Outstanding service. Despite a steady stream of customers the manager, Jeff,was able to give us his undivided attention. He made sure my son had the correct size shoes and recommended a couple brands ideally suited for someone who is on their feet all day. I was also impressed by their year and a day guarantee. Well definitely be repeat customers.

I needed a pair of Dansko shoes for my school program. I had no idea what they were except that they were mandatory to wear during my lab classes. Jeff was incredibly helpful with explaining the reason behind the shoe design and how to ease into wearing them. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to make the purchase so I felt surprisingly relaxed even though I dislike shopping (immensely). I will definitely be visiting in the future and also recommending this location to my future classmates!

Jeff at Shoe Mill helped me with an insole problem I was having and it really made my whole day. He was so friendly and generous and completely went the extra mile when he really didnt have to. Came to this store because lately My husband and I are having feet pain and we have jobs where we stand for long periods of time. The manager -Jeff is very knowledgeable when it comes to the feet. He helped us with some insoles that we can try. It really felt good leaving this store, we didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell us product, but actually cared to listen to what we are seeking.

The store was quiet when we walked in but we were immediately greeted by Ron Keller with a smile. He was friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I left with a comfortable pair of shoes which is exactly for and which is difficult for me to find having very complicated feet to fit. I still like that my foot was measured and sized and each pair of shoes I tried on was laced and precision installed on my feet. It was a positive experience and I would recommend.

Went for a specific type of shoe. Mr. Shane helped us and it was an amazing customer experience. Far from the car salesman type, Shane was truly and very knowledgeable and it was awesome hearing talk about qualities of designs, material characteristics, applications etc. Shane was intent on helping us find the perfect fit/utility and made us feel instantly comfortable. I was surprised how much he knew about the different models of female shoes, he was definitely an expert. He brought out different models/sizes and overall it was a great experience. This is by far the best customer service myself and my fiancé have ever experienced. I recently had surgery on my foot and needed a completely new kind of shoe. They knew everything about my issues and picked out the perfect shoes, insoles, and even socks! I wore my shoes right out of the store! My fiancé did the same as he needed shoes for a completely different issue. It was life changing. Shane and Jeff were the most helpful people I have ever met. They gave such exceptional customer service we were still talking about it when we got home. I will never go to another shoe store again. Thank you so much for everything!

My husband and I both had amazing service. We initially went to The Walking Company and they were so snobbish there that we walked out. The young lady that served me at The Shoe Mill was friendly and listened to what I liked and needed for work. She brought me a selection and helped me try them all on. At no point was she pushy, just attentive. My husband and I both bought a pair of shoes and I hope to be back again soon to buy more! I wish I had got the ladys name because she made my day, thank you!

Great selection of shoes for men and women. Especially helpful for those of us with foot problems. Staff is courteous and everyone who has waited on me for a sale or return has been professional and helpful. I always check in there.....

Had a great experience with Jeff at the store today. At first it didnt seem like they had the insert I wanted available, but he managed to find just the right fit for me.
