If you are thinking to work here, just be informed...there are a few good perks, but they come with a price! Communication is poor between departments, double standards (so dont expect fairness), Employees support and stand up for themselves. You wont get support from HR or Management.. If you are new.. expected to be treated lower than even the worst long term employees. Dont work purchasing unless you have a strong belief in God you will need him and have a primary doctor close by as you will need him too due to the stress of what the 2 managers expect from you as you, while they do minimal work. Oh and dont expect to get raises because they are far and few between if you even get one.. BIG DOUBLE STANDARDS... but if that is your type of company.. go for it.. Just forewarning.. If you are LGBT.. ummmm well... i wont say much there but think twice, and thats all I am going to say about that
