Took care of me in just a few days to order the part. Price was reasonable. I have a Motorola Moto G7 Power phone and the Motorola Website listed them as an Authorized repair shop.

Took my Mac Pro to them for repair. They took a look at it and found that it was something they could not do. They are all about Cell phones and tablets. But they were professional and treated me very well. Giving them 4 stars for customer service. If I had problems with my cell or tablet, I would take a cell or tablet to them.

Brought my wifes phone in for a screen repair after the LCD behind the screen broke (screen not cracked).The repair was quite expensive, $325 base price because COVID-19 made things cost more as the store manager told us.He explained that he doesnt like certain cases because they do not have a standoff to protect the screen when falling. He recommended a certain case that he had in stock for $40, because it had a lip to protect the screen. We bought that and the total was $376.We came to pick up the phone right before closing and took it outside to look at it. We realized that the case has even less protection in the case we had on before, therefore not at all what he explained to us. There is no standoff at all, and the screen lays on the ground when face down.The store was closed so we had to wait until Monday.On Monday the store manager said that they do not accept returns on accessories. I explain to him that he misrepresented the accessory and its worse than what we had before, but he wouldnt offer any refund.Between the COVID-19 price hike, the misrepresentation of the phone case, and the refusal to issue a refund, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service here. As far as the screen repair, it seems fine so far. There is glue residue around the edges, so take that for what its worth.$376.

Brought in my (very) heavily damaged iPhone Se in to CPR to see if anything could be salvaged and transferred to my newer iPhone 7. The screen was hanging by a wire and blacked out but still playing Pandora in the car, incredibly enough.I’m the dude that forgets his Apple login, password and never backs anything up - really thought I was done for. Guys at the T-Mobile store said nothing could be done to transfer my phone numbers, pictures and other data to the new phone. Pretty awesome that they suggested this place (CPR) because when I got there, they attached a temporary screen to the old unit, and backed up everything, then transferred it to the new phone. Like nothing ever happened! It was all there! So grateful that they stayed open later to accommodate my needs and provided excellent customer service in the process. I definitely recommend them!Ps. Ask for Zeus, the store mascot.

They fixed my daughters PS4 that wasnt working properly. Needed cleaned and a new Blu-ray driver something. Did a great job. It took 2-3 weeks. If less time i would have given 5 stars.

I went in to get my phone screen fixed and he refused to do it. He said my phone was bent like somebody used their own hands and bent it was what he said. My phone was never bent l left out the store staring at my phone for 20 minutes trying to see wear it was bent. I think he just didn’t wanna do it. He said that if he put I new screen on, it will eventually break again on its own because it’s bent. (The phone is not bent) but I asked him what if I wanted to take my chances and still get it fixed, he still refused....

The repair tech Kenny is knowledgeable and very nice. He fixed cracked screens on two of our families devices. If your kids are as hard on their devices as mine you will want to take them here. Prices are fair but the customer service is what makes this place better than the rest!

I searched for local stores and specifically stores unaffected by the quarantine. I decided I wanted to visit this place for my iPhone repair as soon as I made the phone call. The tech that answered the phone was so polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I needed my screen replaced and needed the battery serviced on my iPhone 7. He had the work done in under an hour and the phone looks (and functions) like its brand new. The price was very reasonable and comes with a warranty, I feel it was worth every penny. The store was very clean and I felt welcome and respected as a customer. Ill definitely be back.

They don’t do a good job at repair and they give multiple different prices to different people meaning if your black they up charge you... will be reporting to the BBB.. DONT GET TYOUR REPAIRS FIXED HERE!!!!

Beyond spectacular. Oh, let me check it under the microscope...REALLY?...and updates...appears to be taking power, waiting to see the battery level increase...and expertise...no, we cant use pressurized air to clean, because it can force particles into the system. Got my phone back, restored to functional, and super-reasonable price. This level of service is a real rarity these days, unfortunately, and, CPR is the more valuable for that. Am I clear? Couldnt be better...well, if they offered chair massage while you wait...

Took our $50 deposit, spent several days doing everything we already tried that we TOLD THEM that we had already tried, told us to come pick the phone back up. Absolutely dreadful.

I took my sons xbox in over almost 3 weeks ago. I was told it would be done in 2 weeks and that i would hear from them with in one week to tell me what was wrong with it. I called at 2 weeks left 2 voice mails with a brief message and a return number never heard anything back. So now at almost 3 weeks I call again. Finally someone answered and I asked what was going on with system they asked me to hold on then hung up. So i thought okay thay was accidental called back no answer left a voicemail no return call again. So i decided to go in person and see what was going on. I go in and the person working says ohh your system is done its been do e since Monday. I said Monday why was i not given a phone call? He said because it came in late Monday. Mind you its THURSDAY!!! Xbox is fixed and sat for 4 days fixed i would have never known if i didnt go in person. Will never go again for a repair !!

Had a nice bleed on the screen after a hefty drop. Called them to get a quote. The quote was completely reasonable. They said the amount of time it should take to have it fixed. I took the phone over and dropped it off. They fixed the phone in the amount of time they said and for the exact amount quoted. I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend them.

I was unable to get my under warranty replacement screen protectors from Zagg online because they were out of stock. So they listed this shop to handle warranty items. The store is convenient to my other shopping. The personnel I dealt with took care of my needs for replacement screen covers for 2 of my phones.He was pleasant had them done in no time. I had a cracked screen and my insurance sent me here to get it replaced. The staff was great and had it finished in less time then they initially quoted. I was on a tight time table and they were more than accomodating. I will use them again but hopefully not for another broken screen!

I went in on a Wednesday to get my galaxy s9 screen repaired. They had told me I could get it replaced when I got my tax return that Friday but unfortunately, they only had the black color in stock. I didnt have the money to Express ship the purple color so I figured Id just switch it up to black and live with it. On Friday I returned and handed over my phone to be fixed and they were so kind, they express shipped the color of my choice without any charge to me as a total surprise. I had to switch to an old iphone 8 plus from my iPhone x when my speaker up top got so hard to hear out. I got quotes from best buy, Apple, staples, and at and t ranging from 2-400. My dude Ben looked at it and said probably just gotta clean it. Bro, he had it good as new in 20 minutes. I was so impressed by the quick turn around and his honesty(by telling me it needed cleaned and not a new speaker) I tried to buy a screen protector to throw them some more money. My mans says my old protector had a warranty and swapped it out for me. I referred him to my dad who had the same problem and a messed up screen. He had his phone good as new in an hour. So my iPhone 8 Plus gps would not work at all. I had made an appointment with Apple, went into the store and they told me the phone is out of warranty and their is nothing they can do. They didn’t even look at my phone!I left and contacted CPR, they were so nice and told me to come right in, I walk in explain my issue and they just said” let’s just reset network settings and see what it does.” That fixed it! Didn’t cost me any money and they refused to charge me since they said they didn’t technically do anything.I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family and I appreciate the honesty.
