Great selection, lots of stuff very cheap but VERY crowded aisles and the employees havent been very knowledgeable when Ive had questions and they havent been very friendly. Just my experience, I hate putting that label on all of the employees there, thats not fair. Just havent had much luck with the employees I have encountered. I do love the store itself though.

I like the dollar store but there is one particular employee who is very rude. I don’t know if he’s a manager or what but he really shouldn’t work in customer service. If you go there after 845 he won’t let you in and they’re open till nine which is ridiculous.

This store had boxes piled up in every aisle making it impossible to social distance! Oh, and why does dom, (the guy) lock the door at 8:40 and turn people away, and use profanity about the shoppers that are trying to come to shop at 8:40 pm. The sign and google says its open till 9! He turned people away at 8:45pm! Thats not right!! Very poor!

Bought a case of water and was not allowed take the cart to my car RIDICULOUS!!!

I absolutely love this store. You cant go wrong when everything is only one dollar.

Just called to order balloons for my daughter’s 1st birthday tomorrow and the gentleman seemed extremely irritated that I called the store to pre-order. He asked me what number and I told him I did not understand what he meant. He then told me I cannot order without a number, I then told him just plain basic balloons for a birthday party. He told me he could not help and then told me I would just have to come in and said goodbye! Then I asked,”well can I come in tomorrow and just order them then?” and he became more irritated.I asked him how long I would have to wait. He said in an aggressive tone,”I don’t know what you mean ? I don’t know maybe an hour “and yelled at someone else while he was on the phone with me and hung up! I do not know who this man was or who manages this store but I will NEVER go here again! I have ordered balloons over the years at other dollar stores and had a great customer experience! This man should not be in customer service.

Went in for hand soap to learn their shipment was late. Ehhh... neither Bad nor good experience.

I enjoyed shopping at dollar tree for things needed for starting my new life . Decorations oh yeh didnt have to look any where else for them for that special day

I love Dollar Tree, but this store sucks. I dont know how they are able to sell anything when the shelves are empty. They still manage to have 10 people waiting at the 1 register thats open.

The isles were too small which which cause theyre no room to walk down in the aisles due to them doing stacks of cases in their aisles there is trash everywhere in the pet food aisle there was empty dog treat cardboard everywhere you would be better off going to another dollar tree

Everyone was wearing masks as per the Governors order. The store was well stocked and clean.

This location always has a decent selection and the customer service is excellent. Great for teachers!

Quick easy and inexpensive

Lots of new merchandise! Employees were busy unboxing, which is a good thing. Boxes everywhere, not such a good thing.Plus there is no longer a restroom for customers.

Ok store. Nothing to brag about. The store is on disarray which makes it hard to find things. Shelves arent always full, they have a lot of empty spaces, products arent where they should be and the stores not to clean. Its ok to go if youre in the area but not a place to go out of your way for.

Nice place to shop for random $1 objects. You can always find something and never have to ask for a price.... because its always $1 :-)

I love the Dollar Tree, only wish theyd hire some faster check out people. Same story every Dollar Tree I go to, great bargains, but wait forever in line to check out.

Alot of miserable employees. Was there and used some coupons and the employees dont know how to ring them up and act like its coming out of their paychecks. They need to be trained better on their coupon policy and how they treat their customers

$1 only... My favorite things to get here are batteries, generic magic erasers, toothpaste for sensitive teeth, holiday decorations, greeting cards ($.50), Rockstar energy drinks, the Sunday paper, and plastic utensils...

Pottsville location. 8/9/18 at 830pm: manager yacking with a friend...when customer comes to checkout, says, “She’ll be right with you.”, then yells for the checker who’s STOCKING SHELVES!! I was walking out the second time when another customer interrupted her gabfest. Made eye contact and shook my head. Only then did she jump the register.

Store needs restocking bad! More workers other then that its a good store at this location

Stopped for garbage bags, other places you pay to price and it gets tossed out. As I said in other reviews you have to know your pricing. The only thing, very dirty looking.
