and quality work were worth it.

Easy to make an appointment. Friendly upon arrival. Called within 2 hours to say my Jeep was ready. My lil Jeep needed its air conditioner recharged. They tested for leaks but found none. Indicated that if it went hot again to bring back as dye would tell them where leak was. And changed oil which was puuurrrrrfect! Highly recommend. My new service peeps for my Sahara wrangler!

I needed a tune-up prior to my smog. I made an appt and it was actually replied to and confirmed. I didn’t have to wonder or call asking if it had been accepted or rejected. None of that “We will get back to you soon”. He was professional and even performed my smog for me since I was there. Definitely would recommend his services.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY! My engine was overheating and this place assumed it needed a new head gasket before looking at the engine. After looking at it, they confirmed it needed a new head gasket. I took it to a trusted mechanic... turns out it needed a new radiator and water pump. Head gasket was fine. 😬
