I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience today at Powell Paint on Halsey certainly deserves one! Simply the best customer service anywhere! Quick service, knowledgeable and helpful advice, expert color matching, and they even helped carry my paint to the truck. Well done. Will never buy paint or supplies anywhere else again.

Friendly and helpful staff. They can help you pick out colors, advise you of what type of base to use, provide brochures for inspiration, and even demonstrate what things will look like with samples. It might be a few bucks more than a big box store but you will walk out of there with the right product which might end up saving you money.

We went to Powell Paint Center as complete painting novices with little clue and they were so patient and helpful with helping us get everything we need to do the job. On they also ended up having better prices than home depot! 10/5 would recommend this place. Walked out with a huge smile and feeling very grateful.

It’s so great to do business in a store where the staff actually cares! Very knowledgeable and oh so friendly, these guys will either answer your question or FIND the answer to your question. I originally went to them over a dozen years ago when my mother moved here. They were so friendly and patient with her that i kept returning. (I’m an interior/exterior house painter). They have earned my loyalty and i have used them exclusively for many years now.

I believe Dimitri and Trevor helped me and my Grandmother today. We had to come back to get the paint to be a darker color and they were very kind and helpful. It took them 30 minutes, just like they promised, to mix the paint and get it to the right color. Then they were smart enough to tell me to mix the two gallons to make sure the entire paint job matches. Then they gave me a 5 gallon bucket and a large stir stick to help me to do the job the right way. Will be going back!

This is the best paint shop is easy Portland. They are really nice and they helped us pick the colors of our house and it looks amazing.

This is my go-to paint store. High quality innovative products with Benjamin Moore paints/stains. Knowledgable friendly staff, really know how to get the job done. I have been coming here for around 10 years and have never had a bad experience, these guys truly are professionals. Dont save pennies on paint, buy the best and you wont regret it. No one cares about how much you saved on materials, people only care about the finished product.

I needed to touch up some trim in my house but I did not know the exact paint code but Portland Paint & Supply was able to get a match from a small paint chip I brought to them. The paint was a perfect match! The staff was very helpful.
