The girl who works here is extremely pushy, rude and not helpful at all. If you can get to a different Metro PCS do so. She refused to put the person I was with “card” into the new phone. Their phone Selection was Extremely limited and awful. Took everything for me to not walk out. AND the whole place smells like marijuana

My experiences have always been positive at the Metro PCS in Pottsville on Centre St. The staff has been polite and helpfulz and have helped me get a good deal on a good phone. Ive stayed with Metro because they are inexpensive for the service I recieve.

I will be doing all my cell phone business here.Took my granddaughter in and 20 mins later we left with a beautiful LG phone and only spent 70.00.Manager was great a d fun to be around.Very positive experience.I will be going back there with all my cellphone purchases.Great job. Dont expect any service or advice if your phone breaks. All I got when asking questions about retrieving contacts and photos when going to buy another phone was a rude attitude minus $150 and no contacts or photos. For no money I could have done a factory reset of my old phone acheiving the same result.

They dont tell you everything. They make it seem like great deals. Their phones cut while in a conversation. Their service isnt reliable. Even if you pay for your phone, you cant change service until 90 days. Thats not fair. If you pay for your phone you should be able to go to any company. At any time.

Went to this store for warranty issues. When the decided that it was a warranty issue they told us it was a 17.00 fee for activation when i called customer support they told me there was no activation fee . just get the phone and call support the store refused to order the phone and slammed the door. Also they offered promotions i still did not recieve and wont tell you how to get ahold of thier district manager

Went in to transfer a phone from AT&T to Metro PCS. Cody immediately helped. There was a bit of a problem with the PIN in order to transfer but Cody was able to get the right people on the line and take care of the situation in an expedient and professional manner. Definitely would recommend the Pottsville Metro PCS to anyone. If Metro PCS makes sure to hire and train people in the same manner they did with Cody then they have an excellent business model of success on their hands.
