United Rentals has assisted with many projects. The customer service is exquisite and informative. In a pinch they do everything they can to get you what you need.

Please use the PO# as the reference# - as your contract numbers change from reservation to invoices. BUT the PO is always the same. we order so many lifts i have no idea of what location this is even for. Want a positive feedback provide more information, location would be a nice start.

Deceptive billing practices, equipment failure, and poor customer service to compensate for equipment failure.We often use this company for equipment rental. This particular experience has really been a bad one. We just received a bill for returned equipment on time, per the person we called in, but now told it was an hour after the cut off time. We have received no compensation for the days we were billed for equipment that malfunctioned and needed to keep being repaired.Very disappointing.

United rentals is a good place for equipment and tools they are professional and always seem to have what we need

If you are delivering here, DO NOT COME IN BEFORE 10 AM!!!They will tell you to be here @ 07:00, then the wildly overfed, sloths will walk around as to appear busy doing nothing untill a useless Safety Meeting, then a break, etc. You are lucky if anyone will actually do their job untill after 09:00!

Good price and communication, delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Only thing I would ask is that the window for delivery was a little bit smaller as I had contractors waiting on site for the lift to arrive.
