My husband and I have been patients of Laurie and Dan for over 3 years and have always been treated with the utmost respect and consider them family. My husband truly needed hearing aids but was a procrastinator until I convinced him he needed a test. After meeting with Laurie and being tested, we both found out that hearing aids would help increase our understanding and improve our quality of life. Boy is that a true statement. Hubby just recently got newer aids and is so impressed with them. Laurie has a way of making information pertinent so that you want to follow all the rules. Keep up the good work reNew Hearing

I think Mary Harb needs to get a grip on reality. Neither Lori nor Dan had any obligation to divulge personal health information to her or anyone. Sounds like this woman has a personal vendetta. Who wants a customer who shames a business like Mary? I wouldnt. In fact, apparently Laurie serviced Marys moms devices even though the devices werent purchased from Renew. What a beautiful gesture. Mary Harb, you should be ashamed of yourself.I have been a grateful client of Renew Hearing for many years. I was referred by a work colleague and havent looked back since. In fact, 4 of my co workers are clients of Renew.Laurie, Dan and Ellen are professional, courteous and do their best to ensure their clients dont have unbearable out of pocket costs.Im so grateful for Renew. During a recent visit to reNew Hearing with my 95 year old mother, I was shocked to learn that the audiologist and his assistant were treating patients without wearing a mask AND without revealing that they have chosen NOT to be vaccinated against COVID-19. I discovered this only after a comment made during our conversation that prompted me to ask outright if he was vaccinated. Needless to say, neither my mother nor I will be returning to this place of business.

I have never had such a pleasant experience like I have with reNew Hearing. I have been to three audiologists who all told me that I had hearing left in my left ear when I knew all along for years that I did not. The hearing test that reNew Hearing did confirmed what I knew all along.Now I have had cross hearing aids for years. It turns out that I was fitted with the wrong speaker for my hearing aids, the programmed volume that was computerized into my hearing aids were way to soft so I was not ever hearing anything and I had four settings that I could have used in different environments that I was never made aware of.If I had not ever found reNew Hearing, I would still be walking around deaf as a door nail because I have had other audiologists that did not care about my well-being or my fit to my hearing aid. They didnt even fit me with the correct mold that the hearing aid should be fitted with.If you have issues with hearing go to reNew because they will treat you with care and they will always take the time for you no matter what the issue is.

This company by far is the best! Ive been going there for several years. The customer service is superior and the hearing aids top notch. I highly recommend reNew Hearing!

Dan fitted me for hearing aids yesterday, he was friendly, patient and professional. I am in the early stages of getting used to them in my ears, found that after a while I didnt realize they were in my ear. Sounds are more pronounced, installing and setting volume and memory is fairly easy. My wife has had hearing aids from reNew for about a year and a half, I can tell very quickly when she as them in her ears. Dan, Laurie and Desiree are very cordial, spend whatever time is needed to make it right, they run a very impressive operation. I realize its early in my use, initial reaction is thumbs up. One point, reNew sells many brands and types of hearing aids, they well fit you with what is best for your situation. Dan and Laurie are licensed both in NH and Mass.

I brought my mother-in-law in for her evaluation and was met by the most professional staff. They took the time to explain the entire evaluation process prior to it taking place so we would know exactly what the tests were. Once they completed her evaluations they took their time explaining her hearing results to us so that we could completely understand her hearing loss and how it also had affected her speech understanding. They were very patient with her, answering all of her questions and made her feel like she mattered. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a hearing loss, thinks they do or has a family member who needs a hearing test done.
