Proof is a must stop for your drinking needs. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Their selection is top notch and can always find something that you may not know about it. If there is something you are looking for make sure to ask, never know they might be able to get it in on their next delivery. Always nice to have a neighborhood liquor store that is kept up nice and well stocked!

Proof Wine and Spirits have been amazing to deal with! Their staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Their space has been thoughtfully designed too and offers a great atmosphere! Glad to have a good neighborhood liquor store close by.

Really enjoying having this new liquor store closer to my work. Nice layout, clean look for the new Pearl neighborhood (slabtown) store. Still having trouble with inventory at stores actually reflected in Oregon liquor search, but call first if its a hard to find bottle.

Been going here for years, big fan. They always have a huge selection, much better than some other stores. Clint and the staff here are super knowledgeable, ask them for recipes or cool new whiskeys every time Im in here. Love what youve done with the new location, looking great!

Typical liquor store, but has some items I havent seen at other stores. Not sure if the attendants are that attentive to customers, but you know how that goes? I ask them if they have Wellers since the OLCC website says they have it, and automatically one guy says they havent seen it in a while. Didnt really bother explaining why the conflict between what OLCC website says they have in stock versus what they say they have in stock. But I find that a lot with other liquor stores too...so not that unusual. In all, anyone that complains this is too expensive must not know that OLCC basically controls the price...so you can go to other liquor stores and you will most likely find it at the same price there too. In the end, any real critique of a liquor store is really mostly likely just straight up entitled first world problem spoiled customer. I found what I want. If they dont have it in stock and its inconvenient for you to search around....its probably a you-problem at this point. I dont know if you folks are aware of this, but theres a supply issue happening around the world...so sip a different brand of fermented beverage and thank your lucky stars you live in America where you have choices.

Terrible staff verry unprofessional for no aparent reason besides being a bit dirty from work pulling lime scooters out of the riverbank mud and whatnot told me i dont want you in here dont shop here the liquor store in the pearl is a way better place real friendly staff there and better price too

This little store has always been wonderful to me. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The fellow with the glasses and (today) a pink beanie has, in particular, always been a gem. Very knowledgeable, polite, and generally enjoyable to interact with. He deserves a raise! Youve got to show appreciation when youve got an employee that shows appreciation to the customer. Keep up the good work Glasses Guy!

This place is exactly what you want out of an in and out downtown liquor store. The staff is awesome. The owner and/or manager guy rules, and the check out guy with the glasses is the best kind if friendly and personable. Hard to explain, but worth it. Theyll grab what you need, take care of you right at the register, and its all quick and painless. Glad youre still kickin, Proof.

I would absolutely not shop at this store again and you shouldn’t either.At least consider my experience and decide where to spend your money.This has now happened twice and for sure, won’t happen again. I went in to purchase a specific item, on sale for $129.00 and the staff was to ignorant or lazy to change the posted price when the OLCC took the item off sale. The first time I called the OLCC asking if the retailer was bound to the posted price, and unfortunately, they are not.However, what I was told, is what I expected to happen but did not. The store in good faith should have honored the price and eaten the difference for the $20.00. (Would have saved a customer).Wen this occurred two guys ere in the store doing nothing. Nothing, they could have, should have been checking to ensure all posted prices were correct, dusting staying busy rather than standing around doing nothing. It leaves the impression of bait and switch. Well, they didn’t do the right thing two times and my dollars will be spent ant another retailer. Damn fools

I found the employee to be rude. Apparently you cant even look around at what is available. I got what I needed but will probably never go back. The other liquor stores in downtown have been polite and friendly. If you dont like your job then quit, there are lots of good friendly people looking for work right now.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Store offers a mid-to high price alcohol, including several local wines & beers. Great location if you’re staying at a hotel in city center.

My favorite store in town. Always super helpful, always knowledgeable and very thorough when I need something specific. William, Scott, Audrey, Clint, and the whole crew do a terrific job, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my liquor orders.

This place is newly remodeled, rebranded, and very classy. As someone who lives and works just a few blocks away, I feel very lucky to have them so close. Great selection of spirits (especially nice Scotches), wines and craft beer, and a knowledgeable team!

Great selection of gin from Oregon distilleries along with a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Terrible customer service; used to be a nice spot with great employees, but since the rebrand the new staff is atrocious. Will not be back.
