I wish there was a way to leave under one star. This is by FAR the worst company I have ever used. We brought them a product that we needed to have split. We showed them multiple examples of what needed to be done and we were VERY clear with our instructions. After we dropped them off, they called us back and told us the product was done. We show up to pick up our stuff, and what do we see? The job was done completely incorrect and what we had was now ruined. Now we are left with what is basically metal recycling. We told them that we didn’t feel right paying for a service that was done wrong and thats when Tony (the owner) and his son got very angry. Tony’s son is very unprofessional. He was screaming as us to get out of the shop and threatening us telling us that it wasn’t going to be pretty if we stayed. Long story short, they ruined our product with clear examples and then expected us to eat the cost, and when we didn’t agree with that we were met with angry threats and hostility. I caution anyone that is thinking about using this company to think again. Worst experience we’ve ever had.

I was in the middle of an installation today and needed to have a simple modification made to a bracket. the good people at Arrow helped a walk in stranger then refuse to let me pay them. Hopefully someone will see this post and bring them a good job. They deserve your business.
