I went in to buy bedding for our horses and I didnt have any problems at all, come to think of it every time I go in to tractor supply I never have a problem. The people that work there are always happy to help if its looking for something or loading my truck. Great place something for everyone and all our animals ducks,chickens, and horses. I do recommend Tractor supply to everyone.

Bought a muddy cellular trail camera here and stopped working a month into using it. Tried to exchange it for one that would work and the women at customer service refused

I had a very nice young gal at the register, she was just learning, and I wanted a price on an item in the clearance section. She wasn’t sure of how to do it so she waited patiently till her manager was done vacuuming to ask. As soon as the manager turned off the vacuum the girl tried to ask her but she quickly turned her machine back on and continued to vacuum. At this point the line was getting longer and I was getting annoyed. The manager was clearly ignoring the girl and the rest of the customers. She did not want to be bothered. I thought maybe it was near quitting time and she wanted to get home but when I looked at my phone to check it was only 3:30. I told the girl to forget it and walked out of the store. I usually have a very good experience at that store but that young lady, manager, was horrible. I haven’t gone back to that tsc since then. Nothing bothers me more than ignorance from management and to a new employee.

I bought a simpson 3300 psi pressure washer from this tractor supply store online and picked it up on a Saturday. Monday morning went to pressure wash the house and it DID NOT WORK. The engine ran but it wouldnt build any pressure? Had to run back to tractor supply and exchange it for the exact same unit. Went home to have the same issue. Called simpson and spent 20+ min on the phone for them to tell me it must be an internal issue in the units. The unit is more than $400 so I wouldnt expect junk? This was about half day? When talking to tractor supply I was offered a $10 gift card? This was me and a high school employees inconvenience? Cost me a lot more in pay and aggravation. Got a huscavarna pressure washer with the same psi from Costco and it works great!!!! Didnt realize tractor supply sells junk till now. Very disappointed in the way tractor supply was going to make it up to me???? Just disappointing

Love going in the Tractor Supply and finding the unexpected! Good supply of boots for entire family and all sorts of styles (work boots and cowboy boots), gardening supplies, live chicks & ducks, and beautiful little decor gifts. Plus the normal bird seeds & feeders. Just enough to choose from and not overwhelming.

I always get stellar customer service from Jack (Rooster.) Clean store and helpful employees.

This store is like no other market. Its beautiful and very clean. Its almost overwhelming in a good way. The prices are about the same as the other stores, the selection is really good.

I mostly shop here for horse feed and stable supplies. Sometimes I pick up dog food, the odd tool, or gardening needs. The employees are always nice, patient and helpful. I want to give a shout out to the young man who worked Thursday afternoon 21 Jan 2020. I didnt get his name, but he was particularly helpful and kind. He came running out to help me load grain sacks into my Jeep when he saw me struggling with a rolling cart and just plain feebleness. Thanks!!

This store is great. They carry mostly what I need and the guys working there are very nice. Theyll help you out even if you dont ask for it which is nice.

Not the best TSC on the planet. More than not I leave here disappointed because something wasnt in stock and order it on Amazon. If the service was better, it might make up for the stock issues but that is not the case.

Great store for pet owners.they have a large selection of pet food and other pet items. The staff are so nice and helpful, always going the extra mile. As an added plus they also carry some clothes and a nice selection of western boots!

This store is the worst store and ruined my shopping at any tsc due to the fact my uncle who is a police officer was treated like a criminal there I encourage all to never shop tac again

Excellent place for specialty items not stocked at the big box home improvement stores. Prices are a little more expensive but its more likely to find hard to get items here. They have a good variety of farm and pet supplies. Lawn tractors, mowers, rototillers, log splitters, snow blowers, trailers, and etc... are readily available on site to buy and take with you.

Decent inventory selection. Reasonable prices. Very nice and professional associates.

Friendly staff and willing workers help me carry my heavy feed bags out to my car.I especially want to acknowledge Cole, an associate at my local Pottstown Pennsylvania TSC, who has got to be one of the friendliest and accommodating and helpful employee I have ever met! He always greets me when I come in the store and asks how many bags of oats I will need help with since I have difficulty picking them up and putting them in my car after open heart surgery. Cole is always right there willing to help with a friendly smile and attitude. Thanks Cole! :-)

Tried to exchange a Christmas present for a different size today and they wanted to charge me $18 more for the exchange. No Thanks, will take my business elsewhere

A great place to find all of those hard to find nuts and bolts. Its like bigger than a general store but not as big as Lowes or Depot.....just right!

Just went to buy 15 bags pellet fuel. Lady at desk was no help other than pointing where it was. I asked one of the workers if I could borrow a long cart because I needed to get 15 bags pellet fuel. He said they were both being used an walked away when I said I guess I can’t buy them then. Never offered to help or any other solution. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!! I won’t give this store one penny of my hard earned money! Deserves 0 stars!!!!!

Good supply of hardworking, functional products. I like the selection of work clothes. The tools and supplies are geared toward working farmers and professionals so they last a weekend warrior like me years. The staff is always willing to lend a hand or answer a question.

This is the place to go for pet foods and products. Priced far less than other area pet food stores, and it has much more to offer, as well as farm animal equipment. Also, they have a vaccination clinic once a month that is walk-in, no appointment necessary. No vet fees.

Tractor supply has EVERYTHING,ive been going more frequently because everytime im there, i realize more and more things they sale that i would never have thought they did,they have reasonable pricing and a more then satisfying selection. The only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because, half of the clearance items didnt have price tags, and for me that is extremely frustrating. Other then that,very friendly employees and all around enjoyable store to visit ☺️

Were lucky to have this place in Pottstown. They have tons of the miscellaneous stuff that Home Depot and Lowes doesnt carry. Its got a real mom and pop feel. Plus, nothing beats the leathery aroma of a TSC.

I bought a power washer back in 2017.Bought a 3 yr warranty. Something went wrong so I called the warranty #. Took them a few days twice to locate a service place. First time the service place refused, second time they agreed to do the repairs. I called the warranty # again yesterday to extend my warranty and they said no. Whats up with that?Cant make this stuff up!!!!!!!!

TSC is always great for your farm, farmette, animal, pet needs. The prices arent beatable and their clearance items also tend to be of decent quality. We get chicken feed and crcked corn here, and never had an issue with bugs or insects in the feed and that is always a positive. Ive gotten cat litter there for a better price than anywhere else. Just love looking at all their decor items as well!
