The stuff is great. The staff, not so much. Once you order something, you cant cancel it, even 5 minutes later. The staff doesnt tell you that.. Especially when you can buy the same item on their website for less. They seemed to not care or were just unenthusiastic about working there. If you dont like your job, leave, dont show your misery to customers.

Nice employees; some wearing lots of colors some monochromatic but very helpful. I got what my kids wanted to get and outta there.

Love going here. My daughter got me hooked years ago, and its always a must stop whenever we go to the mall. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you order online if they are out of your size or stock in store. The music is pretty great too.

Never had a problem really with this store, nor with its employees. I also never thought I would be someone to write a bad review about a place either. However today I went with my boyfriend to go pick out a beanie for him.(we both happen to work retail. So we know how it is.) But There weren’t that many customers in the store. We were second in line behind a man making some clothing purchases. And the second after he left the employee (a girl with short boyish hair./she looked like a new employee to me) who finished ringing him up looked over to us and said that “the line was over to the left side of where we were standing”.Now this did not make any sense to us cause we were Right behind the man she had finished ringing out! My boyfriend had been standing right in front of her! And she just proceeded to get the next customer behind us.(a little line of people had just formed behind us.) we didn’t fuss to her about anything. We just basically put down what we were gonna get and walked out. We left not too happy and confused on what just happened with the no service from that employee. I don’t know if it was discrimination against us or what. But whatever

I used to go to this store all the time in my youth and I will always love it for the friendly, kind staff and amazing inventory that they have. xo
