I got flat tire/ripped up randomly on my way home so I immediately looked at a bunch of places to get it replaced and decided to just change all of them. Everyone quoted me $800 or up for new tires so a friend recommended this place to me. I called and they immediately quoted me at a better price and were able to have the tires the next day. they did an awesome job would definitely go back if anything is ever needed!

I have been to Harris Tire for both service and inspection. I have had a pleasant and honest experience each and every time. John is very personable and thorough with his explanation of what needs to be done. During my last visit, I was updated on the diagnoses and work needed. They even fixed a lifetime guaranteed part that I forgot had been fixed by them years ago.

I had a nail in a tire relatively close to the side wall and shoulder but it was in the tred. Another tire place wouldnt even consider removing the nail and plugging it because of its location, however these guys accepted me in on short notice after I called them. After they looked at it they made the repair quickly and had me on my way. They also cover the repair for the life of the tire too. Would definitely go back again, thanks Harris Tire!

This was my first time going to Harris Tire and it wont be my last. Just walking in, there was a totally different vibe than Ive felt at any of the chain brand mechanic shops around here. Its a mom and pop shop with employees and customers who both seem happy and loyal. Best of all, they did my state inspection without a single mention of something I could spend more money on. I dont think thats ever happened.

I would recommend Harris tire to anyone! I called Friday around noon to see if I could drop my car off for service. They were finish with my vehicle by 4. The gentlemen were very nice and honest. I will definitely be back! Didn’t get the guy name that helped me at check out but he offered to do random oil checks if I needed him to, all I had to do was pull up.

Please stay clear of this place, it will cost you an arm and leg, left my vehicle there to find out that they drive your vehicle home if they like it, and come to find that a 1,000 piece of jewelry of mine was gone and they told me it wasnt in there, any place is better

#A HIDDEN GEMI had A/C problems.. first day given 2 possible diagnosis and quoted a price not even looking at the car and said drop off in the morning. The next day by 3PM I was rolling in cold air no more car sweat. Its nice to know there is a Mom and Pop type shop out there not trying to get over on you like the Dealerships!

The service was great. I just had a safety inspection done. The only thing I didnt like was a $14 labor charge for replacing my windshield wipers. The labor was more then the cost of the wipers. The wiper blades are great tho, quiet and no streaks. But 14 bucks to change them on top of the 12 bucks for the wiper blades is ridiculously expensive.

Busy place. Wait was two hours even for an inspection sticker. The customer waiting area was very nice though. Plenty of reading material, tv, coffee maker and nice seating. I arrived at 7:30 am and still had to wait. However, I will go back.

Best service I’ve ever had since moving to the area. I’ve gone to one other similar shop right down the road and hated the interaction. Service is great. Always prompt and professional.Don’t know why they wear masks at my doctors office and not at the tire shop, maybe the car mechanics know something they don’t.

I spent over 1200 for a set of new tires installed but since they are good tires, I felt it was a fair price. What made me come here to this place over other shops though, was an additional warranty service. Ive needed to use this service three times, and this business failed to meet my needs almost every time. There are tons of extra fees and fine print when you try to use the warranty they boasted about upon sale of the tires. The last time I called, Jason, was especially inept in customer service. Though I was stuck a block away from his business he couldnt even offer an employee to come over and help me get the tire to them. It would cost at least 75 for a tow he told me instead...and no he didnt mention that any of it would be reimbursed which is what I told. I would recommend a better shop that honor a no hassle warranty and/or roadside hazard services. I dont feel like this shop cares personally for all the clients, which is what attracts people to small mom and pops shops to begin with. Just because you dont see me as frequently as your regulars doesnt mean i didnt pay over 1000 colorful dollars to support your shop. Needless to say, Ive had to fix my own tires 3 times now, and that doesnt meet the expectations I require when choosing roadside assistance packages.

Harris Tire Service is an excellent maintenance facility. Though not as fast as I would like sometimes, thats OK. Their service is thorough and above the standard of all the other service centers in the area. They have highly qualified mechanics to fix all makes and model cars and their prices are reasonable. You wont be disappointed in their service.

Fantastic service from Harris Tire! Took it in for a state inspection thinking I might need all new brake pads for my Audi(was told by the Audi dealer I would need them by my due date of my next state inspection). Harris Tire told me my brake pads were fine and good to go and it passed just fine! I greatly appreciated their professionalism and honesty when they could have easily taken advantage of me! I will definitely being going back to them and would recommend Harris Tire to anyone else in need of automotive work or repairs!

I had a nail in one back tire and a screw in the other back tire. Both tires had plenty of tread still left on them and I really didn’t want to spend money on two new tires. I know how some other tire companies act like they can’t remove nails and patch tires because they want to sell you new tires. Harris removed both the nails quickly without any mention of me possibly purchasing new tires from them.

I went there without an appointment and they worked me in, in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed and grateful for their service.

I have been using Harris Tire Service ever since my daughter recommended it when I first moved to the area 4 years ago. It is a well-run, honest business. I always have to take my car in the early morning and wait because I go straight to work from there. They always get me in and out quickly. My last visit on 7/12, I was there when the door opened and was out in 45 min! It’s nice to be remembered. They see me and know my car without my saying a word. John is a no- nonsense, down- to-business, man who is very focused and takes good care of his customers. One last thought: after buying a new car, I could have received free oil changes at the dealership, but chose to pay for the excellent service at Harris Tire instead.

I carried my Jeep into Harris suspecting either one or both rear wheel bearings needed replacing. John called me and informed me they were fine. The repair which could have been $400 dollars per side, ended up being $83.00 dollars. It is refreshing to find honest, quality auto shops. They will receive all my business from now on.

Ive been going to Harris Tire for service on all of my vehicles for over 16 years. Ive had nothing but wonderful service, honest prices and a comfortable atmosphere. John the owner, has never once misled me on any service needed for my vehicles. For that matter, neither has Jason. Picked up a screw in one of my tires. As usual they repaired it within 30 minutes arriving at their shop. Asked the service desk to have the PSI checked and adjust as necessary while they fixed the tire, advised me they always check all the tires’ PSI. Noticed the warning light for the tire’s PSI was still active on my way home. Checked the PSI on all the tires when I got home, they were all 32 PSI. Only problem is the factory recommended PSI is 38 for the front and 41 for the rear. So I corrected the PSI on the tires. If the mechanic had only checked the tag on the driver’s door post he would have seen the correct PSI he would have probably inflated the tires correctly. I was not going to say anything about this but unfortunately the shop sent me a customer survey this AM. This is not negative criticism of the shop but hopefully a training opportunity for the mechanic by the manager about being aware of vehicle’s factory recommendations including their PSI.
