I remember a long time ago when I used to cash my check at this Walmart. But now they refuse to let me cash my check. Saying that my check was declined when its not declined. Wasting my time standing in a long line looking nervous. Because of my social anxiety. Now I just go to a check cashing place to cash my check. And also, I remember trying to buy a Boost Mobile phone card to pay my phone bill. Which I dont have Boost Mobile anymore anyway. And the lady at the register didnt know what she was doing. Because she took 50 dollars from me. I will never forget that. Shes nothing but a thief and shouldnt be working there stealing money from people. Walmart is the most sick place to shop. I never like Walmart. I havent been to a Walmart store for about a few years now. I dont like crowded stores because of my social anxiety. So its good for me to stop coming here anyway.

Never has enough cashiers always overcrowded because they wont add more cashiers and basically it just feels like a madhouse

I would give -10 stars if I could. Rude staff, never willing to help … every time that I go in there, I see 10-15 employees just standing around doing nothing & when asked for assistance (jewelry, electronics, etc.) the excuse is always that “it’s not my job” or “I’m off the clock” … while they’re still wearing their uniform & have a set of keys on them … I’ve once waited 2 hours for someone to help me out in jewelry despite having asked 6 different employees … none did so much as even offering to get someone who can help me if they were “unable” (unwilling) to. Don’t even get me started on how filthy the store is … absolutely disgusting … the bathrooms are an abomination on their own, but even the sales floor is utterly gross … trash, dirt, etc. everywhere, I never see anyone cleaning … hardly ever stocked, not organized at all, opened packages & other items (food included) … & to top everything off, registers are never open. A waste of space. Why even have 12 registers if you never use more than one at a time? Using self-checkout is not easier or quicker … employees working there are lazy & rude, always having an attitude … I truly don’t know how this place is still in business. Bechtelsville Walmart is superior.

The make up area... I guess its due to people stealing. Prices are great though.

I have Covid so I ordered for pickup in the parking lot. App wouldnt work so I had to call the designated phone line. No one answered so I had to go in!

Whats not to love about Walmart other then the customers disrespecting, as I would say a town by using the parking lot as a trash can. Sorry if thats out of line. Im fairly certain no one can question the following Manners live on, generation to generation when taught its a simple concept of passing it or like I prefer paying it forward. The only thing that is truly free in life is the wisdom passed from one to another other then things that have a free sign or given 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Use the pharmacy. Good prices, service. They text or call you when your prescription is ready. They normally hold them for 5 days, but if you call ( when on vacation or out of town ) they will hold longer or transfer prescription to a Walmart near you.

I never had such a terrible experience in a store. I walked back and forth across the entire store four times, asked mutliple associates for help (they either didnt respond, gave me incorrect information, or didnt know). I left after half an hour without even knowing if the item I came for was in the store.

One of the worst Walmarts by far in the area. Always unorganized. The clothing section is terrible to shop. Everything is everywhere. The associates are no help. No one is ever out on the floor. There are a couple helpful ones in electronics but it stops there. Customer service is a joke. The line at the customer service is always way to long. There are tons of front end associates doing nothing. Hardly ever are there registers open. Save the money and time and go to your next local Walmart.

If you have ever been to a walmart before then you know what this one looks like. With the exception of store layout this one is the same as every one else Ive been too.

Electric was off, they were running on generator power but everyone was very helpful and polite

If I could give less than 1 star I would....this is hands down the worst Supercenter I have ever shopped. Seriously, do not ever go here! Pretty much every checkout was closed, except the self checkouts at a very busy time of the day. Terrible management.

Most of the staff are friendly and courteous. There is always someone available to help if needed. The only concern is there are usually long lines because there are not enough registers open in the evenings.

Im assuming this is asking about the Pottstown location. Pottstown Wal-Mart. You are terrible. Just terrible. Quakertown, Bechtlesville, East Greenville. They are all better than you. Farmers markets are cleaner, better stocked, and more organized than you. You should just close. 20 years ago.

I hate walmart customer service. Only 2 lines every open self che k out line is always long. Store never really has any thing. Prices are really starting to go up for no reason

So I go in this morning to cash in some scratch off ticket 42.00 walked away for about 5 minutes and realize I drop my voucher told several workers nobody seemed to know there head to a hole in the ground went to the lane where they cash the tickets told her what happened and told her I have the tickets to prove this she said you sure u took it out of the machine . Didnt offer to call a manager or take my name nothing .well it was only 42 dollars but when your not working it sure is missed very disappointed. Jus saying.

This is a poor walmart. Workers listen to music and are on there phones constantly. I have only ever had two employees that I found helpful. The pharmacy has one pharmacist who is so unhappy to work there that Ive actually mentioned she should find employment elsewhere. I have stopped using there mediocre services.

Most items are always in stock and customer service is good here.

Omgoodness if you can help it dont pay or buy any products you can only pay cash for bc they only ever have one line open and its all the way thru the store! Filled with miserable I cant believe this line customers. Use debit or ebt cards and youll have a registered at self checkout. Waited 45 minutes to pay for groceries and some odds and ends. Rediculous, BUT the cashier was very nice and we joked around about it so its not the employee who caused a hold up, he did his job quickly but proficiently as possible.

Bought a monitor on sale via slickdeals.Turns out its a return or refurbished(box was opened before and bag that held instructions and cables was ripped.) No mention on site or item that it was not new or like new or refurbished. On top if it all its missing the one thing it needs to work. Power supply.Your staff seems incompetent in checking returns. I suppose thats not a suprise with walmart.

This is your typical Walmart. Not too much to say although they do seem to run out of things quickly but also seem to have a fair about of specialty items I havent seen at any other Walmart such as ash trays and an essential oil area

Pottstown Walmart needs more than just 2 registers open if your self checkouts arent accepting cash!!!! Do better than this ! This was like this even before the pandemic too!

Hardly any product!? I asked around and apparently its always like that. What was there was disorganized. Cashier literally tried to pretend she wasnt open, then called someone via bluetooth while checking us out talking on the phone the whole time. Very rude person, and didnt even ask if we wanted a warranty for the appliance we purchased...too busy on the phone I guess. Definitely worth the drive to go to a different Walmart.

Always good prices at all Walmarts. This particular walmart wasnt quite as clean and neat as most the other walmarts. It wasnt filthy just somewhat unorganized. Items on the shelves werent in their designated place and some were scattered throughout that area making it difficult to know how much they cost. I ended up using the app on my phone to scan barcodes. So a quick stop for a few specific items ended up taking at least twice a long as it should have. I will continue to shop a Walmart but may avoid this one if I will be near another one that day.

Walmart for the most part us good. But their pet food is very low an really needs some help. Or they need start sourcing other companies to get the food

This store is a pleasure to shop at. We have one in Lehigh acres Florida that is a zoo to shop. Bare shelves and cranky people.

Went to the salon. Had a great hair stylist.Marie she was fantastic.

Parking is always chaotic. Theyve opened up both doors which makes parking a little easier but still chaotic because of how the lot is set-up. Customer service is okay. Nothing to rave about. You have to search for an employee to help but theyll help if you ask.

Everything u need is right here, not pick over everything where u could find it and plenty of people on the floor to help of u need help.

Never have registers open so theres always a giant line (expect to stand for about 20-30 minutes). Very low in stock and not very helpful employees in my experience.

This is your typical Walmart, the bonus here is that they have an Auntie Annes and a Subway located inside both of which I have pleasant experiences at. The Food quality and staff were good. Nothing to complain about.

Saturday 11:00am not crowded got the three things I needed one check out line 12 people ahead of me 5 more behind me spent more time in line than shopping was told to use self checkout I cant I dont work for Wal-Mart I would but I want 3%off my purchase

Its Walmart, so its convenient, but this one seems to run out of stuff more often. The electronic section saved this review, there is one really good customer service rep. Otherwise you have to wait till someone comes around to help because there is usually no one stationed there.

One of the best Wal-Marts in the area. We pass the West Norriton Wal-Mart and drive another 20 minutes. Its worth it! Extremely well managed and a pleasure to shop. Very pleasant and helpful associates.

I like the store but they didnt caring many of the size I needed in my size. I wear a 6 high rise in Levi Strauss. So I didnt want to run all the way to the other Walmart so I went Tractor Supply and actually found nice pants for half the price of Walmart.

This was my first time at Connection Church . . . everyone was friendly and welcoming! Connection Church is in Pennsylvania, and Im from New Jersey where all the churches are still closed because of the pandemic; therefore, this was such a breath of fresh air right from Jesus! Loved being in church worshipping with other believers. Amen!

Good grocery store around this area. Ample parking space and surrounded by many restaurants nearby.

Be aware because some shoppers here will take their masks off after they pass the entrance inside. They should get a big fat fine. The police should be park outside for needed asap for the incident like this

First time my wife visited this place she was watched as if they thought she wanted to steal! And not even LP/AP the employees! Shame on you walmart! You should get this store together its a disgrace! Also your greeters sit there and discuss what nail color they should get and worry about if people stealing!

Never have the items needed stocked on the shelves. Have maybe 2 registers open at a time. Its kind of a mess of a store. Most people I know go all the way to the Boyertown Walmart.

I spend a lot of money at Walmart. And when I was reading the store hours online it said they close at 11:00. I arrived at 10:54 and was told that I cannot come in because they close the doors at 10:45. Word of advice update your hours online then. I will definitely take this up with corporate because this is unprofessional and utterly ridiculous.

What can I say they have everything. Self pay register broke it ate my money. Managers took care of it and all was well. Would of been much faster with a cashier.

Never enough cashiers. Employees on the floor cant help you as it is not their dept. Shelves are half empty. And some just have a bad attitude.
