Just got a pricey piece of equipment delivered and installed. So far I am very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. The team showed up on time, had great communication, worked safely clean, got in cleaned up answered questions and left. The saleswoman was professional, courteous, read my mood, made helpful suggestions without being pushy. As long as this piece lasts Ill be sure to recommend them to anyone. MAYBE you can find a cheaper price somewhere else, but after doing my research I think the price was fair and for the quality of all around service Im not going to look anywhere else.

This is a great little store, in these pandemic times, they still have equipment that you want. The service staff was helpful, friendly, and very upfront. I bought a set of dumbells, they cost less than what Amazon was charging.

If you are in need of any physical fitness equipment of any kind, I cant say enough wonderful things about Jimmy at Fitness Showroom. He is extremely knowledgeable and will direct you towards the proper equipment for your specific needs. I ordered equipment at the most difficult time when everything was sold out and impossible to find due to the Corona Virus. Jimmy went above and beyond to expedite our order and was proactive the entire time updating me as soon as he had any information to share. He never provided any bogus information to just keep me happy, he was upfront and honest. His store is amazing with high quality products. Fitness Showrooms is a fantastic store. The owner, Jimmy, is great to work with, friendly, no hard sell, extremely knowledgeable and very flexible. I recently bought a Life fitness Treadmill from his store, and very happy with it. Delivery and installation from Pawel Wozniak was smooth, on time, efficient and he took the time to walk me through the controls. Highly recommend this store and Jimmy.

Walked into the showroom to a friendly greeting by Jimmy and Pete. This atmosphere added to a much pleasant experience. Not only did we enjoy walking in to a friendly environment, but Jimmy being very personable, and his knowledge and help was more than expected. He helped us select exactly what suited us best and helped us put an order together. No need to shop around. Prices and quality were great and they have everything we need. Because of all the CV19 hoopla and being in quarantine from Miami, I had to buy a treadmill over the phone. They could not have been more helpful in terms of giving websites/specs etc. Delivery was today by Pawel. Amazingly, he txted arrival times in advance and could not have been more professional in the delivery and setup. Haha - the cabin is in the mountains and Im used to delivery times varying by days....Pawel was within minutes! The whole experience was 100% perfect.

Friendly and extremely helpful.

After a brief phone discussion with Jimmy, I knew I had to do business with this company. He was extremely helpful, informative, and most importantly, polite! I called about a drive board for my treadmill and he selflessly pointed me in the right direction, which brought him no business. Or so he thought... I recently purchased a small town gym that needed a few upgrades. I spoke with Jimmy about my ideas and he fully supported my vision and again pointed me in the right direction. I made two large (large in my humble opinion) purchases from him for one reason only, because I know good people when I meet them. He looked out for me, a stranger, and took more than good care of me! He was empathetic towards a young man with passion for his small business. Customer service was nothing short of excellent! I dont see myself doing business with anyone other than fitness showrooms. And I will be doing plenty of it. Cheers to an American company that started from the bottom and made it to the top, and is still humble enough to treat you better than the barista at your local Starbucks. I cant remember the last time I was this satisfied doing business with anyone!

My boy friend, and I stopped here and met with Jimmy. We were looking to get a treadmill. We thought if we went to Dicks, or Sears we would get a better deal. We were so wrong. I just purchased my third piece of equipment from Fitness Showrooms and I am happy with all three (home gym, treadmill and Powerblock set). They sell quality products at great prices and the service is great too!Jimmy’s a great guy. He knows the products and he takes the time to fit the right pieces of equipment to your individual needs and budget. He’s very patient and honest and he won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. He’s great to work with!The service department is also excellent. My treadmill was just delivered with a slight manufacturer defect that affected the folding mechanism. I called Jimmy as soon as the delivery team left and Steve the service manager was at my house the same day! Steve’s team had also handled maintenance on my home gym in a prompt and professional manner.I plan on purchasing all of my exercise equipment from Fitness Showrooms.

Me and my husband have been searching for equipment for our home gym for a while now and nothing of quality beats these prices. Jimmy was easy to work with and a great guy. My wife and I first met Jimmy when we dropped in a number of months ago. He was super helpful and straightforward about what working out meant for different people and how having fitness equipment may or may not benefit you. He was so honest and sweet about discussing his products and workout systems and did so in such a way that was completely pressure free. We left feeling more intelligent and although we didnt buy it then and there, it left us with a good feeling and ultimately we returned a few days ago and happily purchased a dream workout system. Waiting for the install now! 2 Thumbs up!

Read all the positive reviews about Jimmy and they were all true. Just bought a Lifecycle Club bike and couldnt be more happy. Jimmy is such an easy guy to talk to and he will guide you to the best equipment to purchase. Called me after I received the bike just to see how I liked it. Shopped around on the web and his prices were the lowest. You will definitely not be disappointed stopping in his showroom, extremely knowledgeable about workout equipment.

I had been researching exercise equipment to use in my home for the past several months both online and locally at fitness showrooms in Poughkeepsie. I met Jimmy and I appreciated they way he he treated me through my selection process. Keep in mind that he spent considerable time [over the course of several months] with me given the fact that I had not committed to even purchase through him. In his store I was also able to try out a couple of machines that I researched online which was a benefit. Ultimately I purchased a home gym through Fitness Showrooms. By the way, his in store price was actually cheaper than online. The Gym was delivered 8 days & assembled after I ordered it and so far, so good. If youre thinking about getting a home gym, I encourage you to stop by & ask for Jimmy. I personally cant ask for anything more in terms of great customer service.

Spent over a grand on a quality treadmill... was misinformed by my salesperson on features. Started getting error messages on the treadmill shortly after it was installed. Scheduled a tech to come out (took time off of work) and they never showed up or called. Shop at your own risk.

Every trip I make, Im greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff whom always has genuinely useful information and advise. They only sell quality equipment that has strong manufacturer support networks.

They stayed open late on Christmas eve to help us out. Great customer service, very patient and helpful.
