I made an appointment. For new tires. They were ready on expected time. And mounted 4 new tires in very reasonable time.

I picked up a spike in my tire on the way home to Portsmouth. Called Tire Wharehouse and they took me immediately. The crew put my spare on and had to order a tire for my 2021 Passport. The tire arrived in just an hour and I returned to the shop. I pulled right in and they put on new tire in under 10 minutes. Great service ! I will return and recommend.

I have now taken all 4 of my vehicles to Ken and his team at the Portsmouth location after having purchased tires for 2 of them from a national chain located in Portsmouth. The national chain couldnt get the balance right on two sets of new tires with multiple attmpts. Continental Extreme Contact tires on a car and Toyo Open Country AT3s on a truck. Ken and team got them right first try and quickly. Im a car guy with a fair amount of experience wrenching and when you talk tires, rims, balancing with Ken - you know he is really into getting a vehicle to perform well. So refreshing to have someone share a similar passion in what they do for your vehicles....and the price has always been as good or better than I could get anywhere else.

I love this place. Quick and simple. No BS. I went there to get my snow tires put on. They couldnt do it when I first showed up but they told when I could come back. Went back and it took 30 mins at the most. Staff was friendly but not invasive. All around perfect experience. Will definitely go back!

This is the place to go. My tire light was on I drove in told them I needed them to check the pressure in my tires. They were extremely nice. They filled my tires up with air n/c and I was gone in about 30 seconds. I highly recommend this place. I drove out with my tire light off. Thank You.

I switched from another company to Tire Warehouse for my tire needs and have been very happy with their service. Although, when I was there last week, there was only one staff member providing service all day, as the the other who was supposed to be there that day called in sick. The poor guy who was all alone there was literally breathing heavily, trying to keep up with garage work, answering phones, and tending to the front desk. I felt bad for the lone staff member.Is Tire Warehouse in such financial trouble that they cant fully staff their locations? All I know, is that if I were that lone staffer, I might have found myself quitting if I had to put up with that sort of day very often.

Tire selection and prices were competitive to the current market scenario. Their crew politeness and customer-satisfaction orientation were noticeable. They happily accommodated changes to my scheduled visit to better match the dynamics of my own agenda, with a very short notice. I definitely recommend to include this business in your research when your future tire service needs arise.

I have been a longtime customer at this store, with nothing but praise for them. However, yesterday I brought in my wife’s vehicle in because I had a screw in one of the tires. So I immediately went to these guys, as they have been where I always go for tire repair. I was met outside by a guy who I’ve not seen before, and didn’t get his name. He took two seconds to look at my tire, and replied with a serious attitude, that he was not going to fix my tire because he said it wasn’t inspectable. and that I’d have to replace all four tires instead. Which is a lie because I brought it to another garage who said that it was fine. The garage also said that he was obviously just trying to make sales. And because of his lies, and his disgusting attitude I will no longer be going to them.

Ive gotten my tires from here for the past 7 years. Ken has always been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. On my most recent visit I dealt with Victor. He was very kind and professional and eager to accommodate my payment arrangements. Everyone at the desk when I phone is always eager to answer any questions I have regarding tire service for my car. Making an appointment is always incredibly easy and accommodating to my schedule. This past week I accessed their website which is super user friendly! I was able to compare tire needs and pricing just by entering my cars make and model. The site also allowed me to choose the tires I wanted, make an appointment and provided me with a quote. Super easy. Trust me when I say I did a lot of comparison shopping and pricing and nothing beat Tire Warehouse for product and installation! I wish I had asked the name if the tire technician as he was incredibly efficient. They had me in and out within 40 minutes including mounting 2 new tires, rotating tires accordingly and making payment all while answering phones, accepting shipments and dealing with walk in customers! They do not attempt to up sell their products or offer you things you do not need! Highly recommended!!

These guys are honest and fair and made my experience 100% stress-free even with the time crunch! Popped a tire at 8pm on a Thursday night & had to work at noon on Friday. Called them at 8:09am Friday, they got me in for 9:30am, replaced both back tires and had them installed, mounted & balanced for $276 and had me out of there in 30-45 minutes. I’ve probably spent more time in Starbucks drive-thru than I spent there. 10 stars

Called a few tire and wheel shops in the area. Most of the people I spoke with gave the impression that I was bothering them with questions. I called this Tire Warehouse and spoke with Ken. From beginning to end he was pleasant, informative, hard-working and very competent. I had a unique situation where I needed specific larger-than-normal tires for my recently-lifted truck in a short period of time. He had good advice, stuck to his estimated timeline, and in summary, made it happen very quickly. Communication was excellent, as was the installation and delivery process.

Excellent service from these guys consistently, though they are often busy. Dropped in for a tire that had been slowly leaking air and was told it was likely a bead leak fixed with some buffing out of rust. Within in hour it was all set and I wasnt even charged since we had bought our tires there.

I’ve continuously had great experiences here and today was no different. My tire low pressure light came on as I drove past Tire Warehouse and so I figured I’d swing in, instead of heading to the gas station. Dominic and John were incredibly welcoming and immediately look my car back to check the tires. They took the time to explain to me how weather can affect tire pressure and it was likely just the fluctuating temperatures. The fact that I hadn’t filled my tires in 6 months didn’t help! They filled my tires and sent me on my way within 10 minutes, letting me know that if my light came back on, to come back and they would look at each tire specifically for a leak. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, expertise and knowledge. I will continue to come to them with any tire issues in the future. Thank you guys!

I agree with several other customers who found both Ken and Victor terrific guys to work with. Both have friendly, calm personalities that make working with them a pleasure and a great change from many other auto shops where the customer is not treated courteously. Plus, the work and price is exceptional. Im glad to have found them and will be a regular customer. And thanks to management for recognizing and hiring top talent like these two. BTW, it would be a good idea to at least install some radiant heaters in those open bays, if not sliding doors or curtains. My rims and tires were installed in 4 degree weather (with no complaints from the guys!) Id treat these two like gold if I were you.

Highly Recommended!I started coming to Tire Warehouse due to them having a particular Hunter tire balancing machine that was recommended for helping diagnose a shimmy in a BMW 5 Series and have now been a Tire Warehouse Portsmouth customer for roughly 15 years and the experience has been consistently great though I think the more recent years with Ken as the manager have been particularly good. Ken is a car guy and is both well spoken and he and the staff have great attention to detail, and relatively recent hire, Victor, is good as well.Whether its for my 911, Audi S4 wagon, or classic Volvo 240 wagon they are first call when it comes to buying wheels or tires and are price competitive with any nationally advertised price like those from Tire Rack.Remember if they dont have what youre looking for its highly likely they can order it and have it in Portsmouth in a few days time at most.

Pretty helpful, although short staffed at the counter. Have a manager and an assistant so counter is always manned. They had a pretty high end Michelin tire for my Camry in stock and had me out within 40 minutes. Only complaint would be price wasnt lower.
