I highly recommend Besko for repairs and purchasing new appliances. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are fair. I trust them completely. Besko has changed the way I shop for appliances.

My wife and I have used Besko for over 2 decades. We recently had to replace our 27 year old Sub-Zero refrigerator (yes Sub-Zeros last that long). We reached out to Joanne and she had a 36 inch french door unit that she sold to us at a really good price. She even had it installed 3 days earlier than promised!I would recommend Besko to anyone.

The appointment scheduling went well. I am disappointed in the technician. He was unable to fix my appliance, so instead of admitting it, instead he reported it was working as designed to the company. Now I have to wait for them to send another company to come and take a look again in order to get it fixed.

Had to have my commercial stove repaired at my house. We were real worried about someone to come quickly to look at our stove.The same day that I called they showed up to look at the stove and knew what parts needed to be ordered the next day. 2 days later the parts were installed on the stove and we were back using our oven.Not only did he knew what he was talking about, he was on time and made the repair quickly and even looked over our stove to make sure everything was working fine.I am very please with the service that we received from Besko Appliance.

They are a wonderful place to do business with. I will highly recommend them to all my friend and family.

Buyer beware! Not a good experience. Charged me over $300 and were here for about 15 mins. I paid for an hour labor . Unfortunately a proper diagnostic was not done in that short time so I fixed a machine that had a bent drum. The repair person ever opened the back of machine. So I spent 300 for nothing. I was told by the owner that in so many words its my fault bc I should hv told them what was wrong????! I thought that was their job! Awful people ...a bunch of crooks!

Sorry to say .... poor customer service. I was given their number by a major appliance company and we played phone tag 2 times with the 3rd call made by me on Thursday of last week.... by Tuesday I hadnt received a call back so I went with another business. They responded right away and I have an appointment tomorrow.. Sad
