The representative was polite and professional. Unfortunately they found a problem with my tire and it needed to be replaced. It took quite a long time, but that was more because they were waiting for the tire than anything they did. Once the tire arrived, they were quick. Always a positive experience. I’ve bought my last 6 cars at Hudson.
I came into the dealership to “just look” but ended up leaving with a vehicle. Incredible experience. I worked with Mike Graf who took so much time to walk me through the vehicle, answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He put me at complete ease and made the whole process enjoyable.All staff were friendly and kind. They ensured that my best interest was first and foremost.
Car has never been the same since I had them work on it. Tech left a rag in my engine and my car was worked on several times but has not been the same ever since. Should have just replaced my engine no questions asked. While I never asked for the mechanic to be fired, at least that was closure for you on your end. When this happened I had only owned the car for a few months, so for me this has been an ongoing never ending headache. Still costing me time and money. After the rod broke in my engine the proper course of action should have been to replace it in good faith. I also have to keep a bottle or 2 of oil in between oil changes because the engine just burns through it. Never had that problem prior to this whole debacle.

Found this vehicle online pre-delivery. Was able to work with Sam on a fail deal and trade over the phone from 5 hours away without issue. At a time when other dealerships are marking up prices due to short supply, Hudson honored their advertised sale price and offered a great trade value.

She kept me constantly informed and updated on my truck build process during this unusual Chip shortage and build time. I will 100% be purchasing many more vehicles from them in the future
Got into a bind on the last day of the month for my yearly state inspection. My engine light came on just before it was able to be scanned by an outside shop. They were able to not only diagnose the issue for me but also able to inspect it to keep me current. Part is on order for the light issue which is now in ecm history. All this was done on a Saturday to boot. Very pleased with the service I experienced
My experience was amazing. My car wouldn’t start and I was with my 2 kids. The service manager Ryan came and jumped my vehicle because the battery was dead. He told me they could replace it if I brought it down there, which I did. They had it replaced and finished within an hr and saved my day. They were all so nice and I am so appreciative of how they helped me.

I have been sent postcards every month for $34 oil change, due to using synthetic oil I was still charged double this amount. I scheduled an appointment anyway. I wanted the earliest appointment possible which was 8am. Oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 - 3 hours. For me this is UNACCEPTABLE. Ive had many oil changes/tire rotations on many cars and NEVER has it taken this long.....I received a phone call the next day from Matt with a nice apology I have to retract my complaint. They stand by their customers.
Hudson Is a amazing dealership. They are so friendly and care about their customers. Yes they are in the business of selling vehicles, but they truly care about people. Mark Bolger is a wonderful sales agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. Before purchase and weeks after he kept in contact with us, calling to make sure we were ok and that the vehicle was good. The owners are on premises and friendly, sincere and speak to each person that comes in. I highly recommend this dealership. Purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4. Hudson was one of the only dealerships that had availability and was not charging $2000-$5000 over MSRP. Brandon was my salesman, he was in constant contact with me all along the way even though the vehicle I purchased was still in transit. I find the staff there to consistently demonstrate expertise and courtesy, whether its the sales department or the service one. I bought a 2020 Cadillac CT-6 there last year, and I live 86 miles away! My local dealer did not provide me with a satisfying experience.I havent gone to my local dealer since! That says it all.

Problems with the vehicle after leaving the lot. Whats apparent is that the car wasnt properly serviced as discussed. Service department had the car being purchased April 16,2021 when it was actually purchased May 5, 2021, total disconnect.

I would have appreciated a loner and if they couldnt get 1 rent 1 for me .but I do not believe this is the fault of the employees but the ridiculous state government. Seeing my car, with the engine out and the front end off was a bit disconcerting to say the least. But Don assured me he would be able to put it back together as if it was never taken apart. I have had it back a week now and its purrring, just like a Cadillac should.

Where to begin, I’ll keep it short. Waited 5 months to get the truck, once I received I noticed the dealership broke my grill while adding a dealer installed accessory. Also was having issues with “battery saver mode” coming in with the truck only have 500 miles on in. Brought it in and the service writer just told me to keep and eye on it there’s nothing they could do even though I had pictures. Issue was still happening, I called and told them we were going on a trip and would it be safe. I let him know I looked up a recall on this truck and he stated it was ok and recall didn’t effect my truck. Just told me I might have “trouble starting” my brand new truck. I wasn’t happy with that, so when I brought it in for them to get eyes on the broken grill, the service writer stated they would just try and put new emblemsOn even though the grill was broken. My salesman was out there and in my defense said absolutely not, the grill is broken it needs to be replaced. The mechanic, then brought it in for the battery issue. There he found my alternator melting. Which they said was completely unsafe. Obviously it was honored and replaced. When my new grill finally came in after over a week of them receiving it, I brought it in early as one of the first appts. I was told it would take about an hour in a half to two hours. After over an hour I walked outside and my truck hadn’t moved from the parking spot, when I brought it up the service writer said “oh, yea. Sorry for the wait” so after 4 hours of waiting the truck was finally finished. I expressed I was unhappy with it and got told “sorry” and what I think is intentional, instead of parking the truck in one of the parking spots near the building entrance which there were plenty, they parked the truck close to the exit in the driveway of the parking lot. Therefore making me walk through the rain. It may seem petty, but with all the parking spots available, I feel it was intentional. I’ve had my truck for a little over a month, and this has been my experience. My salesman was great. But ask yourself, would you recommend a dealership like this if you had these experiences?

I recently dropped both of my Cadillacs to the dealership for Inspection and Oil change. I ended up getting charged for maintenance not required for inspection to pass and not completely confident that the work was completed. Service department pushes maintenance not required.
EDITED: I was led to believe my timing chain went bad and almost had to pay $3000.00 for services NOT needed!!! As a long time customer, I am very disappointed. I received a phone call from Mike who was very understanding and sorry this happened. He is rectifying the issue immediately as he does care about his customers and the community. I am still angry at the service department because thats a big mistake. But I respect the owner of this company who has worked hard to keep an honest dealership.

The dealership service department is one of the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They barely honor warranties, everything is a fight, and they don’t care if they sold you a known defective car. My vehicle was repaired by their so called “qualified staff” under a special program/under warranty. Their so called fix isn’t working again and they are not even interested in troubleshooting it. They know the problem is an admitted issue with the year/model of my car. They also knew their “fix” was only a band aid to get my mileage up high enough.Ryan In the service department has been helpful over the the years. It’s too bad the upper management is awful. Avoid this dealership at all cost. If I can find a rolling billboard I will provide free advertising space for any other dealership in the area. Then I’ll donate time driving up and down route 9.
We purchased our Yukon Denali three years ago this month. The salesman was most helpful during the process as we were made aware of regular maintenance requirements such as the oil changes. We were even told the truck could go an easy 200,000 miles before expecting any major engine maintenance or repairs. Unfortunately, at just over 106,000 miles, one of the valves now need replacement and two others may need work - A repair that will cost around $5,000. I was just at the point of thinking about upgrading to the Yukon XL Denali. Not sure if we will be doing that now.

This is not my first car from Hudson Cadillac. They are fantastic and really work to get you in the right car with the right deal. After you have the car they are even better if that is possible. They constantly keep in touch with you after the sale. The service department is the best I have ever dealt with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

It pains me to even give them 1 star. We had ok time with first lease--normal confrontations with service like most service depts and small issues. End of lease came quickly so got another as no time to shopBot our favorite ride ever but checked the basic boxes we needed. We had 3 different friends who had got gmc acadia too after we did so assumed all good. (FYI none of them got new leases we came to find out due to their unpleasant experiences across the board before hearing ours).During talks for 2nd lease, our sales person said we were paying X for first lease. Sounded high but been on autopay for 3+ years so trusted him as could not recall. So tells me with just 30 more a month could lease top of the line model, which was odd thing to say since our last one was top with all the bells and whistles but i am not an arguer. My fault for not checking but shame on them as was paying about 80 less than that! So with extra 30 and then taxes, was 130 more each month when i got first bill!Now the car and service:We could not shut off our car for 5 weeks. They never called us to explain anything. We always had to call. No loaner--just had to park and figure out how to manually lock...real fun when we were at places like Hershey park. Call back would be 5pm on Fridays so just desk worker with no support with only message being part not in. No eta. Again no loaner. They sent poor chaueffer odd man to drop off car when part came in and was fixed while son owner sat in the car to pick him up without getting out of the car to explain or say sorry or anything. After fixing problem, it happened again a year later. Luckily only 2 weeks for that part and fix. Sun visor broke. Wifi never worked. Auto trunk kick open never worked. Sun roof interior would whiplash open--so hard it even broke! They fixed the plastic but not the guillotine sun shade! Back windshield wiper would go on without touching anything at times. Interior lights would dim during the day for no reason. We asked them to swap out this lemon as maybe just one jinxed car--no can do they told us. Dealership said none of these were severe issues--well the not shut off issue made the national news for one. Google it if you dont believe me.My wife would come home crying or call me upset as having to deal with these people. Wish i had on tape when one emoloyee hopefully absentmindedly made a derogatory comment about my wife being a female and does not know about cars.When lease approached end, no phone calls or did anyone ever stop us when we went for final services to ask us if we wanted another.I will be happy to leave my name to authenticate this review.

Was greeted promptly and work began quickly. They took care of everything as expected. It took a little longer than I expected. I wouldve liked an update to let me know the status of my warranty claim, and time remaining. That wouldve gotten a 5-star review. Overall, I was satisfied.
It was an Excellent experience. We had a great salesperson in Sam who was ready and attentive to the needs that we shared and desired for another vehicle. At the end of the day, it was the most enjoyable time I had going for a vehicle. We made the right choice in staying local and we might be back when it is time for the next one. Unfortunately had a bad experience with the sales manager. Made what a thought was a market price offer for a GMC truck only to receive a passive aggressive response via email from the sales manager about profit margins and I dont understand how his business work.That might be so, but just be professional and say that your price is firm.Im sure theres better dealers out there.

Stopped by Hudson back in the Fall. While walking around in the car lots Mike Graf came out to see if I needed any help. Told him I was just looking. He stayed around chatting about my interests. I didnt return until a couple of weeks ago. Once again it was the same sales rep that came to me when I walked through the door. Working with Mike Graf was a pleasure. Never once tried to sell or convince but instead found out what I wanted. He knew I wasnt a techie and taught me what my new car was capable of. I feel if I need help with car hell be there.
UPDATE:Sales team is good, I have no complaints. The service department is another story! I got a lemon of a car. The blind side alerts kept going off with nobody around me, the collision alert repeated went off, nobody in front of me, the navigation constantly had me about 1/4 mile away from where I was, many times driving through the water or woods! Getting navigational directions were worthless! Their service department could not find the issue after repeatedly bringing the car in. I tried to return the car under the lemon law, but was refused a replacement.When it came time to return the car at lease end, I gave them the car and walked. Never going back to them!Original Post:Very nice dealership to deal with. Good selection of vehicles. Tracy our salesman was great to deal with and not pushy.
