The deal with sprint is very simple. They will lie and even sell you products that dont exist in order to get your credit card info, then they will use every tool at their disposal to defraud you at every step. Run, dont walk. you will regret the day you walked in the door here.One device didnt work in the zip code they said it would. zero bars. Another was never even delivered. they tried to negotiate with me to pay for service that didnt exist and even a device that they lost. Tried to offer me to only pay for half of it like it was a favor. Absolutely incredible

Tori was amazing! My phone was so damaged yet somehow she was able to swap all of my content and have a new phone set up just in time to catch my train. Great service! Polite, intelligent, fast, and efficient. Highly recommend

Rude staff. I was with Sprint for years, went to upgrade and purchase new phones, ended up going to Verizon, which is conveniently located nearby. Also shady business practices. They will keep charging for insurance even after your phone is no longer covered by it.

Disgusting service. Kept waiting me for 30 minutes. That’s fine. I went with an unlocked phone to join the sprint network. Employee there said that I can’t and I need to buy a phone with sprint in order to be a customer.

They are so rude I go in there to look for this particular phone case and they told me to wait a minute because they wore with another customer Then the hole time they didnt have it after all And had me standing there walking around in the store like I had Foreheads on my head
