This was the first adult shop i ever went to here in portland. and to see how far it has changed since then . . . it used to be uncomfortable to walk by late at night, much less to step inside . . . the lecherous clientele made your skin crawl . . . and the dark, dingy atmosphere didnt help the situation one iota . . . now its well lit, bright, open air layout is refreshing and even comfortable to set foot into, and the clientele-while it may not have changed all that much from the mid 00s-the staff doesnt have any qualms about booting someone, even enacting a permanent ban, if they cant behave and display a semblance of manners and adulthoodiesque behavior.

I walked in to a quiet shop that was soon filled with like 8 CREEPY old men who looked like they were hiding their face. One of them stood right behind me and my gf. We felt so uncomfortable we RAN out. Should have more women working there. I will never go back

The hours listed online must be incorrect. Came and signs said open, but doors were locked and nobody answered after knocking. Call before making a trip here to assure they will actually be available.

Christine the lady who works there )even when she isn’t on schedule) did an amazing job on the string art display. And has been raving about their new Pleaser (dancer shoes) selection. She did an amazing job picking selecting the shoes to order. She needs a raise, she is an employee any employer should be excited to have. She cares for the store as if it’s her money invested. All the employees have to deal with a huge array of character and deal with so much bs so most of the time their moods are like any other shop but if you go in there and any of them see short, it’s not you, they deal with so much when it comes to the back booths. All the employees there are awesome and they have recently made room for a lot of dancer attire and dancers get %20 so i would fully recommend checking them out if you’re a dancer or u just want some handcuffs for ur Halloween costume. Just don’t go in there to start some bs cause these employees are not the ones.

Needles and blood everywhere in the arcade. If you want to get poked by a needle this is the place to go! Most customers are prostitutes weirdos homeless people and a bunch of aggressive individuals. Cum stains all over the previews / arcades. Dario the manager is very rude to employees .. so rude the turn over is huge. He accuses employees of stealing lying. Both the owner and Dario constantly monitor employees from cameras. If you make commissions they wont show up on your check unless you bring it up. Not a good environment to be an employee or a customer. A pregnant friend of mine was working there and Derek got her fired for no reason to take over her shifts. She was being attacked daily and talked down. A huge furniture fell on her because they didnt keep proper maintenance. I am suggesting her to sue them for many reasons. She was told she had to walk into the arcade while people are naked doing god knows what and ask for their names to see who was there and if their time was over. That is sexual harassment . She felt uncomfortable with this but she was told that was part of her job.

Screw this place. Nasty, dirty, the clerk didnt care enough about their customers comfortability when we were leered at and propositioned to by a man old enough to be our great grandpa. Didnt even know the name of a product literally next to the cash register. Disappointed in what was supposed to be a 5 minute visit.I wrote this cause I dont think the clerk I complained to will be passing the complaint along to their manager. As a customer service representative in the same industry, I am ashamed of how you handled this situation. Never shopping here again!
