Place is good for cheap tools if in a pinch. Dont get me wrong some of the power tools are greatly price compared to others like dewalt and hold up just as good.

Never really had a problem with anything I got here. HF isnt known for the longest lasting told but I definitely think theyve improved and the tools are priced right.

I love getting my money worth. look at the app. to save with coupon, and sale fliers. I am always getting my money worth. Also the employees are Great! Helpful, and know their stuff.

An extremely aggressive cashier that did not want to take NO for an answer on any given item. He basically forced it on the 2 women in front of me. They did agree to take the warranty on a battery operated drill,however, that was about the only way they were going to be able to leave with thr drill they wanted.I had a lot of items that totaled nearly $200. The most expensive item being the mid-grade air powered grinder that was $50. I knew it was coming and so it began. The arguement as I saw it or sales pitch as he saw it ended by me declining the $10 extended warranty. Its only $10 to replace the tool. Ok its 20% the cost of the tool that has maybe 3 but definitely 2 moving parts inside which are two metal drive gears that will never break. Worst case scenario they get rusty from customer neglect which Im sure the warranty would not cover. In this case 3 eyedroppers of marvel mystery oil will prevent any rust. At this point the only tool on the counter was the sales associate. It was extremely busy with long lines and this sales tactic was clearly annoying other customers waiting in line as I saw heads shaking because they were as eager as myself to make it through the double doors. Taking any type of warranty today made as much sense as purchasing a warranty on a box of screws because some of them may have a bend to them.......... sarcasm.

Its harbor freight so you know what youre getting, but its a nice store, friendly people, nice location. The only reason I hate this place is I always buy more than I went there for☹️.

It is HF. You all know what is here. But, did you know that they sell name brand quality tools? Black and yellow cordless tools are red and black here. Batteries are not interchangeable, but it is the same tool. + And - are reversed and it has a different digital signal. Just remember you get what you pay for. $20 drill is a $20 drill. Spend $69 and you have a professional grade drill. Love it or hate it, they are here to stay. We need brick and mortar stores for things we need today. You buy everything on line and soon that will be all there is.

Awful experience! They refused to honor a coupon for 20% off ANY SINGLE ITEM IN THE STORE because of some small tiny print at the bottom where it says some exclusions apply. I will NEVER shop at Harbor Freight EVER again! They just permanently lost a long time customer! 🤬🖕

Great store to frequent for competitive prices and from my experiences, quality made products! There are still hit and miss situations, however havent purchased many things that I regretted buying due to lack of quality. Main one that sticks out which I regret & wont buy again is Harbor Freight batteries. Theyre good for UBER low power consuming devices, anything more than that and you can plan on replacing that battery in no time at all. Otherwise good job Harbor Freight!

I have been really impressed with the products Ive bought here. I bought a leaf blower/vacuum mulcher and its awesome. For $39.99 I was very skeptical, but I am very pleased with it. Also bought a power washer and it is really great too. Like the freebies they offer too (tarps, flashlights, wipes). Pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is it takes forever to check out, especially on weekends.

If you need any tools for your car/home, this is the place to go. Most of everything they sell is high quality at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Recently went there to buy an electric impact wrench, and it saved my brother and I so much time. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Begrudgingly, the place I go for cheap tools anymore since Grizzly tools saw fit to vacate the state of Pennsylvania. Surprisingly good selection of specialty tools, but it seems that this is their niche, the odd tool that you dont use enough to worry about buying a brand name one. And in that I suppose they perform wonderfully

Grabbed a heat gun for shrink wrap. It works well for the price.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only problem was shelves had items stocked in the wrong areas . Looked same but was much higher in price than label stated

Great discount tool store. Good for tools that you need occasionally, but not for every day tools, as they are definitely not high quality. My husband and I lay tile and wear gloves to keep our hands from getting messed up. We buy loads of their nitrile gloves. They’re better than gloves at the big box stores and they fit great.

Great place for value priced tools. Go to the big box for quality power tools but cant beat the hand tool prices. Get signed up for the mailing list for big discount coupons and sales.

Should have known better. Purchased 2 IR thermometers. First one was off by 12°at 70° temperature. Not the 7° stated. Didnt open 2nd unit. Returned and was charged a restocking fee for a defective product. The store manager said well they are not that accurate anyway. Also store is allowing people in without masks.

This place has it all, but you need to watch what you get if youre looking for quality and long lasting tools..

Had a 3 ton Pittsburgh jack that lost the wheel after the snap ring fell off (or broke). Manager at the register warrantied it out and got me the extra 2 yearwarranty for $30 after i only asked if they sold extra wheels for them. I do mobile mechanic repairs and use it every day. Very satisfied with the help.

First visit. As for hardware stores..good selection and good prices. Only difficult thing is its off the beaten path..but it is near the mall

Mostly lower quality made in China tools & equipment. But for the average D.I.Y. handyman, you really cant beat the deals. They have pretty much anything you could want or need in hand tools/equipment/garage & shop supplies.

Make sure u keep sales slip... even though they have your E-mail they will not help you on looking up purchases you made if you misplaced sales receipt... Keep E-mail or print out.:-(:-(

These guys never stock anything or restock icon tools or etc and dont show up 5 minutes before 9 AM or they will kick you out unless your 65 or older. Poor service overall. Worst harbor freight.
