As usual, quick, efficient service. Today was just an oil change, and a patch on a leaking tire (darn nails - but since I also purchase my tires here, the patch was free). I have also had basic suspension work done (my Camry is a 2001). I trust them.

Always have a great experience with this Poway Evans location. Employees are always personable and provide realistic options when selecting new tires based on what you need and how the car will be driven.. I especially like the tire warranty repair service as this past year weve hit a lot of annoying nails driving on Poway Rd and they take care of the repairs promptly vs. having to wait numerous hours for a tire repair. They are careful to check your tire pressure and lug nut torque on all tires which makes the drivers in my family feel safe.

I had a blow-out from a pothole, when I called they didnt have my tire in stock but they immediately tried to get a special order tire in for me asap because of the odd size... Richie was very helpful by by checking around for the best but the best deal and he found a great 1 saving me about $75 from a quote that I had earlier from Discount Tires. Im very satisfied and will be back.

I recently went to Evans Tire and Service Center in Poway CA for new tires, struts, and an alignment. I was shocked by the high quality of service. My car couldn’t feel better. John seems to be dedicated to excellence and takes pride in what he does and so do the people working with him. These guys are so good they make everyone else look bad.

I ditched Discount Tires, whom had done nothing wrong just didnt seem as invested, to go to Evans because my husband had a previous good experience. Over the phone both agents I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful, so I drove very far out of my way to give them my business. The person I worked with was great but told me he had just been mistreated by his manager and was fed up. They quoted me two hours to switch out two tires and do an aligned check. I had to call in to keep tabs. It took FOUR HOURS, and they didnt even do the alignment check before I insisted they give me my car back. It was 90 degrees outside and my toddler wasnt feeling well, we had walked around the busy streets with no sidewalks for too long and had waited long enough. The manager pointed fingers and shrugged it off. I was outraged and ready to burst into tears by the time I got my keys. The frustrated agent apologized said he was putting in his notice that day but gave me a business car that has free alignment written on it as a token of good faith. I have very little faith that will get me anything, but even if it does I never want to step foot in that place again! I regret switching from Discount.

I rarely post negative reviews, only when really irritated. Today was this rare occasion when I had to leave one. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years for regular maintenance and have always been happy with the service. Until today, when I came with a flat tire. I told the guy at the reception I was in a hurry to get to work and it was really urgent. He said it would take an hour and I agreed, hoping I would be out in that time. Then I started seeing people come in, ask about services and their cars being taken in. Being one of the first clients to arrive, I started to wonder if they are going to take my car in soon. When an hour passed I came in to ask when they were planning to take my car in for service and then I was told that this service is free and I need to wait when they have time... what? 1st - I wasn’t told it was free. So, if the service is free you welcome customers who pay and I need to wait even though I was one of the first in line? I said again, I am in a real hurry to get to work and am ready to pay, just take care of my car... the guy decided to finally ask one of the mechanics to take care of my car. Then he changed his mind and told me he didn’t want to take care of me and provide me the free service and I should look for help somewhere else..That is the right way to loose customers.

This place is fantastic! We have brought several cars here for tires and other jobs, and we are always super happy with their service. Walked in today for a tire patch job on my new car, and was helped immediately at the desk. Didnt have to wait too long (shorter than if I had brought it to the dealership) and it was done. Super close to Poway shopping so you can get a few errands done if needed while waiting. Highly recommend!

I saw the reviews and thought I’d give them a try. I was quoted on a brand that’s was over 1000. Dollars. Then you get the buy two, get two which the quote out the door was not what I paid out the door. Another thing I made an appointment and the tires weren’t even there, so I had to wait I was there like 3 hrs. Mind you I had made the appointment a day ahead. Very disappointed on calling in to the call center for a quote and not getting what you should of gotten. Sorry to say my grandson and daughter both will need tires soon and I wouldn’t recommend Evans.

Ive been to this place multiple times (for different reasons), and every gentleman that works there does whatever they can to work with me on parts and prices. I had an issue with my brakes and caliper on one side and they fixed it immediately. A week later I had the same issue and they handled everything so quickly and even put on a new rotor to ensure that the problem wouldnt happen again. Im not from here, but I feel very comfortable sayin, that this is my spot for all of my car maintenance needs. I appreciate all of yall fellas for helpin me out as much as yall do!

I took my Hyundai Sonata in to check the wheel alignment. They found the front wheels were out and the tires have cracks.They gave what seems like a good price on a set of four new tires, which I will have installed in the next few days.

Had front control arms with bushings and ball joints replaced on a 2014 RX350. Ive never been more satisfied with an auto service. Labor manuals quote an asinine amount of time for replacing these parts, but Evans Tire said they could do it in far less time and only billed me for the time spent -- about 60% of another shop, and a third of the what the dealer quoted.This kind of discrepancy between the labor manual and the actual time taken wont always be the case. But, knowing Evans Tire is fairly pricing their work and not gouging me is invaluable.

I went by for... you guessed it- tires. The guys were all very nice, got my car taken care of, and informed me of some impending doom that needs to be worked on, that I was only vaguely aware of. The guy even took me out to the shop bay and showed me while the car was up off the ground.... he wrote up an estimate, charged me a fair price for my tires and sent me on my merry way. Waiting room was clean and chilled, Despite the 95 degree heat outside. I am for sure gonna go back.

I was greeted as I walked out from my car and we took a look to address my concern. The service writer was knowledgeable and willing to help. They took my concerns and understandings and transparently addressed my inputs and understanding of my car which I valued very much. When I came to look at what was happening with my car, they showed me what was happening and were able to use the history I shared to determine what to do.I noticed the service writer Josh met each other customer in the same way as I waited for my car which was a good sign. I did not have to wait for too long, diagnostics were completed, tires were changed and I was on my way!

Everything was groovy until I was told I needed front brake pads and rotors, and some other extremely expensive repair. I said, no thank you just tires today, as I had just been to my mechanic 2 days prior, who said my brakes were good. I swung by to see my mechanic just to be sure after my tires were installed, and he took photos to prove to me that my pads and rotors were in terrific shape. What’s up with that Evans Tire?

Everything was great from the minute I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. I was directed to a tire service center agent that help me pick out tires over the phone and gave me a quote. I had my appointment today and everything was all set for what I wanted, I went in and they took my car very quickly. I was estimated two and a half hours for tire replacement and alignment and was called within one and a half hours that my car was ready for pickup. Staff was very friendly and service is always great which is why I continue to go back there!
