Ive been to a number of ice cream places from fancy boutique shops in Brooklyn to the esteemed Leopolds in Savannah and even all the local digs like Zoes and such. So trust me when I tell you Mapleview puts them all to shame. If youre looking for the secret gem that all the locals know and love, this ones it!

I love this place! Have only had their fabulous home-made ice creams, and I wont go anywhere else. Try the Strawberry Cheesecake or Chocolate Goddess. You wont regret it. :)

Headed here before the movie at the drive-in next door for a school event Willy Wonka movie. Great spot for kids and family to have a meal or some ice cream! Prices are reasonable. The food is good, have to have those tacos when you get in. Parents get the food. Kids get ice cream or whatever floats the boat. It’s a win win for both parties. Customer service was also great. They have a really cool group working there. Thank you Christina and crew. Will come through again soon.

I orderered an ice cream cake from here for my dad’s 87th birthday party. They did a wonderful job on the cake plus the ice cream is homemade. and everyone loved it. I ordered it to be pick up at 4:30 pm and I didn’t have to wait for it. You made my dad’s birthday very special. I am looking forward doing future business with Mapleview Cafe. Thank you so much!!!

Theres no better ice cream than the ice cream made and served at Mapleview Cafe!!!The variety of flavors find me planning a two scooper in a large, yummy waffle cone...Strawberry Cheesecake on top with chocolately Grasshopper for a minty finish! Yum!!

So good and very unique flavors... I got one flavor with corn pieces in it (dont remember the exact name) and it sounded weird but I was also super intrigued. It was amazing. Very hard to resist the urge to keep a gallon stocked in the fridge, but I must. I hope they bring it back next summer. I also tried a blueberry cheesecake and that was as great too. I definitely appreciate the variety of flavors that cant be found anywhere else. 5 stars for creativity and they nailed it.

Known for the homemade ice cream, the other food is surprisingly good as well. The family run atmosphere is laid back and friendly. Theres a play area outside for the kids which is a big hit as well. Highly recommended. Right near the drive-in as well, take a sandwich to the show.

Though not mentioned on their menu, their custom made hard ice creams are to die for! Thought we had gone to dessert heaven.Hot foods and sandwiches are great as well, skillfully prepared and tasty! A surprising number of choices, kids meals as well.

Unique flavors and Sundays. Added an edible flower making it super pretty. Not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. Ive been told the food is also top notch so Ill need to come back.

We were greeted with friendly faces of staff members eager to help. They asked us if it was our first time and handed us a menu for future visits. All of their ice cream is house made and delicious. I had a double scoop on a waffle cone: one scoop of bourbon swirl and one scoop of the rich chocolate. The rich chocolate is absolutely decadent. The texture of the ice cream is smooth and dense. We will definitely be returning.

Easily a 5-star establishment not only for their mouthwatering ice cream, but also for their wholesome atmosphere. Every time my friends and I pop in, we feel as we are in our home.

Wow!!!! In a very good way. My husband and I just stopped here for the first time. We each had a burger and fries, very fresh. Not greasy cooked perfect. Also the bun was soft which was very refreshing proving that they care about the quality of the food​. We both were stuffed but couldnt resist the homemade ice cream. We decided to get shakes to go and again WOW ....... I highly recommend the banana ice cream. Apparently we were not to stuffed because we made it to the car and both of us were half way done. Very nicepeople we will be back again. Also I have never written a review before now and this place was so good I had to take the time to share with other!!!! Check it out!!

This is my second time here and cant wait to come back. The food is yum and the owner, Christina, is friendly and welcoming! I had Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. It was so delicious....creamy beyond words! She makes everything from scratch....including the French Fries! Chili just like my own. Everything we have had is off the charts...delish! Highly recommend you give this place a try and make sure to introduce yourself to the owners! The staff are awesome as well.

Once little spot my wife and I found on our way to the Drive in Theater near by. We came from the Bronx to enjoy a little nostalgia with the drive-in and Mapleview Cafe just added to the nostalgia with the Oldies but Goodies pumping out of the speakers . Food was good and the have home made icecream.

I love this place. The best ice cream in town and I have tried everywhere, including farm to serve in three days. They also now have food (soups, sandwiches, and more) and its delicious. The owners are also a delight to talk to. I hope to be a regular here for years to come!

I was pleasantly surprised how Mappleview overcame the transition from Debra Ts. I was very sad to see Debra go and we were wary of the Mappleview. However, the on site owners/operators/chefs are great! They brought back the great ice cream that tastes like it came from a farm. The food is great too! There are some gluten free and dairy free selections. I think it is great now that they have been there for a while and they decided to mostly keep the Debra Ts feel. However it looks so much better now that the entire place has been re-painted. Best place to go to for ice cream, even if the line is out the door sometimes....

Great staff, delicious ice cream, they also serve hot food. A fenced in area to eat, and children can play. Pricing is reasonable.

The ice cream here was ok. The service was good but the prices are the highest I have ever seen anywhere in NY for ice cream. Three of use had all different flavors and enjoyed them all. Only bad thing is higher then NYC prices in the middle of nowhere.

I absolutely love this place! They have great, fresh made ice cream with a variety of flavors, including a few seasonal favorites! Im always greeted with great customer service as well! Their sundaes are made with large portions, so be ready for that!

We went to the Mapleview Cafe last week. Unfortunate was the best rating i can give the experience. First we were told that they ran out of food 2 weeks prior and still had not bought more. So all burgers and such were out. Then they told us that a freezer broke at the same time and so they only had 1/2 their ice cream available. Kind of made us wonder why they were open but ok sure we stayed. We ordered the smallest cone they had for our 3 year old. The teen behind the counter promptly picked up a medium-sized cone and put 2 large scoops on it. I stopped him and said we had asked for the smallest they had. He turned around and again picked up a medium cone. I stopped him again and pointed to the baby sized cones he had on the counter. He looked at me and said but thats for babies... yes i said and my daughter is 3 and weve been asking you for this one... So we did get the baby cone though the ice cream was very soft i think the freezer they do have is on its last legs.A last thought: weve had some good experiences here in the past with excellent ice cream, however this time the vanilla they served was very sub-par. It tasted cheap and T was glad we only got the baby cone. With a plethora of options nearby if Mapleview doesnt make some changes they wont be around long. We wont be coming back anytime soon.

Awesome homemade ice cream (I recommend cookie dough or banana cream pie), and a wooden train playground for kids to climb on. They also have burgers, sandwhiches, etc., but Ive only had the ice cream.

Delicious icecream and great service

This was my third tome giving this a try but each time me and my family had s horrible experience. This time we ordered food they were out of 2 of 4 items we ordered. My kids ordered grilled cheese and pbj. The pbj was not edible. It was so loaded that when my daughter picked it up it fell apart it was mush. She lives pbj and couldn’t eat it. The chips they ordered were burnt in the outside and raw in the middle. When it came time for us to get our ice cream kids . We went to walk inside and they refused to go in because they didn’t want it to be as yucks as there lunch. ( there words). We will never give it another chance! Don’t go here! It use to be do good but new management and food is horrible!

This is now Mapleview Cafe, it is owned by a different family... their ice cream is homemade and the food is EXCELLENT! Much better than Debra Ts, back in the day that old grumpy witch would charge obscene prices for food that was low quality and not good at all.... with a nasty attitude complete with a dirty look.It is a MUCH different experience now, aside from the kind staff and service being excellent the fries are real, lettuce is crisp and tomatoes are fresh and tasty. Burgers are made with quality beef and even the bread they use for sandwiches/gyros/burgers/etc is delicious and fresh. Yes, they did keep the train set playground that we all grew up with. Bring your kids here
