Competitive pricing and they have both new and some used items if youre trying to keep costs down even more. Very helpful and friendly service. They discovered hidden damage on one of our items while putting the order together and reached out to us with a better replacement to keep the order on time. Thats great customer service. We are planning to purchase there again.

Very pleasant to work with Sunil, the owner. They have a huge selection of both new and used storage racks. I ended up with new racks because the price was right and I did not want others labels on the racking I would install in my new building. He has the heavy duty cantilever racks as well.

One of the best business experience I had. Very reasonable prices, perfect customer satisfaction, Why I said, because I drove from CT, and I was 6 hours late to scheduled time for the pick up, but he open the store for me middle of the night at 11.30pm and loaded shelves to my truck. I really appreciate for all his helps. When I need to more shelves, he is the only one whoever I am gonna call.

We hired United Racking for a project in Shoemakersville Pa where they dismantled 30 foot racking for us and loaded it on trailers. There were several obstacles that we worked through and I dealt with Sunni and feel as though I made a friend during the three weeks of the project, there was nothing more I could have asked from Sunil or his crew. It took 15 Flat bed trailers to haul all of the racking back to our yard and the crew at United did a great job dismantling, packaging product on skids and loading steel on the trailers. Nothing was damaged and we couldnt be happier with the service we recieved. I would highly reccomend United Rack Soloutions and Sunil for any type of similar work.
