My first class was very welcoming they are strict on their ballet and have very good technique. I continue to dance here on their company team which is so much fun. It is a good experience, and you get so much technique from this dance studio, I am proud to give it 5 stars.

Best dance studio on the seacoast!! So many good things to say about Portsmouth School of Ballet, has big focus on strengthening and developing technique, offers a large variety of classes, and has a wonderful community within it. Would 100% recommend it!!!

The Portsmouth School of Ballet has done a tremendous job of teaching my girls the proper technique for ballet and we appreciate the special help their teachers provide and the excellent customer service.

Ilya is a great dancer and a very talented teacher. No one will do a better job, look no further for any level of instruction.

We love this studio so much that we travel 1hr and 45min for private lessons. My daughter has grown significantly as a dancer since working with the owners Emily and Ilya. Whether recreational or competitive, this studio will meet all your needs!

I took an amazing ballet class at this studio over the summer while I was visiting friends, family, and fellow dancers. PSB offers reliable teachers, friendly staff and students. They use the Vaganova Method of Ballet and the teachers work indavidually with students and wont move on until the majority can perform a combination well.Miss Robin noted that my sister was the youngest in the class and focused on advancing her skills and btushing everyon elses up.
