They have everything. I got fantastic plates and bowls for my home. Not only are they stylish and reasonably priced, they are durable... thick and heavy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Cant wait to go back.

I havent been to their new location, but I must say that I miss having them in Northeast Portland! I have purchased a variety of cooking equipment from them that I have really enjoyed, including pans, pots, and utensils.Obviously, you wont find any All-Clad or expensive brands here, but sometimes what you need is the cheaper workhorse!

Hongs Restaurant Equipment and Supplies is that good business.Ive been shopping here for over 7 years because they have almost everything you can imagine for restaurant supplies. Even if you cant find what your looking for, David will special order it for you. When you walk in, expect to be greeted and expect to see rows and rows of inventory. They have a tremendously huge selection of small supplies and large new equipment on display. In the recent months, I bought a two door freezer and 2 barback coolers and It didnt disappoint because of the good quality and fair price. They dont sell used equipment, just new with warranty and all included. Very happy with the purchase. They even swapped out the old equipment for recycling too!All I can say is that they stand behind their product and make sure your very satisfied with your transaction. Hongs Restaurant and Supplies is a true local small business that incorporates customer satisfaction with absolutely fair pricing. After all, good businesses have repeat customers.

We have been here a few times buying equipment and supplies after being introduced by a couple of friends who also own their own restaurants. Always received great customer service. Their pricing is the best in town if you are looking to set up a new restaurant or buying your supplies. Our restaurant owner friends also love them. Would definitely recommend.

It seems this is the only dedicated Asian restaurant supply house in town. Lots of well priced kitchen equipment leaning toward Asian food preparation. Prices on many things much better than Fubon and other little stores, better quality as well. I personally was treated like royalty while I was there by a fantastic and helpful employee named Daniel

I called to ask about a few convection counter top ovens they might have in stock.. just a little information would have help, but the lady was short with me on the phone and told me its better for me to just come thank you by,by!.. no names, no sizes, just one price.. i felt like i was at a Chinese restaurant with an angry host.. there is no way i am driving out for that kind of service.

Drove three and a half hours. Arrived at 3:50pm. Online says close at 5:30pm. Guy comes out and says were closed. My business will go to another restaurant supply store.

I generally buy my household kitchen equipment supplies from restaurant supplier stores like Hongs. They have a nice array of equipment including pots, pans, dishware etc with somewhat of a focus on Asian cuisine-related items.

PUBLIB ANNOUCEMENT****** They do not let you return faulty or broken equipment, no warranties, etc. This was not mentioned during the purchase otherwise we would have reconsidered buying from here. Equipment is not something that is cheap. We were not happy with the performance of our purchase and brought it back brand new and they would not allow an exchange with the original receipt. This business is a fraud, do not buy from them!
