BEWARE! First Richard is the owner of this store for the last 2 years, but told me on several occasions that the owner was Bob and he would have to talk to Bob to get approvals.I rented 10 paintball kits for a birthday party where close friends and family attended. I picked up the kits and had to ask how to use them, the owner did not offer to give a demonstration. We were given a broken blue bin full of what I assumed were 10 paintball kits and a crate of 10 CO2 tanks. At no point was I given an inventory to sign off on, offered insurance per the rental agreement (which I received a copy of the day I returned the equipment), or shown that all tanks were filed. When we went to play the game, 2 masks were not included, 1 mask was broken (no bottom strap, no visor, and strap had to be tied to stay on, see picture attached), 1 tank was empty, and 1 tank was not pressurized when attached to a gun. When returning the equipment I was then told there are NO refunds under any circumstances for rentals. Richard then explained that there was a canister that was damaged and that more than likely someone took the masks. All I asked for was a $50 refund as 2 of the kits could not be used. After I returned the kits and he inspected them; 9 masks were returned (my son’s airsoft mask accidently got put back with the rentals), 2 of the canisters were damaged, and where I had placed duct tape on the lens of a mask, the lens apparently needed to be replaced due to the residue (this mask should have been retired many games ago). He did agree that I could come in for the refund and claim my sons mask, but I would then owe him $156.99 (for 2 masks, a lens and 2 damaged canisters), or we can just part ways and I can find somewhere else to rent from.We may have rented from him again, referred friends and family, possibly even purchased new equipment because overall it was a fun sport, but I will do everything to make sure people know the type of business he runs! He stated that I am turning this into his fault to get a discount, horrible customer service to blame the customer. All I was requesting was the 2 rentals that were unusable to be refunded, I certainly have no use for used helmets and would gladly give them back if they had been included. Wish we could leave zero stars.

I called ahead to make sure they could fill my tank. I wasn’t sure if it was a co2 tank or an air tank. The guy asked a couple questions then said it was an air tank and that he could fill it. I drive 30 min to get there. He says it’s a co2 tank and they don’t have any co2 right now. Didn’t dawn on him to mention on the phone that they are out of co2. This is all after we had to wait for an hour and a half so he could eat lunch. I was made to feel like the whole thing was my fault. Bottom line this guy is a jerk. I won’t be returning.

Absolute worst experience. Brought 2 tanks to get hydro’ed, took almost 4 months to get them back. Both came back unusable.First one they cracked the threads when removing the regulator, the second one came back with a different, non-functioning regulator. Owner claimed no responsibility for either issue. I was so frustrated dealing with him I cut my losses and walked away.It absolutely was you, it was over 2 years ago. The first tank you cracked the threads, the second tank it came back with a different, non-working regulator.

Excellent, friendly service! Very affordable and definitely a business that I will continue to be a patron of.

My friend and I picked up Tippmann A5s here a few days ago and the employee there was very knowledgeable and helped us out greatly! Will be coming back.

Im not a paintballer but use paintball equipment with my airsguns, and in my 2gal home carbonation system.From what I can tell they seem to have a good selection of paintball markers tippmann and others. They even stock the 8 gram co² cartridges used in retro markers, and vintage airguns, and they will fill just about any tank, hpa or co2.

Horrible experience. Products not in stock, accepted extra money for 2-3 shipping, and received the wrong product 6 weeks later. Attempted dispute resolution involved a discount on a future purchase or 50% of my money back to return the item. Please reconsider.

Richards great! I called looking for a specific marker. He didnt have it in shop, but told me he would see if he could get it in a timely manner. He made one quick phone call and got it for me to pick up in less than 7 days from the time I called.

Went in today and the employee (owner?) wasnt wearing a mask. When I asked if he could put one on he said he didnt have one, so I left. Would not recommend this business if you dont want Covid.EDIT: I was wearing a mask the whole time. It was the employee that refused to follow mask policies. I dont think Oregon Paintball read my review properly so I felt the need to clarify that.

Went in to get a couple of tanks rehydroed and being new to the area asked about local fields. I got info about all the local fields and where I should hit up. I will definitely be shopping here, super cool place that I will be recommending from now on.

Brought my paintball gun here for a rebuild, they said it would be $25 for the work and a few days. Ended up being $50 and a few days and the gun didnt work when i got home. Took it to NW Ambush Extreme Sports and he took the gun apart to reveal o-rings that werent even replaced, he fixed oregon paintballs mistake in five minutes rather than a few days and they only charge $15 for the fix. Highly reccomend going to Ambush rather than here.Oregon paintball hates this review because its true! I hope it deters atleast one person from having to go through the oregon paintball experience, which is stressful and dissapointing.Edit: thanks for the phonecall from i assume the manager, did nothing but prove how scummy all of you there are!

I was asked to leave a review of my experience. Every year my family rents 20-30 rental kits. We have been doing this before previous owner sold, for like 10 years. Since then Richard, new owner, has been nothing short of fantastic. Definitely recommend this place.

Was going out with a group of guys to splat action and I had not used my gear in forever. I had a WGP autococker and gen 2 lasoya. Both leaked and were in need of major over haul. These guys took care of me. both markers shooting flawlessly. Great staff and pricing was cheap for what they did.

Thanks for all your years of great service Bob. The shop does have a sign that says they will reopen on October 1st. Not helpful when driving all the way to the shop from downtown. But not sure if it’s that shop location or a new address listed on Hawthorne - it’s not clear.

Great shop run by the owners. First time paint marker purchaser I kinda knew what I was after but Bob answered all my questions. I ended up with a great setup for a good price. I am amazed at how accurate and powerful it is. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

EDIT: After response from the owner, I returned to the store and was (without question) given a new gun. I had already rated Oregon Paintball at a 4 star, but now it is a 5 star. I would give it more if I could. Long live small business owners!I bought a airsoft pistol for my son. It was a decent price. The gun lost a pin the next day, which is not the shops fault. Still annoying. The guy there has been there for many years. I bought all my paintball stuff from this place 13 years ago. Still very knowledgeable and friendly service.

Hello, looked like my garage with the selection. Only 2,000 box of paint a empty tank. They had a tank that had 3 months of use until hydroed for $40. I had no choice but to get a 4 yr hydroed over priced tank. I do not want to know how much I spent to get a fill stayion... This is why online is the way to go now.. sorry but not my forte.

I love the service and the people who work around here. If you got a problem, they can help you out. The prices are pretty good on some of their products, but some a little high. But still this is a great shop if you need help with a marker issue.

Took off a star because 1. a lot of the items in the store do not have prices which is annoying as a customer and 2. I went in for a fill with my 68/4500 and my tank is only filled to about 3500psi. Unless Im mistaken or my guage is off or something.

So I went into the store at the end of the week looking for a Proto Rize and the salesperson behind the counter was able to explane the pros and cons between that marker and a Mini GS. I was all for the upgrade with such a minimal price increase, only complaint was that the marker he was selling me on, they didnt have in stock. Still found the service helpful and very accomidating.
