I have been struggling with pronating my whole life. The staff at Arch Fitters were knowledgeable & friendly and helped me with pronating & my planter fasciitis excellently.
Terrible service!!!!!! I went to the store today to make a purchase and I was treated badly. I was made to feel like I was not welcomed. I do not recommend this store and management needs to address customer service ASAP!
As a nurse, Im on my feet for 12 hours a shift. I found such pain relief with my new shoes and inserts. Jordan, the store manager, took the time to educate me on the possible causes of my foot discomfort. I couldnt be happier with the service and products! Thanks so much, Arch Fitters!
Jordan was very knowledgeable about my foot and what my special needs were due to my super-high arches and foot pad atrophy. She courteously and professionally helped in the customization of my custom orthotic inserts, which turned out to be very helpful and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Came in to check out some inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis. Michael helped me, who was very kind and full of great information. Explained to me thoroughly on how to help my feet get better, and recommended a great shoe to start wearing as well as some custom insoles without being pushy about it. Highly recommend this place!
Stopped in assuming Id have to get custom orthotics, like the ones I had, but it turned out they had much less expensive off-the-shelf units that fit just fine, with the ability to upgrade to customs if necessary. Not only that, the young lady even put coverings on the bottoms of my old ones to stop them from squeaking, at no charge! It turned out that the new ones rubbed my heels a little bit, so I went back and and they fixed them up very nicely, again no charge. These guys are awesome! I highly recommend this place.
The podiatrist referred me for a custom insert, and to my delight I found that wearing the insert not only relieved the pain, but I am able to wear other shoes without it, and I am pain free (as long as I use the insert regularly as much as possible). It has been a life-saver for me!
Highly recommend Arch Fitters. The employees have done a wonderful job for several years for me now, helped me have the right fit so I could walk half marathons, recover and do it again. Always great service with compassionate people doing their best to help with all my different feet issues.
Good customer service! I really enjoy my shoe inserts. Definitely a lot better then the store bought one size fits all product.
I have been going here for a few years now and have had excellent service. I had come into the store with sore feet that were so bad I was limping when I walked. The orthotics that I was using were not right for me so I talked to the staff and they were able to identify the correct fit for me and make me a custom set for my needs. After trying there products I can say that these work wonders for my feet and provide the support that I need to make it through the day. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you have issues with your feet and back.
I have had only very positive experiences at this location. I greatly appreciate Michaels thorough and kind approach. He has listened carefully to my issues and concerns and taken helpful actions in a way that is professional and friendly. I hope the store and he are there for many more years!
I will never buy insoles anywhere else. The service here is amazing and Michael is an absolute legend. They give you all the information you need and dont try to sell you on anything you dont. These guys are awesome.
This place is very helpful. The customized orthotics have really alleviated my foot and heel pain
Great place for arch support. Excellent staffs! Highly recommended!
Ive had to wear inserts my whole life, they make good quality inserts and affordable. I usually buy new balance but decided to spend a little more and buy shoes here and they are much higher quality, my back and knees feel much better at the end of a work day, definitely worth the investment
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. The semi custom orthotics they built from my doctor’s prescription and the shoes they recommended have made my feet very happy!
This place has changed my life. If you have joint pain, this store can most likely help you.
My daughter was just diagnosed with bad flat feet. I took her to this store and was told she qualifies for their childrens program and her inserts were FREE. I was never pressure to buy anything. My daughter has a horrible time finding good shoes so I did make a purchase but the service was excellent. Im excited to see how she does in her new shoes pain free.
This place is AWESOME and the orthotics are truly 100% CUSTOM !! Michael does an incredible job ! He has the expertise, but also really LISTENS to make sure all my foot problems are addressed/resolved ! He takes whatever amount of time you need ... including adjustments if needed !!
Michael was amazing. I really had a great experience if you can ask for him, hes worth the wait.
This is a great place if you are experiencing plantar fasciitis, ball of foot pain or calcaneal spurs or commonly known as heel spurs. I came in as I was experiencing a great deal of pain standing straight and not moving around. I researched other places before coming here. The other reviews cemented my decision and I am glad I came in.Jordan was patient and very knowledgeable. She started by asking about my medical history, any preexisting issues and then dived into the type of pain I was experiencing. She had me walk around without shoes so she could see my normal gait in walking and then scanned my feet. She thoroughly explained what the benefits of their custom molded soles was and how they could help with my foot, knee, and back pain.In terms of cost you can buy pre-made soles that they customize onsite for a very reasonable price. They do make custom made insoles at their facility in Gresham, Oregon (local business!!!!) and give you the option on what to do. Their off the shelf insoles typically last around 2 years versus their custom made insoles which last around 7 years. My experience there was awesome! Their was no pressure to buy anything and they were accomadating with my decisions. I learned alot about what issues I was dealing with, what types of footwear I should be wearing to take of my feet, knees, and back. I highly recommend them. Their are a couple of things to remember when going down there1./ Wear the shoes you intend to get outfitted. (Wear clean socks. Yes they will have you take off your shoes and socks to show your normal gait. If someone else is there, be patient, as the process takes 30-45 minutes from beginning to end.2./ They are located INSIDE Mall 205. So if youve ever been to the DMV, its to your left as you walk in the mall entrance.3./ You get what you pay for. Although its not inexpensive their custom fitted insoles allow me to wear my shoes and not have to buy any others. They do sell a good range of shoes if you are in the market for them. I do plan on going back their to get some more shoes outfitted. Its not a requirement to get every single pair of shoe done as the insoles are removable, but I do have several pairs of shoes for work and personal use that I would prefer to have taken care of separately. For the price, my feet, knees, and back are worth it.
Three years ago I went to Arch Fitters to see if they could fix the pain I was having in my right foot while training for a distance walk in England. Michael fitted me with a set of orthotics that completely fixed my problem. Ive been able to continue with my yearly long distance walks....Ive just returned to re-order another set. Thanks, Michael
Michael is fantastic! We started going to Arch Fitters about 2 years ago, and since then we have purchased multiple custom orthotics and over 9 pairs of shoes. Each visit we worked with Michael and he spends as much time as needed with us, without making us feel rushed at all. He really knows what he is talking about and makes the entire process easy from start to finish. He is very friendly and knowledgable, and is a pleasure to work with - highly, highly recommend this location and especially Michael!
They have spent the last 8 months trying to get my right orthotic to fit correct. They cant get it right and it makes my foot hurt. Ive worn orthotics since the 3rd grade so I know how they should feel.
Micheal McGregor knows his feet and I would highly recommend Arch Fitters. Understanding the bio-mechanics of our feet and our bodies can really help bolster our (often neglected) self-care throughout our lives. Were constantly on our feet and working the myriad array of muscles, tendons, and ligaments and if we neglect this part of our self care we eventually suffer immensely in our quality of life ranging from minor aches and pains to debilitating health conditions. Make the investment! Our bodies are the vehicle that we experience and live life with. I used my FSA funds to purchase my orthotics and footwear. I went with the carbon fiber option and bought 3 sets. When you buy one set you get 50% off of additional sets and they will last for years! Best of all for 6 months you get free adjustments and alterations to your orthotics. Arch Fitters will not be satisfied if you and I arent satisfied. Many options and opportunities are available. Take the time and stop in for an assessment. I only wish I would have stopped in sooner albeit it is never to late to take care of yourself. Its never too late to find relief and comfort with Arch Fitters. I wrote this review of my own volition and have no vested professional interest in this company. I am simply a consumer who is satisfied with this product and their services.I came back 7 months later to have my shoes maintenanced and Michael hooked me with up with stellar service as usual. Good customer service is just so hard to come by these days it would seem. I will return for many years to come for shoes and service to my orthotics.Thank you Arch Fitters and Michael especially for help and assistance.
Jordan and Michael of Arch Fitters took great care of my wife and I during our visit (We both bought sneakers and I bought a few pair of custom orthotics). This is the second time that I have had Arch Fitters make custom orthotics for me, the first time being approximately 2.5 years ago. Custom carbon fiber orthotics from Arch Fitters literally keep me from being a cripple and this is no exaggeration. The pain that I had in my feet before acquiring my first pair of custom orthotics was unbearable. I was training to go on a 6 week backpacking trip in Patagonia and something had to change. Luckily I found Arch Fitters about 6 weeks before my trip. With my new pair of custom orthotics I comfortably trekked hundreds of miles in the rugged Andes, and hundreds more in urban landscapes all over Argentina and Chile. Both present and past I work long hours on my feet in heavy boots, and am an avid hiker/walker/trail runner. I use arch fitters custom orthotics in all of these types of footwear and it makes working and doing all of the activities that I love bearable.
Friendly service and very helpful to answer all of your questions.
Very knowledgeable, friendly helpful. they educate you on your foot pain and body dynamics
The Arch Fitters staff is amazing! Bri helped me getting my finicky medical insurance to pay for my orthotics. Michael at the store is very knowledgeable and personal. I forgot the name of the woman that did my consultation. She took the time to answer all my questions and custom made my insoles. The best part is that I have had chronic knee pain for 30 years due to an injury and surgeries. After a week of wearing my orthotics my knee pain has dramatically reduced. I had a leg length discrepancy which was corrected with a heal lift. My arches were fallen causing my knees to pronate. This was corrected as well. Wish I would have gone to Arch Fitters earlier.
They helped me with my foot pain and helped find an orthotic that works for me!
