After going to a mattress by appointment only and having them show me a couple of mattresses that the person could not tell me anything about for $600-$1000 saying his stuff was priced at 1/3 of retail I called mattress firm and Tim quickly understood what I was looking for said he would call the warehouse and get right back to me which he did and I was given 4 options that fit my needs and was given as much time as I needed to comfortably take my time trying them all out until I was ready to decide and I felt the choices were great in that the price range varied from $800-$1600 I Ultimately went with the Stearns and foster which I can hardly wait to get. Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and spoke from experience and did not sell mattresses he let you make a decision based on your comfort and budget. I highly recommend the Portsmouth location on Woodbury Ave.

The reason I gave for stars is because I ordered a mattress online and was delayed by 2 months which was a huge pain. I went to the store to see if I could just buy one quicker and had an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I worked with Donald who walked us through different mattresses and really helped us narrow down what we liked! He was so patient while we tried things out and was so helpful in showing mattresses that I could get quickly, plus he worked on canceling my online order for me which was a huge help! If it wasnt for the online order I would have given 5 stars.

After much research I decided to come to this location due to high ratings and the Labor Day sale. I have owned a Tempur-Pedic in the past and greatly missed it. Donald was a huge help and very patient. He invited me to try every mattress in the store basically. Answering all of my questions and offering his professional advice. Eventually I went with the Tempur-Pedic Probreeze. The delivery is scheduled for next week and I will update my review after delivery. The buying experience here was great!

Spent time with the sales associate and stepped out while he finished a sale with a customer that was there before us. I walked back in right behind another customer. The customer’s son wanted an expensive mattress. The dad agreed to let him buy that mattress. The sales associate then asked me if I made up my mind. I said yes I want to but this mattress. He told me I would need a mattress protector then told me to wait 15 minutes while he rang up the new customer!! Unreal. Because the new customer was spending more money than me, he became the priority, AFTER WE ALREADY WAITED FOR THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER TO FINISH! Commission over customer. Classy. I will buy the same mattress online now for cheaper.

Found two clearance twin bunkie boards when I called to ask about them for only $35 each, and they were ready within ten minutes for me to pick them up after sending me a text with a payment link to pay online. Great, fast service.

I was going to buy a mattress online but wanted first to check out some beds in person. Im glad I did because I found what I was looking for.
