I won’t hesitate to do business with loveTEAK again.I ordered two benches on line (at what I thought was a very good price) which commenced what may be the best customer service experience I have ever had.I called and left a VM after I ordered to inquire about the delivery day. I got a call back about 20” later. I explained that we had house guests coming soon and Ole promised that the benches would be delivered before our guests arrived.Ole personally delivered the benches after hours the next day, which was a Saturday.The benches are terrific and the service was exceptional.

LoveTeak is the right name for this place. We love this store and their furniture. Ole and Chris were so helpful. Their customer service and attention to detail was top notch. Go check out their showroom, this furniture is amazing. This is the only place Ill go for patio furniture. The prices are reasonable and youll get great service. Ill be going back again and again!

My parents and I visited LoveTeak in search of a memorial bench for my little brother 6 weeks after he passed away tragically. The owner of the store helped us and must have sensed our pain and asked about the purpose of the bench. He comforted us with some kind words and three free (gorgeous) teak bowls. What he didnt know is my brother collected bowls just like that. The experience at LoveTeak made the memorial bench that much more special. I encourage everyone to support this wonderful business.

We had such a wonderful experience with loveTEAK. Ole and Chris are both so friendly and down to earth. Ole spent such a long time with us, making sure that we had the right pieces for our space, and he and Chris even changed out a piece for us once we had things delivered, to be sure it fit our space well. Clearly they are not in it for the sale, but rather to find something that will really work for us. I will remember Ole and Chris! The furniture is absolutely stunning, with such a wide selection, and extremely comfortable. I expect that it will last many many years.

Excellent quality products and extremely reasonable pricing given the quality of the goods. Ole is a pleasure to deal with. The delivery was also superb.I initially bought 2 deck sitting chairs with arms and a table. I had placed them near a weathered cedar bench on my deck. I had to replace the bench because the chairs looked so nice in comparison.Having lived in Portland for over 50 years, I feel compelled to say it is the best find in town for outdoor furniture.

The pricing is very competitive and free delivery in Portland metro. They stand behind their product. The owner is a hell of a nice guy.

So it’s July, and in the world of retail than means back to school. Well, I’m my world that means time to relax out in the evening. This year i wanted to invest in some nicer patio furniture, besides the sticker shock i was getting at other stores, the main problem i was having was nobody had a good selection. So I had been looking high and low to find patio furniture without going broke. I happened to find Love Teak today. I can’t believe that’s they have been open 5 years and i didn’t know about them. I guess it could be the fact their showroom is in the basement and the main floor entrance looks like a loading dock. But to my surprise the basement was packed with great items! I found the perfect cocktail table with in 5 minutes. I’ll be back for more in a couple weeks. If you’re looking for teak, this should be your only stop in the Portland metro area.

I recently bought a 5 piece outdoor-living set, along with 2 Adirondack chairs, and a serving table from Love Teak. It was a great experience, and a great value from a local family owned and operated business. No fancy show rooms here, just teak furniture, and great service.What I love most about the furniture, is the sturdy quality of the construction, it is built to hold strong for the heaviest of guests, and with stainless steel bolts i wont have to worry about rust. It can be oiled to preserve the woods fresh color, or can be allowed to weather to a beautiful silvery color.Options when purchasing include higher quality heartwood, and a plethora of various cushion upholstery colors. Our furniture was delivered 2 days later, along with loaner cushions to use until our cushions arrived.All in all it was a great experience!Just noticed i wrote this review 3 yrs ago, and our furniture still looks great! A great place to get beautiful teak furniture from very friendly people. The location is tricky, but when you get there you will find a large selection of furniture at a reasonable price. The customer service is excellent. We purchased a table and 4 chairs for our deck and it was delivered the next day in excellent condition.

This review is long overdue. My wife and I went in to the store casually looking for outdoor furniture. It was about 15 minutes or so from closing time, so we didnt expect to spend much time there.Then we met Ole....Ole spent nearly an hour with us. Showing us different arrangements, asked us questions and then gave us all the time we needed to look around. He was so friendly we felt right at home.We originally wanted a much larger table but after talking with him, he actually talked us into a smaller table. He wasnt in it for the sale, he was in it to find us the right furniture. Trustworthiness and honesty can be a rare commodity these days, but youll find both of those things here.In the end we bought a table, two chairs and bench. We couldnt be happier with the purchase! We were so impressed we recommended them to a friend and they bought furniture too. If your are looking for great furniture, look no further.Simply put, we love LoveTEAK and Im pretty confident you will too.
