CONSUMER BEWARE! Excessively high prices. Overworked staff. Manger exceedingly rude. Blames consumers for outrageous mistakes his staff makes. We spent many thousands of dollars and have had so many costly mistakes due to the wrong parts being ordered even though we sent an explicit and very detailed email that listed every item we wanted (back in Novermber) and copied the contractor (who approved the list). This was a repeat order. It was simple. A job that should have been done in January of this year is still not finished because the right parts are now unavailble and they are blaming this on Covid. The job would have been finished had Security ordered the correct parts. The majority of positive reveiws are from contractors who work with Security who get special treatment and incentives including holiday parties for suckering clients into using them.

After several trips to about 4 other places, I was greeted by Donna and her assistant in the show room. We have been searching for single part and Donna was extremely helpful in locating this part. Not a big sale however because of Donnas attention and her diligence I will be using them for the next big remodel we plan. Great service and selection

There was an issue with a part ordered to repair my air conditioning. I have called TJ 3x a day since July 12th and still haven’t gotten a call back. Asked to speak to manager and was given to the owner who was so rude and degrading and refused to answer any of my questions. I would never recommend this place to anyone.In response to the owner, who do you think gave me your company name? Phone number?? Told me to ask for TJ??? I was simply asking when the part was ordered and when it would be in because like I told you on the phone, I am pregnant and have 3 children at home with no air conditioning for over 3 weeks. The way you talked to and treated a customer is a disgrace and I could never in good conscience recommend a company like yours.
