I just got back from buying my son a new mattress. If you are like me, you read reviews before you buy and I will tell you I was wary about all the positive reviews about Phil. Im here to tell you THEY ARE ALL TRUE! I gave him my total budget and he didnt try to upsell and his knowledge is incomparable. It was very interesting to lay on the bed that tests your body pressures & recommends the type of mattress you would like. Phil directed us to four mattresses at different price ranges. We chose the one we were most comfortable on. And we purchased pillows recommended by Phil. We waited to do a review till we received delivery and slept on it. We were pleased with the comfort of the mattress, not too hard & not too soft (like the three bears). I was especially pleased with the new pillow. Best one I ever had. They were so great.The store was incredibly clean and had lots of mattresses to choose from! I also really liked that they had sanitary sheet protectors. Well Phil the gentlemen who sold me the mattress was wonderful. Paid a lot of money for this mattress and set delivery for Thursday 2 days after purchase of bed set and frame. I get a phone call from ghe delivery person calls and tells me they are at my house for delivery and they were not. They were at the wrong address and then they said cant and wont be delivered to my house today. Then call the Corp number and they said cant and wont told me my address was not correct and argued with me. Told me delivery could be another day and thats not what the sign say 3 hour delivery or free. The general manager of matress warehouse says cant and wont and refused to resolve the situation. I will never shop at this store for anything again also asked for a full refund.

My wife and I were their to find a mattress (3/26). The sales man helping us showed us a few mattresses. I got up from layin on one and said wow my back cracked while he was speaking.The sales man threw up his hands and walked away from us. He stopped interacting with us. He drank his coffee then played on his phone untill it rang. He didnt care that we were leaving, he didnt care that he didnt help us. He just didnt care! I would expect this behavior from a 18 year old but a man in his late 50s (guessing). We will spend our money else ware !

One word of advice if you are visiting Mattress Warehouse make sure you set aside 2 hours if you are seriously purchasing a mattress. The sales associate Phil was fantastic! He honestly listened to our needs and most of all our budget. We were given four options in mattresses with different price points. The diagnostic test that you take in the beginning of the appointment was crucial to finding the right mattress and he suggested issues that I didn’t really give thought to. It’s been two weeks since our purchase and I haven’t had this great of a night’s sleep in years!

I went to Mattress firm and the salesperson was very rude about the whole covid cdc regulations. I work in the medical and I get the problems. So I left and went to Mattress Warehouse. I was greeted in a respectful way and I explained what I wanted and I explained why I could not cover my nose etc. Phil was very respectful to me and understood. Extremely unprofessional. Went in hoping to get mattress pricing and the sales person working told me I might as well walk right out the door since I’m a month or two away from making a purchase. Didn’t show me any mattresses or give me general pricing on anything. I would think most people take a month or two to make a purchase especially when it’s going to be in the 3-5k range so I don’t understand why he would tell me it’s pointless to get general pricing at this point. Being in the sales industry I would never allow this to happen at one of my stores.
