Unless you have poor taste. Don’t shop here… Sales people with an attitude. Limited selection and if you want to order something that doesn’t look like it came out of your grandmas house, expect to pay 3 times the price. Absurd.

My experience with Sara was top notch, so YMMV. I found her to be attentive, knowledgeable and educative on areas and options for linen combinations I hadnt thought of before. If you shop wisely, theres some deals to be had. Peruse the website ahead of time, hint, hint.

Were so glad we stumbled upon this store when we moved to Portland. Working with Sara was the best. She was guided us through our decision-making process and never pushed us to buy the more expensive items. They also have a great sales rack/area where we bought our bath towels and duvet covers from. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy new bedding/linens.

They have extremely knowledgeable sales people on staff. Its a very friendly environment. Its my go to for bedding for my clients.

Cherry was very helpful and so knowledgeable about the product.She helped put together two beautiful, amazing bedding ensembles.

I was immediately impressed with the high quality merchandise so I purchased 2 complete bedding ensembles sheets covers duvets pillows in a variety of sizes with cases and some other items. They have the brands that you would expect to see with high quality goods.Customer service was not steller but effective enough to get what I needed in a timely manner. if you want someone to fawn over your purchases this place is probably not it.

They have beautiful stuff and they will fall all over themselves to sell it - but unfortunately thats where the service ends. Once youre on the hook, thats where the help ends. If they were a discounter it would be somewhat understandable, but as a premium retailer, service is what they need to be selling. I wanted to love this place - I strive to support local businesses. I do not recommend buying items like down comforters from this store. If you stick to in-stock items you should be fine.

I have shopped at French Quarter linens for years and years and have never had a problem. Avoid this store as long as Sara is working there. She is pushy and opinionated. She talked me into ordering towels they already had in stock because that way they would match the rug in the order. They did not match at all when I received the order almost a month later. She will not give a refund for the mismatched rug nor trade it for an offwhite so the mismatch won’t be so obvious. My bathroom is small and the off color would stand out. She also wanted to include another set of towels they also already had on the shelves in the store which are still not in many weeks later. She will not give a refund for these. I plan to order elsewhere online where items can be returned if they do not match.

I have bought custom bath mats here that I absolutely love. They have amazing towels too.

I did have great service when I went in, but never before have a spent so much on a set of sheets that was NOT what I wanted. I specifically stated that I wanted sheets that were not all wrinkly, and these are the most wrinkly sheets I have ever owned. Maybe expensive sheets need to be professionally laundered and ironed.... an additional expense that was not mentioned. Going back to cheapo sheets. I am out of my league in this store.

This is a great place to get quality linens. The staff is great and a wide-selection of products.

I purchased several bedding items from a floor display and was unable to return because it was not in its original packaging even with receipts and within time frame. I would never recommend this store. Customer service was awful and I have never been treated so poorly.
